Claims (6)
- 工具ホルダを介して工具が取り付けられた工作機械の主軸の周辺から、前記工具ホルダまたは前記工具に向けて切削液を吐出する流体噴射装置であって、
多関節ロボットのアームの先端に取り付けられ、前記工具ホルダまたは前記工具に向けて前記切削液を吐出するための吐出孔が形成されたロボットハンドと、
前記主軸の軸方向に沿って前記主軸を移動させる送り動作に同期して、前記ロボットハンドが前記主軸の軸方向に沿って移動するように、前記多関節ロボットの関節を制御する制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする流体噴射装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記吐出孔から吐出された前記切削液が前記工具ホルダまたは前記工具の予め決められた特定部位に前記吐出孔からの前記切削液が供給された状態を維持しながら、前記ロボットハンドが前記主軸の軸方向に沿って移動するように、前記多関節ロボットの前記関節を制御する
ことを特徴とする流体噴射装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の流体噴射装置であって、
前記ロボットハンドは、前記主軸に取り付けられた前記工具を囲むように形成され、
前記吐出孔は、前記ロボットハンドに複数形成されている
ことを特徴とする流体噴射装置。 - 請求項3に記載の流体噴射装置であって、
複数の前記吐出孔は、予め決められた所定の空間領域に向けて加工液が吐出されるように前記ロボットハンドに形成され、
前記制御装置は、前記所定の空間領域が前記工具ホルダまたは前記工具の予め決められた特定部位と重なる状態を維持しながら、前記ロボットハンドが前記主軸の軸方向に沿って移動するように、前記多関節ロボットの前記関節を制御する
ことを特徴とする流体噴射装置。 - 請求項4に記載の流体噴射装置であって、
前記所定の空間領域は、主軸の軸方向と直行する平面上において、前記特定部位の径より小さい領域である
ことを特徴とする流体噴射装置。 - 請求項4または5に記載の流体噴射装置であって、
前記ロボットハンドは、リング状に形成されており、
前記所定の空間領域は、前記ロボットハンドの内側に設定されている
ことを特徴とする流体噴射装置。
