Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock for security doors with one through Locking tumblers and blocking tumblers composed of a tumbler secured bolt, one in the closed position of the bolt by re-actuating the tumbler retractable trap that drives it can be coupled via a change to the tumbler and one Locking element through which the latch in its extended position can be blocked.
- a lock for security doors with these features is from the DE 197 38 242 A1 known.
- the lock has to operate the bolt as well the trap has a guard locking set from guard locking and Blocking tumblers.
- the latch can only be operated when the bolt is pushed back, this actuation being driven by a tumbler Change and optionally via a profile cylinder, which on the one hand from the outside of the door via a key and on the other hand from the inside of the door can be turned using a rotary knob.
- a tumbler Change and optionally via a profile cylinder, which on the one hand from the outside of the door via a key and on the other hand from the inside of the door can be turned using a rotary knob.
- In its extended position Lockable with a locking lever. This lock is both on the Change as can also be canceled via the locking lug of the profile cylinder.
- the object of the invention is to make it more difficult for a lock with a bolt and a separate latch for security doors to manipulate the lock in the area of the latch.
- the effects caused by the locking element are canceled Blocking of the trap by mechanical transmission means on the one hand on the bolt and on the other hand on the locking element.
- Withdrawal of the bolt is by means of this mechanical transmission means in a movement of the locking element implemented such that the locking element unlocks the trap.
- the transmission means consists of a Link guide.
- one configuration provides that the transmission means from the backdrop in the bolt and one in it Assemble the guided link pin of the locking element.
- spring-back at least one of the two transmission means against a stop is formed by the locking element by a spring in the sense of a Transfer from its release to its blocking position is applied.
- This Design helps to make manipulations in the area of the trap more difficult. Because of the resilient design, at least one of the two Transmission means it is still possible to put the bolt back in its place Lock position to precede when the trap is still in its retracted position Position. It is prevented that in this case the locking element Retracting and thus locking the bolt inhibits.
- each of the two transmission means i.e. e.g. either the backdrop of the backdrop guide as well as the backdrop pin, spring back can be formed, however, an embodiment is preferred, in which the link pin is the resilient part of the transmission means is.
- the slide pin can e.g. in a longitudinal guide of the locking element be guided and acted upon by a spring.
- Another embodiment of the lock according to the invention is characterized spring loaded against a striking plate of a surrounding door frame adjacent auxiliary trap and a trap lock that can be lifted by the auxiliary trap, the latch lock locks the latch when the auxiliary latch against the striking plate of the surrounding door frame. This configuration also helps to prevent unauthorized manipulation in relation to the latch of the lock.
- the trap except through the tumbler mechanism can also be retracted via the locking nose of a profile cylinder.
- the trap be parallel to the trap guided latch actuator is retractable, the latch actuator a game compared to the trap, and that the locking nose of the profile cylinder against the latch operator works.
- an embodiment of the Lock s an advantage, in which the change against the latch actuator is working.
- Figures 1 and 2 each show the castle in an overall view, the only difference between the two figures is that in Fig. 2 some Parts of the tumbler located in the bottom of the castle have been removed in order to better illustrate its principle of operation.
- Fig. 2 is missing compared to Fig. 1, a cover plate 1 of the tumbler and several of the arranged behind this cover plate 1, each other assigned locking tumblers 3 and locking tumblers 4 of the Zuenstechniks.
- the castle shown has a total of six to eight Locking tumblers 3 and correspondingly also six to eight locking tumblers 4.
- Fig. 2 shows only the bottom and thus the last tumbler pair consisting of the locking tumbler 3 and the locking tumbler 4.
- the security lock is by means of a lock cuff arranged on its face 5 can be inserted into a security door and screwed to it.
- a bolt is guided within the cuboidal lock housing 6 7, and on the other hand a trap 8, which is located above the bolt 7.
- Either Bolts 7 and case 8 are horizontally displaceably mounted in the housing 6, why e.g. the bolt 7 is mounted on the bearing journal 9 fixed to the housing.
- the bolt 7 projects with his Bolt head 10 out of the lock face plate 5, so that the security door is closed is.
- the trap 8 projects with a trap head 11, which with a usual sloping camber is provided from the lock housing.
- the castle is also provided with an auxiliary trap 12, which is also horizontal in the lock housing 6 is guided.
