Abstract
【解決手段】芳香族ヒドロキシ化合物を含有する流れ21と前記ジアルキルカーボネートを含有する流れ22を、供給側(Z)に供給すると共に、反応体および/または反応生成物を任意に含有する1種または複数種の中沸点留分を、気体または液体の状態で排出側(E)から排出させる反応蒸留塔において、反応領域が位置する供給側(Z)と排出側(E)の方向への液体流および/または蒸気流の横断混合を分離装置(T)によって妨げる、反応性分割壁塔を使用する方法。

Description
この出願は、2009年4月8日に出願されたドイツ国特許出願No.102009016853.2の利益を権利として主張する。全ての有用な目的のために、該ドイツ国特許出願全体は本願明細書の一部を成す。
反応において形成される反応アルコールおよび過剰量で使用されるジアルキルカーボネートの分離を、上記の不都合が生じることなく、反応塔内において行えることが判明した。
式中、R1およびR2はそれぞれ、相互に独立して、直鎖状または分枝鎖状の任意に置換されたC1−C34−アルキル、好ましくはC1−C6−アルキル、特に好ましくはC1−C4−アルキルである。R1およびR2は同一であってもよく、異なっていてもよい。好ましくはR1およびR2は同一である。
X−R2Sn−O−R2Sn−Y
式中、XおよびYはそれぞれ相互に独立して、OH、SCN、OR13、OCOR13またはハロゲンであり、Rはアルキル、アリールであり、R13は上記R12の意義を有する(欧州特許出願公開第0338760号参照)。
85.91重量%のフェノールと、9.32重量%のジメチルカーボネートと、3.22重量%のジフェニルカーボネートと、1.55重量%のチタンテトラフェノキシドを含有する369.9kg/hの混合物(21)を、反応領域(K1TRZ)の上端から、反応性分割壁塔(K1)へ供給する。該反応性分割壁塔は、19段の理論段を有する濃縮区画(K1VT)と、9段の理論段を有するストリッピング区画(K1AT)と、濃縮区画とストリッピング区画の間で塔を分割して塔を供給側と排出側に分割する分割壁を具備する。供給側の上部区画(K1LO)は10段の理論段を有し、分割壁の供給側にある反応領域(K1TRZ)は30個の反応トレーを有し(滞流量/トレー:12リットル)、反応領域よりも下方にある供給側の別の区画(K1LU)は10段の理論段を有し、側留排出部(5)よりも上方にある排出側の上端区画(K1RO)は15段の理論段を有し、側留排出管(5)よりも下方にある排出側の下部区画(K1RU)は15段の理論段を有しまた、反応領域(K1TRZ)の上部端にあるストリッピング区画K1ATは6つのトレーを有する(滞流量:12リットル)。98.9重量%のジメチルカーボネートと、0.9重量%のフェノールと、0.2重量%のアニソールを含有する539kg/hの蒸気状混合物(22)は、反応領域(K1RZ)の下端から供給される。
実施例1において記載した反応性分割壁塔と同じ分割壁塔を使用する。85.91重量%のフェノールと、9.32重量%のジメチルカーボネートと、3.22重量%のジフェニルカーボネートと、1.55重量%のチタンテトラフェノキシドを含有する、396.9kg/hの混合物(21)を、反応領域(K1TRZ)の上端から供給する。
実施例1および2において記載した反応性分割壁塔と同じ分割壁塔を使用する。85.91重量%のフェノールと、9.32重量%のジメチルカーボネートと、3.22重量%のジフェニルカーボネートと、1.55重量%のチタンテトラフェノキシドを含有する396.9kg/hの混合物(21)を、反応領域(K1TRZ)の上端から供給する。
実施例3において記載された反応性分割壁塔と透析蒸発法の組合せと同じ組み合わせを使用する。
実施例4において記載された反応性分割壁塔、透析蒸発法および側留ストリッピング法の組合せと同じ組み合わせを使用する。

Claims (16)
- 長手方向において分離効果を発揮すると共に、反応領域が位置する供給側(Z)と排出側(E)の方向への液体流および/または蒸気流の横断混合を完全にまたは部分的に妨げる1個または複数個の分離装置によって分割された反応性蒸留塔内において、触媒が存在する状態で、ジアルキルカーボネートと芳香族ヒドロキシ化合物とを反応させることによって、アルキルアリールカーボネートおよび/またはジアリールカーボネートを調製するための方法であって、
前記芳香族ヒドロキシ化合物を含有する流れ(21)と前記ジアルキルカーボネートを含有する流れ(22)を、前記供給側(Z)に供給すると共に、
反応体および/または反応生成物を任意に含有する1種または複数種の中沸点留分を、気体または液体の状態で排出側(E)から排出させる
ことを含む該方法。 - 1個または複数個の分離装置が、液体流および/または蒸気流の横断混合を完全に妨げる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流れ(21)が反応領域の上方から供給され、流れ(22)が反応領域の下方から供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 芳香族ヒドロキシ化合物がフェノールであり、ジアルキルカーボネートがジメチルカーボネートまたはジエチルカーボネートであり、ジアリールカーボネートがジフェニルカーボネートである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 反応が均一に触媒される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流れ(21)が触媒を含有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- ジアルキルカーボネートを含有する流れ(21)および/または流れ(22)が、気体の状態または熱せられた状態で供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 流れ(21)が液体の状態または少量の蒸気を含む状態で導入され、流れ(22)が気体の状態または過熱された状態で供給される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒を含有しないか、または最大で1重量%の触媒を含有する少なくとも1つの別の区画(K1TLO)を、反応領域の上方の供給側(Z)に配設させる請求項1の方法。
- 区画K1TLOが少なくとも1つの中間凝縮器を備え、前記凝縮器における凝縮によって得られる凝縮熱が、工程へ直接的あるいは間接的に戻される請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの別の区画(K1TLU)が、反応領域より下方の供給側(Z)に配設される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 区画K1TLUが少なくとも1つの中間凝縮器を備える請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中間凝縮器が反応性蒸留塔に組み込まれるか、または反応性蒸留塔の外側に独立した中間凝縮器として配設される請求項10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの中間凝縮器が反応性蒸留塔に組み込まれるか、または反応性蒸留塔の外側に独立した中間凝縮器として配設され請求項12に記載の方法。
- 反応が、100〜300℃の範囲の温度および0.5〜20barの範囲の圧力下で行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 濃縮区画(K1VT)から留出される留出物が、還流比が0.5〜50の条件下で、塔の中へランバックとして部分的にまたは完全に導入される請求項1に記載の方法。
