Description
Claims (11)
- 작동기(31)로 체결하는 파일럿 클러치(Pc)와, 이 파일럿 클러치의 체결력에 따라 작동하는 캠수단(C)과, 캠수단(C)에 의하여 구동되어서 이동하는 압력부재(22)와, 압력부재의 이동에 따라 체결하는 메인 클러치(Mc)를 구비하여, 캠수단(C)이 파일럿 클러치(Pc)에 의하여 구속되는 제1캠링(27)과, 압력부재(22)에 설치된 제2캠링(33)과, 제1 및 제2캠링 사이에 장착되어서 양 캠링의 상대 회전을 추진력으로 변환하는 회전체(34)로 구성되어 압력부재(22)및 제1 캠링(27)사이에 마찰력이 발생하도록 압력부재 및 제1 캠링을 서로 맞닿는 방향으로 가압하는 가압수단(23)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 캠링(33)을 압력부재(22)에 상대 이동할 수 있도록 지지하여 파일럿 클러치(Pc)의 비체결시에 압력부재 및 제2캠링 사이에 간극을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 가압수단(33)이 메인 클러치(Mc)를 체결방향으로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 캠링(27) 및 제 2 캠링(33)을 센터링하는 위상각 맞춤수단(221271)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1캠링(27)및 제2캠링(33)사이의 상대 회전각의 상한을 규정하는 규제수단(221,271)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 캠수단(C)의 제1캠링(27)에 형성한 톱니(28)에 맞무는 파일럿 클러치(Pc)의 클러치 디스크(26)의 돌기(261)의 수를 톱니(28)의 홈수 보다도 적게한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 캠수단(C)의 제1캠링(27)에 형성한 톱니(28)에 맞무는 파일럿 클러치(Pc)의 클러치 디스크(26)의 돌기(261)에 홈(262)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 규제수단(221,271이,회전체(34)를 지지하는 캠홈(271)과 이 캠홈에 맞무는 돌기(22)로 구성되어, 돌기(221)가 회전체(34)의 반지름 방향 바깥쪽에 배설된 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파일럿 클러치(Pc)와 이 파일럿 클러치를 체결시키기 위하여 작동기의 솔레노이드(31)에 흡인되어서 이동하는 전기자(29)와, 캠수단(C)과 압력부재(22)와, 메인 클러치(Mc)를 수납하여 회전하는 케이스(1)를 구비하고, 전기자(22)의 외주를 케이스(1)에 대한 상대회전을규제하며, 또한 케이스(1)에 대한 축방향 이동을 허용한 상태에서 이 케이스(1)에 맞물리게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전기자(22)의 외주를, 회전체를 개재하여 케이싱에 맞물게 한것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전기자(22)의 이동수단을 케이스(1)에 걸어 고정한 C클립(32)으로 규정하고, 그 C클립(32)의 개방단(321)의 간극(β)을 회전체(36)의 바깥 지름보다도 작게 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 연결 장치.
