Description
図1は、本発明実施例の減速駆動装置を適用した四輪駆動車のスケルトン平面図である。図1のように、四輪駆動車1は、主駆動源である内燃機関としてのエンジン3と、副駆動源である電動モータ5とを備えている。
前記減速駆動装置23は、例えば図2のようになっている。図2は減速駆動装置23の断面図ある。
前記第2減速機構75は、互いに噛み合った小径ギヤ91と大径ギヤ93から構成されている。小径ギヤ91は第2軸81に一体形成され、大径ギヤ93はリヤ・デフ31のアウター・デフ・ケース95の端部に溶接されている。
前記電動モータ5の出力は、出力軸57から第1,第2減速機構73,75を介してアウター・デフ・ケース95に伝達される。このアウター・デフ・ケース95からクラッチ33を介してインナー・デフ・ケース99に伝達される。
の抜け止めは、スナップ・リング169で行われている。
前記第2減速機構75Bの大径ギヤ93Bは、前記小径ギヤ91Bに噛み合い、デフ・ケース95Bにボルト149により固定されている。
さらに本実施例では、第1減速機構73Bに遊星歯車機構を用いて第2軸を省いたため、全体的に回転半径方向にも小型化を図り、全体としてより小型となっている。

Claims (4)
- 端部開口側外周の締結部がケーシングのモーター結合部に締結結合されるモーター・カバーの前記端部開口から内部機能部品の一部が突出したトルクを出力可能な電動モータと、
前記ケーシングに支持され前記電動モータの出力回転を減速して伝達する減速機構と、
前記ケーシングに支持され前記減速機構で減速された出力回転を一対の出力軸へ分配して伝達する分配機構とを備え、
前記電動モータの内部機能部品と前記分配機構とを、回転半径方向視で一部重合させ、
前記ケーシングに、前記電動モータの出力軸を支持するモーター軸支持部を一体に設け、
このモータ軸支持部の軸方向一側にカバー結合部を一体に設け、同他側に前記モータ結合部を前記電動モータの突出した内部機能部品の一部を内周側に挿入させ得るように一体に設け、
前記モーター軸支持部の軸方向一側であって、前記出力軸の端部に前記減速機構の減速ギヤを一体形成し、前記ギヤは前記カバー結合部より軸方向一側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする減速駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の減速駆動装置であって、
前記分配機構は、前記ケーシングに回転自在に支持され前記減速機構で減速された駆動力を入力するデファレンシャル・ケース及び該デファレンシャル・ケースに支持され一対の出力軸が結合される差動機構とからなる
ことを特徴とする減速駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の減速駆動装置であって、
前記電動モータの内部機能部品は、ロータ,ステータを含む
ことを特徴とする減速駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の減速駆動装置であって、
前記電動モータを取り付ける前記ケーシングの取付部に、前記電動モータの外郭を形成するモーター・カバーの一部を分割形成した
ことを特徴とする減速駆動装置。
