Description
図1及び図2により、本実施形態に係る伸縮性不織布1について説明する。
(数1)
伸縮範囲=延伸倍率−エラストマ繊維(ウレタン繊維)の歪み−ポリオレフィン繊維の弾性回復
ポリオレフィン繊維の弾性回復=延伸倍率−ポリオレフィン繊維の歪み
次に、伸縮性不織布1の製造方法について説明する。

繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が27g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが4.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が30.38g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、62.1%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、20μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を試験片として、カトーテック(株) KES−FB3−AUTO−A を用いて圧縮性の試験を行った。試験は、加圧面積2cm2、SENS2、圧縮速度50sec/mmで測定し、圧縮課程における圧縮仕事量WCを算定した。
得られた不織布を試験片として、カトーテック(株) KES−F8−AP1 を用いて通気抵抗値を測定した。測定は、φ28mmの円筒部に試験片を取り付け、排気3sec、吸気3sec後の通気抵抗値を測定した。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が27g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが6.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が31.43g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、125.5%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、17μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が27g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが7.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が28.15g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、164%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、16μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が35g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが4.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が38.45g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、64.5%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、20μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が35g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが6.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が38.51g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、120.9%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、17μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が35g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が50%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが7.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が35.67g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、155.7%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、16μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が50g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が40%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが4.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が52.13g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、49.5%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、20μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が50g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が40%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが6.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が55.98g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、119.5%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、17μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維(PP)とポリウレタン繊維(TPU)とから構成され、坪量が50g/m2、ポリウレタン繊維(TPU)の混率が40%とした不織布シートを作製した。
次に、この不織布シートにギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが7.0mmのギアロールを用いて、不織布のシート温度を45℃、加工速度を50m/minとして不織布シートについてギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布を得た。伸縮性不織布は、坪量が50.34g/m2であり、伸縮範囲は、149.5%であった。また、疎領域11におけるポリプロピレン繊維(PP)の繊維径は、16μmであった。
得られた伸縮性不織布を用いて、実施例1と同様の試験を行った。
図8に示すように、オレフィン繊維の繊維径が変化することにより、伸縮性不織布1の密度が変化し、坪量が同一でも伸縮性不織布1の空隙が多くなる。これにより、圧縮仕事量WCも増加し、伸縮性不織布が圧縮しやすくなることより、クッション性が増加することが分かる。
(ギア延伸加工時の条件における強度変化)
繊維径が23μmのポリプロピレン繊維60%とポリウレタン繊維40%から構成され、坪量が35g/m2の不織布シートを作製した。次に、ギア延伸加工として、ピッチPが4.9mm、噛み合い代Lが6.2mmのギアロール31、32を用いて、当該不織布シート2について流れ方向(MD方向)にギア延伸加工を行い、伸縮性不織布1を得た。なお、加熱工程は、不織布シートを加熱ローラ33を通過させることにより、シート温度が48℃になるように調節した。また、不織布シートは、MD方向に係る最大点強度が45.9N/50mmであった。
図10に示すように、ギア延伸加工においては、加工速度が50m/min以上になると、流れ方向における強度がギア延伸加工前の不織布シートよりも低下することが分かる。しかしながら、図11に示すように、ギア延伸加工時における不織布シート2を加熱することにより、加工速度が53m/minであっても、流れ方向における強度を増加させることが可能になることが分かる。

Claims (15)
- 縦方向と前記縦方向に直交する横方向とを有し、
両面に前記縦方向に伸びる複数の帯状疎領域と複数の帯状密領域とが前記横方向に交互に連続して形成されると共に、一の面における前記帯状密領域と他の面における前記帯状密領域とが前記横方向に交互に形成される伸縮性不織布であって、
該伸縮性不織布は、混合された伸長性繊維と伸縮性繊維とからなり、
前記伸長性繊維は、前記一の面における前記帯状密領域と前記他の面における前記帯状密領域との間において、部分的に伸長された伸長性繊維を含み、
前記一の面における前記帯状密領域と前記他の面における前記帯状密領域とは、互いに4〜7mmの間隔を空けて配置される凸状のギア歯を有する一対のギアロールの間を通過することにより間隔を空けて形成され、
前記帯状疎領域は、少なくとも一対のガイドローラの間を通過することにより平坦に形成され、
前記部分的に伸長された伸長性繊維を構成する繊維の平均繊維径は、前記帯状密領域における前記伸長性繊維の平均繊維径よりも小さい伸縮性不織布。 - 前記伸縮性不織布は、坪量が50g/m2以下である請求項1に記載の伸縮性不織布。
- 前記伸長性繊維は、前記伸縮性繊維の最大強度における伸びよりも小さな伸びで塑性変形を起こす請求項1または2に記載の伸縮性不織布。
- 前記伸長性繊維は、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン繊維である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の伸縮性不織布。
- 前記帯状密領域の幅は、前記帯状疎領域の幅よりも狭い請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の伸縮性不織布。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の該伸縮性不織布に、非伸縮性不織布を接着剤により貼り合わせた複合シート。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の該伸縮性不織布に、該伸縮性不織布以外の不織布およびフィルムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の物品を積層した複合シート。
- 少なくとも吸収体と、請求項1から5に記載の伸縮性不織布と、を備える吸収性物品。
- 少なくとも吸収体と、請求項6または7に記載の前記複合シートと、を備える吸収性物品であって、
前記複合シートは、該吸収性物品の装着時における肌当接面側に配置される吸収性物品。 - 前身頃と、後身頃とを有するシャーシと、
液保持性の吸収体と、を少なくとも備える吸収性物品であって、
前記シャーシは、少なくとも前記伸縮性不織布または前記複合シートにより構成される請求項8または9に記載の吸収性物品。 - 縦方向と前記縦方向に直交する横方向とを有し、
両面に前記縦方向に伸びる複数の帯状疎領域と複数の帯状密領域とが前記横方向に交互に連続して形成されると共に、一の面における前記帯状密領域と他の面における前記帯状密領域とが前記横方向に交互に形成され、
混合された伸長性繊維と伸縮性繊維とからなり、
前記伸長性繊維は、前記一の面における前記帯状密領域と前記他の面における前記帯状密領域との間において、部分的に伸長された伸長性繊維を含み、
前記部分的に伸長された伸長性繊維を構成する繊維の平均繊維径は、前記帯状密領域における前記伸長性繊維の平均繊維径よりも小さい伸縮性不織布の製造方法であって、
前記伸長性繊維および前記伸縮性繊維が混合されたシートを加熱する加熱工程と、
前記シートを、互いに4〜7mmの間隔を空けて配置される凸状のギア歯を有する一対のギアロールの間に挟むことにより、前記一の面における前記帯状密領域と前記他の面における前記帯状密領域とが間隔を空けて形成されるように延伸させるギア延伸工程と、
前記ギア延伸工程において延伸された前記シートを少なくとも一対のガイドローラを通過させるガイドローラ通過工程と、を有する伸縮性不織布の製造方法。 - 前記ギア延伸工程の前に前記シートに張力を付与して該シートを予備的に延伸させる予備延伸工程と、
前記ギア延伸工程において延伸された前記シートを冷却する冷却工程と、をさらに有する請求項11に記載の伸縮性不織布の製造方法。 - 前記加熱工程において、結晶化度が57%以下である前記伸長性繊維と前記伸縮性繊維とを混合した前記シートに、前記伸長性繊維の融点以下であって、40℃以上の熱量を加える請求項11または12に記載の伸縮性不織布の製造方法。
- 請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の製造方法によって製造される伸縮性不織布。
- 請求項14に記載の伸縮性不織布を用いた吸収性物品。
