Claims (8)
- ガラス基板と対向ガラス基板に液晶が封入された液晶パネルと、
前記液晶パネルの表示面に透明光学接着剤により全面接着された透明体と、
前記液晶パネルの裏面側に設けられ、前記液晶パネルを照明する背面光源と、
前記背面光源の部材であって前記液晶パネルを保持し、外形が前記透明体よりも大きな板状体を備え、
前記透明体と前記板状体が、前記液晶パネルの外側で重なり合う部分で常温硬化型の接着剤により接着固定されることにより、前記透明体と前記液晶パネルと前記背面光源が一体化されることを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記板状体の表面には、前記液晶パネルより外側に凸形状部が形成されており、前記透明体の裏面と前記板状体の凸形状部とが前記常温硬化型の接着剤により接着固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記液晶パネルと前記板状体の間隙に前記常温硬化型の接着剤が浸入しないように、
前記板状体に流れ止め部材が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記板状体は導光板であり、前記導光板と前記液晶パネルの間に光学シートが配置されるとともに、前記導光板には前記光学シートの外形より大きい凹みが、前記光学シートとほぼ同じ厚みかそれ以上の深さで形成されており、前記光学シートは前記凹みに組み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記板状体は導光板であり、前記導光板の発光面上には光学シートが配置され、前記光学シートの周りに設けられた粘着材により、前記液晶パネルは前記導光板に固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記板状体は導光板を固定するフレームであり、前記フレームには導光板をはめ込むための開口部が設けられ、前記導光板と前記液晶パネルとの間に光学シートが設けられ、前記液晶パネルと前記フレームが粘着材により固定されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記常温硬化型の接着剤は、供給時の粘度が10〜45Pa・sであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
- 前記常温硬化型の接着剤は、黒色樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置。
