Claims (5)
- 上側軸部、該上側軸部より大径の弁体部、及び前記上側軸部と同径の下側軸部を有する弁棒と、
前記弁体部が接離する弁口が設けられた弁室を有し、前記弁口より上側に前記弁棒の上側軸部が摺動自在に嵌挿される上側案内孔が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下側に前記弁棒の下側軸部が摺動自在に嵌挿される下側案内孔が設けられ、かつ、前記弁口を挟んで両側に圧縮機からの吐出圧力の冷媒を導入するための吐出圧ポート及び前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通する制御圧ポートが設けられるとともに、前記圧縮機の吸入圧力を導入する吸入圧ポートが設けられた弁本体と、
前記弁棒を弁口開閉方向に駆動するための電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機の吸入圧力に応動して前記弁棒を弁口開閉方向に駆動する感圧応動部材とを備え、
前記弁棒の下端部は、前記吸入圧力が導入される導入室に面し、該弁棒の下端部に前記吸入圧力が作用するようにされるとともに、前記弁本体に、前記吸入圧力を前記感圧応動部材に導き、前記弁棒の上端部に前記吸入圧力が作用するべく、前記吸入圧ポートとしての吸入圧通路が設けられ、
前記吸入圧通路は、上端が前記感圧応動部材を収容する感圧室に連通するとともに、下端が前記弁本体の下端部に開口せしめられ、
前記弁本体における前記上側案内孔と前記下側案内孔との間に前記吐出圧ポートを有する前記弁室又は前記制御圧ポートを有する制御圧室が設けられ、
前記上側案内孔より下側に、前記弁室もしくは制御圧室の下面を画成するように、前記弁棒の下側軸部が摺動自在に嵌挿される下側案内孔を有する筒状体が気密的に取付固定され、
前記弁棒に掛かる冷媒圧力による開弁方向の下向きの力と閉弁方向の上向きの力とが同じになるように、前記上側軸部の断面積、前記下側軸部の断面積、及び前記弁口の開口面積をほぼ等しく設定したことを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記弁棒の下端部に前記吸入圧力が作用するように、前記下側案内孔の下端部に前記吸入圧力が導入される吸入圧導入小室が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記弁本体における前記上側案内孔より上側に、前記電磁式アクチュエータの構成要素であるプランジャが配在されるプランジャ室が設けられ、前記吸入圧通路は前記プランジャ室を介して前記感圧室に連通するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記弁本体における前記上側案内孔より上側に、前記電磁式アクチュエータの構成要素であるプランジャが配在されるプランジャ室が設けられるとともに、該プランジャ室と外部とを連通するように、前記弁本体の周側部に前記吸入圧通路としての吸入圧ポートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記吸入圧通路は、直線状の貫通孔で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
