図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る光軸制御装置の要部を示す機能ブロック図である。図2は、ピッチング角度及び路面勾配角度の一例を示す説明図である。図3は、ローリング角度の一例を示す説明図である。図4は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る補正量の一例を示す説明図である。図5は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る光軸制御装置の要部を示すハードウェア構成図である。図6は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る光軸制御装置の要部を示す他のハードウェア構成図である。図1〜図6を参照して、実施の形態1の光軸制御装置100について、四輪自動車からなる車両1に搭載した例を中心に説明する。

Claims (6)
- 車両の停車中、前記車両に設けられた加速度センサの出力値を用いてピッチング角度を算出し、前記ピッチング角度を用いて前記車両に設けられた前照灯の光軸角度を制御する光軸制御部と、
前記車両が走行を開始したとき、前記車両の停車中におけるローリングの有無を判定するローリング判定部と、を備え、
前記光軸制御部は、前記車両の停車中に前記ピッチング角度が変化し、かつ、前記ローリング判定部により前記ローリングがあると判定された場合、前記ローリングが解除されたとき、前記車両の停車中におけるローリング角度ごとに設定された補正量を用いて変化後の前記ピッチング角度を補正し、補正後の前記ピッチング角度を用いて前記光軸角度を制御する
ことを特徴とする前照灯用光軸制御装置。 - 前記加速度センサは、前記車両の前後方向に対する加速度、前記車両の左右方向に対する加速度、及び前記車両の上下方向に対する加速度を検出するものであり、
前記ローリング判定部は、前記加速度センサの出力値を用いて前記ローリングの有無を判定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の前照灯用光軸制御装置。 - 前記補正量は、テーブル状のデータ構造にて予め記憶されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の前照灯用光軸制御装置。
- 前記補正量は、前記車両に設けられた右懸架装置及び左懸架装置の各々に加わる荷重に応じた値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の前照灯用光軸制御装置。
- 前記補正量の値は、前記車両の上下方向に対する荷室の位置に基づき設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の前照灯用光軸制御装置。
- 前記補正量の値は、前記車両の車種に基づき設定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の前照灯用光軸制御装置。
