- 水素透過性金属からなる水素分離膜基材上にプロトン導電性を有する電解質層を形成する電解質層形成工程と、
前記電解質層形成工程の後に、電解メッキ処理によって前記水素分離膜基材の外周側壁に水素非透過性層を形成する水素非透過性層形成工程と、
前記電解質層上にカソードを形成するカソード形成工程とを含むことを特徴とする燃料電池の製造方法。
