Claims (5)
- 発光デバイスの製造方法であって、
前記方法は、
発光ダイオードを提供する工程と
光学要素を提供する工程と、
光学要素を発光ダイオードに光重合可能な組成物で取り付ける工程と、
前記光重合可能な組成物は、ケイ素含有樹脂及び金属含有触媒を含み、前記ケイ
素含有樹脂は、ケイ素結合水素及び脂肪族不飽和物を含む、
前記ケイ素含有樹脂内でヒドロシリル化を開始するために700nm以下の波長を
有する化学線を適用する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記化学線を適用する工程が、前記光学要素を前記発光ダイオードに取り付ける前に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記化学線を適用する工程が、前記光学要素の取り付けた後に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学要素を前記発光ダイオードに取り付ける工程が、前記光学要素と発光ダイオードとを接触させる工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学要素を前記発光ダイオードに取り付ける工程が、前記光学要素を前記発光ダイオードの100nm以内に置く工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
