Zudem schneiden beide Enden der Rilllinie eine entsprechende seitliche Faltlinie der Faltfläche oder grenzen daran an. Auch hier kann die Ausgestaltung der Rilllinie innerhalb der Faltfläche entsprechende Produktions- und/oder Designvorgaben erfüllen. Überraschenderweise hat sich herausgestellt, dass bereits durch eine derartige Rilllinie ein gerundeter Kantenbereich der dreidimensionalen Struktur in einem entsprechend gefalteten Zustand des Zuschnitts erzeugt werden kann. Dadurch kann der Zeitaufwand für die Herrichtung entsprechender Stanz- oder Rillwerkzeuge zur Ausgestaltung dieser Rilllinie deutlich verringert werden. Zudem muss im Vergleich zu bekannten Zuschnitten deutlich weniger Laserenergie zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Rilllinie und damit zur Ausgestaltung abgerundeter Kantenbereiche von zum Beispiel Verpackungen, insbesondere Zigarettenverpackungen, aufgewendet werden. Bekannte Zuschnitte weisen beispielsweise fünf bis sieben parallel zu den die Faltfläche seitlich begrenzenden Faltlinien verlaufende Biegelinien auf. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung der Rilllinie innerhalb der Faltfläche kann die Anzahl der Rilllinien deutlich verringert werden. Neben entsprechenden Kosteneinsparungen kann so auch die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit zwischen 25 und 75 % gegenüber herkömmlichen Zuschnitten gesteigert werden. Die Rilllinien zur Herstellung des gerundeten Kantenbereichs können dabei als Schnittlinien, das heißt als durch den Zuschnitt beziehungsweise das Substrat des Zuschnitts vollständig hindurchgehende Schnitte oder als so genannte "Halfcuts", das heißt nicht vollständig durch den Zuschnitt beziehungsweise das Substrat des Zuschnitts hindurchgehende linienförmige Ausnehmungen, ausgebildet sein. Die Rilllinien 70, 72 schneiden sich dabei in einem auf den seitlichen Faltlinien 60, 64 liegenden Punkt. Dieser Schnittpunkt ist in einem mittleren Bereich der Faltflächen 50, 52 angeordnet. Durch diese Anordnung der Rilllinien 70, 72 ergeben sich wiederum drei Teilbereiche 106, 108, 110 innerhalb der Faltflächen 50, 52. Die Teilbereiche 106, 108, 110 sind dabei dreieckig ausgebildet. Im Unterschied zu dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind innerhalb von zwei Teilbereichen 106, 110 weitere Rilllinien 124 ausgebildet. Die Rilllinien 124 verlaufen dabei parallel zu den seitlichen Faltlinien 60, 62, 64, 66. Durch die Ausgestaltung dieser weiteren Rilllinien 124 ergibt sich eine besonders ausgeprägte und feine Rundungsstruktur. Der weitere Teilbereich 108 weist dagegen keine weiteren Rilllinien auf, sodass auch diese Ausführungsform im Vergleich zu bekannten Zuschnitten mit gerundeten Kantenbereichen kostengünstiger und schneller hergestellt werden kann.
