- 일반식 NiaZrbAlc(Ax,By)로 표현되고,상기 a, b 및 c는 각각 Ni(니켈), Zr(지르코늄) 및 Al(알루미늄)의 원자%이고,상기 A는 Y(이트륨), Hf(하프늄) 또는 Ta(탄탈늄) 중 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며 상기 x는 그 원자%이고,상기 B는 Nb(니오븀), Cu(구리) 또는 Si(실리콘) 중 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이며 상기 y는 그 원자%이고,상기 a는 50원자%≤a ≤65원자%, 상기 b는 10원자%≤b <28원자%, 상기 c는 1원자%≤c ≤10 원자%, 상기 x와 y의 x+y는 0.1원자% <x+y ≤25원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 다원소 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a는 50원자%≤a ≤62원자%, 상기 b는 15원자%≤b <28원자%, 상기 c는 1원자%≤c ≤10원자%, 상기 x는 1원자%≤x ≤12원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 다원소 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A는 Y(이트륨)을 포함하고,상기 B는 Nb(니오븀) 및 Cu(구리)를 포함하며,상기 a는 52원자%≤a ≤62원자%, 상기 b는 16원자%≤b <28원자%, 상기 c는 1원자%≤c ≤10원자%, 상기 x는 1원자%≤x ≤12원자%, 상기 y는 0.1원자%<y ≤8원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 다원소 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A는 Hf(하프늄)을 포함하고,상기 B는 Nb(니오븀)을 포함하며,상기 a는 58원자%≤a ≤62원자%, 상기 b는 11원자%≤b <28원자%, 상기 c는 1원자%≤c ≤10원자%, 상기 x는 1원자%≤x ≤12원자%, 상기 y는 10원자%≤y ≤16원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 다원소 비정질 합금조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A는 Ta(탄탈늄)을 포함하고,상기 B는 Si(실리콘)을 포함하며,상기 a는 58원자%≤a ≤62원자%, 상기 b는 20원자%≤b ≤31원자%, 상기 c는 2원자%≤c ≤10원자%, 상기 x는 1원자%≤x ≤12원자%, 상기 y는 0원자%<y ≤5원자%임을 특징으로 하는 니켈기 다원소 비정질 합금조성물.
