Claims (17)
- 통형상의 요크장착부 및 요크 장착부의 한단면을 덮는 기판부를 갖는 수지로 만든 프레임,상기 기판부에 설치되고 회전축을 지지하는 축지지부,상기 요크 장착부에 설치되고 복수의 단위요크로 거의 분할된 통형상의 로터요크 및상기 요크장착부에 설치된 복수의 로터 마그네트를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,로터요크는 「스테이터의 티스의 개수/스테이터의 코일의 상수」의 1이외의 약 수개의 단위요크로 거의 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,로터요크는 3개 또는 6개의 단위요크로 분할되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,둘레방향에 인접하는 단위요크간에는 로터마그네트 둘레방향 중앙부가 대향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,로터 요크에는 로터요크를 복수의 단위요크로 거의 분할하는 슬릿이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 로터요크의 축방향 한단측에는 자기센서가 설치되고 슬릿 중 자기센서가 설치된 축방향 한단부는 폐쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크는 축방향에 적층된 복수의 자성판을 기계적으로 연결하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,복수의 자성판의 연결부는 로터마그네트의 둘레방향 중앙부에 대향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크의 둘레방향 단면은 둘레방향에 단차를 갖는 복수의 분할면으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크의 둘레방향단부에는 축방향 한단부 및 둘레방향 한단부가 개구하는 절개부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,프레임에는 단위요크의 표면을 외부에 노출시키는 창부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크는 축방향에 적층된 복수의 자성판을 코킹하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,복수의 자성판에는 외부 직경 크기가 나머지 부분보다 큰 외부직경이 큰 부분이 설치되고복수의 자성판은 외부 직경이 큰 부분에서 코킹되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,복수의 자성판에는 코킹전의 내부 직경 크기가 나머지 부분보다 큰 내부직경이 큰 부분이 설치되고,복수의 자성판은 내부직경이 큰 부분에서 코킹되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크의 둘레방향단부는 둘레방향에 인접하는 단위요크에 대하여 둘레방향을 따라서 겹쳐져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크의 둘레방향단부는 통형상으로 배치된 복수의 단위요크를 직경방향으로 넓히는 것에 기초하여 둘레방향에 인접하는 단위요크에 걸어 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단위요크의 둘레방향 한단부에는 축방향 한단부 및 둘레방향 한단부가 개구하는 절개부와, 축방향 타단부 및 둘레방향 한단부가 개구하는 절개부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기의 로터.
