図1A〜1Bは、本発明の第1実施例における表示装置の一例である携帯電話の外観例を示す図である。図1Aは、携帯電話の筐体11と筐体12とが閉じられた状態を示している。筐体11は、Z軸を中心に回転可能に筐体12に取り付けられている。
本発明の第2実施例における表示装置のハードウェア構成は、図2に示す第1実施例における表示装置のハードウェア構成と同様である。したがって、重複する構成および機能の詳細な説明は繰返さない。
本発明の第3実施例における表示装置のハードウェア構成は、図2に示す第1実施例における表示装置のハードウェア構成と同様である。したがって、重複する構成および機能の詳細な説明は繰返さない。本実施例における表示装置は、表示部13を備えた筐体11の開閉角度および回転角度によって表示部13の表示内容の向きを補正するものである。
Claims (11)
- 表示手段と、
指の変位を検知するための検知手段と、
前記検知手段によって検知された指の変位に応じて、前記表示手段の表示内容の向きを変更するための変更手段とを含む表示装置。 - 前記検知手段は、指の方向を検知する、請求項1記載の表示装置。
- 前記検知手段は、指の移動方向を検知する、請求項1記載の表示装置。
- 前記検知手段は、指の形を検知することにより指の方向または指の移動方向を検知する、請求項2または3記載の表示装置。
- 前記検知手段は、指紋を検知することにより指の方向または指の移動方向を検知する、請求項2または3記載の表示装置。
- 前記検知手段は、指紋センサを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置はさらに、前記表示手段の表示内容を操作するための操作手段を含み、
前記検知手段は、前記操作手段上に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の表示装置。 - 前記操作手段は、テレビ画面を表示するための視聴ボタンである、請求項7記載の表示装置。
- 前記変更手段は、前記検知手段によって検知された指の方向または指の移動方向と前記表示手段の表示内容の向きとの角度が所定値以上の場合に、前記表示手段の表示内容の向きを変更する、請求項1記載の表示装置。
- 前記変更手段は、前記表示手段と前記検知手段との位置関係に応じて、前記表示手段の表示内容の向きを補正する、請求項1記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置はさらに、前記検知手段が設けられる操作部と、
前記操作部に対する前記表示手段の回転角度を検出するための第1の検出手段と、
前記操作部に対する前記表示手段の開閉角度を検出するための第2の検出手段とを含み、
前記変更手段は、前記第1の検出手段によって検出された回転角度と前記第2の検出手段によって検出された開閉角度とに基づいて、前記表示手段の表示内容の向きを補正する、請求項10記載の表示装置。
