Claims (2)
- 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브를 개폐하는 캠을 갖는 캠샤프트에 구동력을 전달하는 구동력 전달계에 설치되는 유압식 밸브 타이밍 조절장치로서, 하우징 부재와 이 하우징부재에 대해 상대회동가능하게 배치된 로터와, 이 로터와 상기 하우징 부재 사이에 형성되는 유압실과, 상기 하우징 부재내에 접동가능하게 설치된 凸부재와, 상기 로터에 설치되고, 상기 凸부재와 계합가능한 凹부와 상기 凸부재를 상기 凹부방향으로 작동하는 작동부재와, 상기 로터에 설치되고 상기 凹부에 유압을 공급가능한 유로를 구비하고, 상기 유압실에 유압을 공급해서 상기 로터를 상기 하우징 부재에 대해 상대 회동시키는 것과, 상기 凹부에 유압을 공급하고, 상기 凸부재를 상기 凹부방향 역방향으로 접동시켜, 상기 凸부재와 상기 凹부재의 계합을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치.
- 흡기밸브 또는 배기밸브를 개폐하는 캠을 갖는 캠샤프트에 구동력을 전달하는 구동력 전달계에 설치되는 유압식 밸브타이밍 조절장치로서, 하우징 부재와, 이 하우징부재에 대해 상대 회동가능하게 배치되는 로터와, 이 로터와 상기 하우징 부재 사이에 형성되는 진각유압실 및 지각유압실과, 상기 하우징부재 또는 상기 로터의 어느한쪽에 접동가능하게 설치된 凸부재와, 상기 하우징부재 또는 상기 로터의 다른쪽에 설치되고 상기 凸부재와 계합가능한 凹부와, 상기 凸부재를 상기 凹부 방향에 작동하는 작동부재와, 상기 凹부에 유압을 공급가능한 유로와, 이 유로에 상기 진각유압실 또는 상기 지각 유압실의 어느한쪽의 유압을 공급하는 유압전환수단을 구비하고, 상기 진각 유압실에 유압을 공급해서, 상기 로터를 상기 하우징 부재에 대해 진각방향으로 상대 회동시켜, 상기 지각 유압실에 유압을 공급해서, 상기 로터를 상기 하우징 부재에 대해 지각방향으로 상대 회동시키는 것 및 상기 凹부에 상기 유압 전환부재에 의해 전환된 유압을 공급하고, 상기 凸부재를 상기 凹부 방향 역방향으로 접동시켜 상기 凹부와의 계합을 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 밸브 타이밍 조절장치.
