図1〜図3は、それぞれ本発明に係る可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の第1実施形態を示す縦断面図であり、図1は主弁:開、副弁:閉の状態(通常制御時)、図2は主弁:閉、副弁:閉の状態(圧縮機起動移行時)、図3は主弁:閉、副弁:開の状態(圧縮機起動時)を示している。
図5〜図7は、それぞれ本発明に係る可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の第2実施形態を示す縦断面図であり、図5は主弁:開、副弁:閉の状態(通常制御時)、図6は主弁:閉、副弁:閉の状態(圧縮機起動移行時)、図7は主弁:閉、副弁:開の状態(圧縮機起動時)を示している。

Claims (5)
- 弁口が設けられた弁室及び圧縮機の吸入室に連通するPs入出口を有し、前記弁口より上流側に圧縮機の吐出室に連通するPd導入口が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下流側に前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通するPc入出口が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための弁体と、該弁体を弁口開閉方向に移動させるためのプランジャを有する電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機から吸入圧力Psが前記Ps入出口を介して導入される感圧室と、該感圧室内に配置されて該感圧室の圧力に応じて前記弁体を弁口開閉方向に付勢する感圧応動部材と、を備え、
前記電磁式アクチュエータは、コイルの内周側に、筒状のステータ、吸引子、及び前記プランジャが直列的に配在されており、前記ステータの内周側に前記感圧室を形成すべく、前記ステータにおける前記吸引子側とは反対側の開口に、該開口を閉塞する閉塞部材が前記感圧応動部材の伸縮方向に向けて圧入されて溶接されており、
前記ステータと前記吸引子とが一体に成形されていることを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記開口の口径が、前記感圧室の室径と同等もしくはそれより大きくされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記閉塞部材に、前記感圧室内に配置された前記感圧応動部材の端部が嵌め込まれる凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記弁口を開閉するとともに、前記クランク室の圧力Pcを前記Ps入出口を介して前記圧縮機の吸入室に逃がすための弁内逃がし通路がその内部に設けられた主弁体と、該弁内逃がし通路を開閉する副弁体とで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁。
- 弁口が設けられた弁室及び圧縮機の吸入室に連通するPs入出口を有し、前記弁口より上流側に圧縮機の吐出室に連通するPd導入口が設けられるとともに、前記弁口より下流側に前記圧縮機のクランク室に連通するPc入出口が設けられた弁本体と、前記弁口を開閉するための弁体と、該弁体を弁口開閉方向に移動させるためのプランジャを有する電磁式アクチュエータと、前記圧縮機から吸入圧力Psが前記Ps入出口を介して導入される感圧室と、該感圧室内に配置されて該感圧室の圧力に応じて前記弁体を弁口開閉方向に付勢する感圧応動部材と、を備え、
前記電磁式アクチュエータは、コイルの内周側に、筒状のステータ、吸引子、及び前記プランジャが直列的に配在されており、前記ステータの内周側に前記感圧応動部材が配在される前記感圧室が形成されている可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の組立方法であって、
前記ステータにおける前記吸引子側とは反対側の開口を通して該ステータの内周側に前記感圧応動部材を配置し、前記開口に該開口を閉塞する閉塞部材を圧入しながら前記感圧応動部材の取付長を調節した後、前記開口に前記閉塞部材を溶接して固定することを特徴とする可変容量型圧縮機用制御弁の組立方法。
