Claims (10)
- シールドされた多芯ケーブル(2)を電気的に接続するケーブル接続部品であって、
雌ねじ山(3)を有するユニオンナット(4)と、絶縁材料から成り、複数の切れ口(5)を有する、前記ケーブル(2)の心線(21)を個別化するためのスプライス部分(6)と、前記ケーブル(2)のシールド(22)に接触するためのシールドエレメント(7)とを有しており、
前記スプライス部分(6)内に導入される心線端部の心線絶縁体は、前記ユニオンナット(4)を、前記雌ねじ山(3)に対応する雄ねじ山(8)が設けられた導電性の接続体(9)上にねじ嵌めるときに、前記スプライス部分(6)に設けられた前記切れ口(5)に入り込む、前記接続体(9)内に配置された圧接コネクタ(10)によって分離され、前記心線(21)の導体が接触させられる、ケーブル接続部品において、
前記スプライス部分(6)は、ケーブル受入れ部分(11)と心線ガイド部分(12)とを有しており、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)は、前記心線ガイド部分(12)に面した側に複数の係止アーム(13)を有しており、前記心線ガイド部分(12)は、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)に面した側に、前記係止アーム(13)に対応する、内側に突出した複数の係止フック(14)を有しており、
前記シールドエレメント(7)は、リング状の中央区分(15)と、該中央区分(15)から前記心線ガイド部分(12)に面する側の方向で延在する複数の内側のばねアーム(16)と、前記中央区分(15)から前記心線ガイド部分(12)とは反対側の方向で延在する複数の外側のばねアーム(17)とを有しており、
前記内側のばねアーム(16)が、前記ケーブル接続部品(1)の長手方向軸線の方向で内方に向かって曲げられて、これにより、前記内側のばねアーム(16)の端部が、接続されたケーブル(2)のシールド(22)に接触しており、
前記外側のばねアーム(17)が、前記ケーブル接続部品(1)の長手方向軸線から外方に向かって曲げられていて、これにより前記外側のばねアーム(17)が、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)と前記心線ガイド部分(12)との間を通って延在して、前記外側のばねアーム(17)の端部(18)が前記スプライス部分(6)から突出することを特徴とする、ケーブル接続部品。 - 前記係止アーム(13)は、前記ケーブル接続部品(1)の長手方向軸線に対して同心に配置されていて、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)と前記心線ガイド部分(12)との組み付け状態で、前記心線ガイド部分(12)の、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)に面したスリーブ状の領域(19)が、前記係止アーム(13)を取り囲んでいる、請求項1記載のケーブル接続部品。
- 前記シールドエレメント(7)の前記リング状の中央区分(15)は、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)の前記係止アーム(13)によって取り囲まれていて、前記シールドエレメント(7)の前記外側のばねアーム(17)は、前記係止アーム(13)の間の空間(20)を通って延在している、請求項1又は2記載のケーブル接続部品。
- 前記内側のばねアーム(16)と前記外側のばねアーム(17)とは、前記中央区分(15)の全周にわたって均一に分配されて配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品。
- 前記内側のばねアーム(16)の幅は、前記中央区分(15)から前記内側のばねアームの端部に向かって減少している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品。
- 前記外側のばねアーム(17)の幅は、前記中央区分(15)から前記外側のばねアームの端部(18)に向かって拡大していて、前記端部(18)は好適にはV字形又はU字形に形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品。
- シールドされた多芯ケーブル(2)を電気機器に導電接続するためのケーブル接続装置であって、機器接続部品(27)と、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品(1)とを有しており、前記機器接続部品(27)は、雄ねじ山(8)を備えた金属製の接続体(9)と、該接続体(9)に配置された圧接コネクタ(10)と、接続エレメント(28)とを有しており、前記接続エレメント(28)と前記圧接コネクタ(10)とは互いに導電接続されている、ケーブル接続装置。
- シールドされた2つの多芯ケーブルを導電接続するためのケーブル結合装置であって、ケーブル結合部品と、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品(1)とを有しており、前記ケーブル結合部品は、雄ねじ山を備えた金属製の接続体と、該接続体に配置された圧接コネクタと、接続エレメントとを有しており、前記接続エレメントと前記圧接コネクタとは互いに導電接続されている、ケーブル結合装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のケーブル接続部品(1)のスプライス部分(6)にシールドエレメント(7)を組み付ける方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち:
前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)の前記係止アーム(13)を拡開し、前記シールドエレメント(7)を前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)の前記係止アーム(13)の間に導入し、前記シールドエレメント(7)の前記外側のばねアーム(17)は、前記係止アーム(13)の間の前記空間(20)を通って延在しているステップと、
前記心線ガイド部分(12)を前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)に差し込み、これにより前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)の前記係止アーム(13)を、前記心線ガイド部分(12)の前記係止フック(14)に係止させるステップと、を有している方法。 - 前記係止アーム(13)を拡開するために、前記心線ガイド部分(12)とは反対側から、前記ケーブル受入れ部分(11)内にピンを差し込む、請求項9記載の方法。
