Description
Claims (14)
- 車両(10)の衝突回避又は衝突軽減システムを動作させるための方法であって、車両(10)と潜在的な衝突対象物(11、20)との間の現在の走行間隔が検出され、第1の閾値(12)に達すると、第1の警告機能及び/又は通知機能が作動する方法において、
第2の閾値(13)に達すると、自動的な部分制動と少なくとも1つの更なる安全措置とを組合わせたシステム介入が開始されることを特徴とする方法。 - 更なる安全措置として乗員の拘束が実施されること特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 衝突回避のために必要な減速度の大きさの最大90%に制動加速度を制限した状態で、前記部分制動が実行されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記部分制動の制動加速度が、速度に応じて事前に決定された最大限度に制限されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 走行速度が遅いときは、走行速度が速い場合よりも前記部分制動の制動加速度の最大限度が大きく設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 衝突回避のための前記システム介入が、車両運転者の要求に応じて停止される自動的な制動介入及び/又は自動的なステアリング介入として設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記システム介入が、車両運転者が作動させる緊急制動によって停止されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記システム介入の停止に対して、ブレーキペダル工程及びブレーキペダル速度から算出された閾値が設定されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記システム介入が、車両運転者により引き起こされた加速によって停止することを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記システム介入が、車両運転者の大きなステアリング操作により停止することを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両のための衝突回避又は衝突軽減システムであって、車両と潜在的な衝突対象物との間の現在の走行間隔を検出するための手段(14)と、第1の閾値(12)に達したときに第1の警告機能及び/又は通知機能を作動させるための手段(15)とを有する衝突回避又は衝突軽減システムにおいて、
第2の閾値(13)に達したときに、自動的な部分制動と少なくとも1つの更なる安全措置とを組合せたシステム介入を開始することを特徴とする衝突回避又は衝突軽減システム。 - 前記車両と前記潜在的な衝突対象物との間の現在の走行間隔を検出するための手段(14)として周囲検出センサが提供されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記周囲検出センサ(14)が少なくとも1つの77GHzレーダーセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記周囲検出センサ(14)が少なくとも1つの24GHzレーダーセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載のシステム。
