Claims (8)
- 弁口が設けられた弁室及び圧縮機の吸入室に連通するPs入出口を有し、前記弁口より上流側に圧縮機の吐出室に連通するPd導入口が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下流側に前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通するPc入出口が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための主弁体と、該主弁体を弁口開閉方向に移動させるためのプランジャを有する電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機から吸入圧力Psが前記Ps入出口を介して導入される感圧室と、該感圧室の圧力に応じて前記主弁体を弁口開閉方向に付勢する感圧応動部材と、を備えた可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁であって、
前記クランク室の圧力Pcを前記Ps入出口を介して前記圧縮機の吸入室に逃がすための弁内逃がし通路が設けられるとともに、該弁内逃がし通路を開閉する副弁体が設けられ、
前記主弁体内に、前記弁内逃がし通路が形成されるとともに、前記副弁体の副弁体部が挿入されており、
前記主弁体により前記弁口が閉じられているもとでは、前記副弁体に、前記弁内逃がし通路を開く方向に、前記吸入圧力Psに応じた力及び前記クランク室圧力Pcと前記吸入圧力Psとの差圧に応じた力の二つの力が作用するようにされていることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記弁本体に前記主弁体が摺動自在に嵌挿される案内孔が設けられ、該案内孔と前記弁口との間に前記Pc入出口が設けられるとともに、前記案内孔の上側に前記Ps入出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 弁口が設けられた弁室及び圧縮機の吸入室に連通するPs入出口を有し、前記弁口より上流側に圧縮機の吐出室に連通するPd導入口が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下流側に前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通するPc入出口が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための主弁体と、該主弁体を弁口開閉方向に移動させるためのプランジャを有する電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機から吸入圧力Psが前記Ps入出口を介して導入される感圧室と、該感圧室の圧力に応じて前記主弁体を弁口開閉方向に付勢する感圧応動部材と、を備えた可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁であって、
前記電磁式アクチュエータに通電され、かつ、前記主弁体により前記弁口が閉じられているとき、前記クランク室の圧力Pcを前記Ps入出口を介して前記圧縮機の吸入室に逃がすための弁内逃がし通路が設けられ、前記弁内逃がし通路は、前記主弁体内、前記プランジャ内、及び前記プランジャの底面と前記弁本体に設けられたストッパ部との間に形成される間隙及び前記プランジャの外周部に形成された縦溝を含んで構成され、
前記電磁式アクチュエータへの通電停止時には、前記プランジャの底面を前記ストッパ部に押し付けることにより前記弁内逃がし通路を遮断するようにされていることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記弁内逃がし通路を前記主弁体内で開閉するための副弁体が設けられ、前記主弁体により前記弁口が閉じられているときには、前記副弁体に、前記弁内逃がし通路を開く方向に、前記吸入圧力Psに応じた力及び前記クランク室圧力Pcと前記吸入圧力Psとの差圧に応じた力の二つの力が作用するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記弁本体に前記主弁体が摺動自在に嵌挿される案内孔が設けられ、該案内孔と前記弁口との間に前記Pc入出口が設けられるとともに、前記案内孔の上側に前記Ps入出口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記主弁体に対して閉弁方向と開弁方向に作用する冷媒圧を略相殺するべく、前記主弁体に冷媒圧を付与するキャンセル通路を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記キャンセル通路は、前記主弁体内に形成され前記主弁体における前記弁口よりも上流側の端面に開口するとともに前記Pc入出口に連通する弁内キャンセル通路と、前記主弁体の前記端面に対向するとともに前記弁内キャンセル通路に連通する圧力室とを備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記主弁体内に形成される前記弁内逃がし通路と前記弁内キャンセル通路とが前記主弁体を貫通する1つの貫通孔により形成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
