Description
請求項3の発明は、請求項1の構成に加えて、エンジントルクを前記第1の回転要素に伝達するとともに、前記第4の回転要素の回転速度を前記第1の回転要素の回転速度よりも低速に制御する場合は、前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータを力行または回生させることにより、エンジントルクの反力を第2のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持たせて、前記エンジントルクを前記第4の回転要素に伝達するとともに、前記第3のモータ・ジェネレータを力行させ、この第3のモータ・ジェネレータのトルクを車輪に伝達する第1のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とするものである。
Claims (9)
- エンジンと車輪との間の動力伝達経路に第1遊星歯車機構と第2遊星歯車機構とからなる動力分配装置が設けられており、
この動力分配装置は、相互に差動回転可能な回転要素として第1ないし第4の四つのみの回転要素を有しているとともに、
前記エンジンと第1の回転要素とが連結され、
第1のモータ・ジェネレータと第2の回転要素とが連結され、
前記第3の回転要素に第2のモータ・ジェネレータが連結され、
前記車輪と第4の回転要素とが連結されており、
前記動力分配装置における第1の回転要素と第4の回転要素との間の変速比を、前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータもしくは第2のモータ・ジェネレータを制御して無段階に制御することの可能なハイブリッド車のドライブトレーンにおいて、
車輪に動力伝達可能に連結された第3のモータ・ジェネレータと、
前記各モータ・ジェネレータ同士の間で電力の授受を可能にする電気回路と、
前記各モータ・ジェネレータを制御する電子制御装置とを有し、
前記電子制御装置はエンジントルクに対する反力を前記第1または第2のモータ・ジェネレータのうち低出力となる方のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持たせ、前記動力分配装置の入力要素と出力要素との間の変速比であって前記エンジンから車輪に伝達される動力の伝達効率が増大から低下に変化する二つの変速比のうちの大きい方の変速比以上の変速比が設定されている場合には、前記反力を受け持つモータ・ジェネレータで発電された電力を前記第3のモータ・ジェネレータに供給するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。 - エンジンと車輪との間の動力伝達経路に動力分配装置が設けられ、
その動力分配装置における入力要素と出力要素との間の変速比を、第1のモータ・ジェネレータもしくは第2のモータ・ジェネレータを制御して無段階に制御することの可能なハイブリッド車のドライブトレーンにおいて、
前記動力分配装置は、ダブルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構とシングルピニオン型の遊星歯車機構とを備えるとともに、
それらの遊星歯車機構のリングギヤ同士が連結され、
かつキャリヤ同士が連結もしくは共用化されて4つの回転要素を有する構成とされ、
前記エンジンは前記動力分配装置の第1の回転要素に連結され、
前記動力分配装置の第2の回転要素に前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータが連結され、
前記動力分配装置における第3の回転要素に前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータが連結され、
前記車輪に第3のモータ・ジェネレータが動力伝達可能に連結され、
前記動力分配装置の第4の回転要素と前記車輪とが連結され、
前記各モータ・ジェネレータ同士の間で電力の授受を可能にする電気回路が設けられ、
前記各モータ・ジェネレータを制御する電子制御装置が設けられ、
前記電子制御装置はエンジントルクに対する反力を前記第1または第2のモータ・ジェネレータのうち低出力となる方のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持たせ、前記動力分配装置の入力要素と出力要素との間の変速比であって前記エンジンから車輪に伝達される動力の伝達効率が増大から低下に変化する二つの変速比のうちの大きい方の変速比以上の変速比が設定されている場合には、前記反力を受け持つモータ・ジェネレータで発電された電力を前記第3のモータ・ジェネレータに供給するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。 - エンジントルクを前記第1の回転要素に伝達するとともに、前記第4の回転要素の回転速度を前記第1の回転要素の回転速度よりも低速に制御する場合は、前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータを力行または回生させることにより、エンジントルクの反力を第2のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持たせて、前記エンジントルクを前記第4の回転要素に伝達するとともに、前記第3のモータ・ジェネレータを力行させ、この第3のモータ・ジェネレータのトルクを車輪に伝達する第1のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- エンジントルクを前記第1の回転要素に伝達するとともに、前記第4の回転要素の回転速度を前記第1の回転要素の回転速度よりも高速に制御する場合は、エンジントルクの反力を第1のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持たせるとともに、前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方を力行させ、その第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方のトルクを車輪に伝達する第2のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- 前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方を力行させ、その第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方のトルクを車輪に伝達する場合に、前記第1の回転要素およびエンジンをブレーキで停止させることにより、前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方の反力を前記ブレーキで受け持たせる第3のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- 前記ブレーキにより前記第1の回転要素およびエンジンが停止された後に、前記エンジンを始動させる場合は、前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータを回生させ、かつ、前記ブレーキの制動力を低下させることにより、前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータまたは第3のモータ・ジェネレータの少なくとも一方の反力を、前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータで受け持つとともに、前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータの回転速度を制御することにより、前記エンジンの回転速度を上昇させ、ついで、燃料を燃焼させて前記エンジンを自律回転させる第4のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- 前記エンジントルクを前記第1の回転要素に入力し、かつ、前記第4の回転要素を経由させて車輪に伝達する場合に、前記第1のモータ・ジェネレータまたは前記第2のモータ・ジェネレータのうちの少なくとも一方により、エンジントルクの反力を受け持たせる第5のハイブリッド制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- 前記第5のハイブリッド制御手段は、前記エンジントルクの反力を受け持つモータ・ジェネレータの出力がなるべく低くなるように、反力を受け持つモータ・ジェネレータを選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
- 前記第1の回転要素ないし第4の回転要素を基線上の異なる位置に配置する共線図で、隣り合う2つの位置に前記第1の回転要素および前記第4の回転要素が配置され、かつ、前記第1の回転要素および前記第4の回転要素を挟んだ両側に、前記第2の回転要素および前記第3の回転要素が配置されるように、前記第1の回転要素ないし第4の回転要素が連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド車のドライブトレーン。
