Abstract
Description
(実施例1)
スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレン(SBS)ゴム25gに、硬化剤として1,6‐ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(1,6‐hexanediol diacrylate)0.4gおよび粘着増強剤としてRegalite 1125 15gを添加し、溶剤としてトルエン(Toluene)75gを添加した後、十分に撹拌してゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着増強剤としてRegalite 1125 20gを添加したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
硬化剤として、1,6‐ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(1,6‐hexanediol diacrylate)の代わりにテトラエチレングリコールジアクリレート(tetra(ethylene glycol) diacrylate)0.4gを添加したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
アクリル(acryl)樹脂25gに、硬化剤として過酸化ベンゾイル(benzoyl peroxide)を添加し、粘着増強剤は添加せず、溶剤としてトルエン(Toluene)75gを添加した後、十分に撹拌してアクリル系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着増強剤としてRegalite 1125 10gを添加したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着増強剤として、Regalite 1125の代わりにテルペンフェノール樹脂(terpene phenolic resin)(SI Group製、SP‐560)15gを添加したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
PET離型フィルム上に、実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3で製造された粘着剤組成物をナイフコータでコーティングした(コーティング厚さ:30〜35μm)。次いで、コーティングされたゴム系粘着剤組成物をメタルハライドランプ下に位置させ、10mW/cmの紫外線を約3分間照射して硬化させることで、ゴム系粘着剤を製造した。製造されたゴム系粘着剤を1in×1in(横×縦)に裁断して試験片を製造した後、その重量を測り、PET容器にトルエン溶剤50mlを入れた後、常温で24時間保管した。完全にスウェリング(full swelling)されたゴム系粘着剤を、準備された130mm×130mmの200メッシュでふるい、110℃のオーブンで4時間乾燥させてから重量を測った。最初の粘着剤の重量と後での粘着剤の重量との差を計算し、最終ゲル含量を測定した。
実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3で製造されたゴム系粘着剤組成物の硬化物であるゴム系粘着剤を1in×10cm(横×縦)に裁断して試験片を製造し、試験片の一面をABSおよび塗装にそれぞれ付着し、2kgのローラーで2回往復して付着した。次いで、常温(23℃)で30分が経過した時に、剥離力測定器を用いて、300mm/minの剥離速度および180°の剥離角度で初期剥離強度を測定した。
Claims (8)
- スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレン(SBS)ゴムと、
硬化剤と、
粘着増強剤と、を含むゴム系粘着剤組成物であって、
前記粘着増強剤が、前記スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレン(SBS)ゴム100重量部に対して、50重量部〜100重量部で含まれることを特徴とする、ゴム系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記スチレン‐ブタジエン‐スチレン(SBS)ゴムのスチレンの含量が20重量%〜30重量%である、請求項1に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記硬化剤は、1,6‐ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(1,6‐hexanediol diacrylate)、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサアクリレート(dipentaerythritol hexaacrylte)、テトラメチロールメタンテトラアクリレート(tetramethylolmethane tetraacrylate)、テトラメチロールメタントリアクリレート(tetramethylolmethane triacrylate)、トリメタノールプロパントリアクリレート(trimethylolpropane triacrylate)、1,6‐ビス(3‐アクリロイルオキシ‐2‐ヒドロキシプロピルオキシ)ヘキサン[1,6‐bis(3‐acryloyloxy‐2‐hydroxypropyl)hexane]、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(polyethylene glycol diacrylate)、ペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレート(pentaerythritol triacrylate)、およびヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートウレタンプレポリマー(hexamethylene diisocyanate urethane prepolymer)からなる群から選択された1つ以上である、請求項1に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着増強剤は、水素添加された環状オレフィン系樹脂である、請求項1に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着増強剤の軟化点が90℃以上である、請求項1に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物。
- 紫外線安定剤、光開始剤、熱開始剤、酸化防止剤、充填剤、および可塑剤からなる群から選択された一つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物。
- アクリルフォーム層と、
前記アクリルフォーム層の両面に形成された、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のゴム系粘着剤組成物が硬化されたゴム系粘着剤層と、を含む自動車用ゴム系粘着テープ。 - 前記ゴム系粘着剤層の硬化度(ゲル含量)が30%〜50%である、請求項7に記載の自動車用ゴム系粘着テープ。