- the auxiliary trap 12 is spring loaded, runs against a corresponding striking plate on the door frame and is in this way by restrained the striking plate as far and as long as the security door their Takes position within the door frame.
- the safety lock is operated by operating the guard locking mechanism via a conventional double-bit key 13, and also via a separate profile cylinder, of which only the in Figures 1 and 2 Opening 14 for receiving the profile cylinder is shown.
- both the bolt 7 can be withdrawn, as well as in a second rotation of the beard key, the trap 8.
- the profile cylinder seated in the opening 14 on the other hand, only the trap 8 withdraw, and only then, as before, by means of the beard key 13 the bolt 7 completely through a first rotation of the wrench 13 has been unlocked.
- the bolt 7 is withdrawn via a driver pin 15 which is attached to a pivotally mounted on the lock housing 6 driver 16 is.
- the driver pin 15 can do this as soon as the driver 16 clockwise is rotated, engage in a recess 17 on the lower edge of the bolt 7, and take the bolt 7 with you.
- the bolt lock 7a is via a cam unlockable by the driver 16.
- the bolt lock 7a locks the bolt 7 in addition, as long as this is completely withdrawn by the driver 16.
- the driver 16 is on a housing-fixed pivot 16a of the housing stored.
- the driver 16 is actuated by one of the on the beard key 13 trained key bit profiles, which against this corresponding contour of the driver 16 moves when the wrench 13 in his keyhole is turned.
- the driver 16 surrounds the Keyhole, and he's in this area with the appropriate one Provide drive contours.
- a plate-shaped one is located in a plane above the driver 16
- Emergency bolt 18, which is only horizontal and therefore parallel to bolt 7 is guided in the lock housing 6.
- the emergency bolt 18 can be used in several Slide pins 19, 19 'fixed to the housing horizontally.
- the movement of the longitudinally movable emergency bolt 18 is with the movement of the pivotable driver 16 coupled via a link guide 20.
- the scenery guide 20 is composed of a backdrop, i.e. a contoured Slot in the emergency bolt 18, and from a driver pin 21 which is on the driver 16 is attached and engages in the backdrop.
- FIG. 3a A comparison of Figures 3a to 3e shows how, depending on the Pivotal position of the driver 16 about its pivot 16a, the driver pin 21 of the driver along the guide 20 walks.
- the Link guide 20 over a first section a, which is arcuate, and a second section b adjoining it via a bend, the runs essentially straight.
- the first section goes in the area of the kink a the slide guide almost at right angles in the second, straight section b about.
- the driver pin 21 attached to the driver 16 controls by means of this guide the horizontal movement of the plate 18th
- FIGS. 3a to 3e show the functional states A to E.
- a Locking member 22 attached, which with a tooth 22a formed thereon in a Teeth 23 of the locking tumbler 4 engages. Since the locking tumbler 4 is open arranged the emergency bolt 18, but only transversely to the direction of movement of the Emergency bolt 18 is movable, and since the locking member 22 is also fixed on Lock housing is attached, can be based on the engagement or disengagement of the Tooth 22a and the toothing 23 clearly recognize the movement of the emergency bolt 18 due to the backdrop.
- the driver pin 21 is approximately on the middle of the second section b of the link guide, and the emergency bolt 18 is in withdrawn essentially as far as in functional state B.
- functional state E is located at the end of the second full tour of the beard key 13 the driver pin 21 at the end of the link guide 20, and Emergency latch 18 in its most retracted position.
- each locking tumbler 4 is guided on the emergency bolt 18, namely across to the direction of movement of the emergency bolt 18 and thus also across Direction of movement of the bolt 7.
- Each locking tumbler 4 is vertical on both Provide edges with barrier structures.
- the barrier structure on the left is gearing 23 already explained above. In the exemplary embodiment A total of three teeth of the toothing 23 is shown, but is a different number possible, which increases the number of possible changes to the lock changed.
- this locking structure as Recess 30 is designed.
- the size of the recess 30 is dimensioned that this offers space for the intervention of a corresponding barrier structure, this corresponding locking structure being a protruding locking lug 31 the locking tumbler is 3.
- In functional position A are the recess and Blocking nose existing blocking structures 30, 31 separated from each other, whereas e.g. in functional position E, the locking structures 30, 31 form-fitting mesh.
- the number of locking tumblers 3 corresponds to the number of locking tumblers 4, and also locking tumbler 3 and blocking tumbler 4 are each within the same Level arranged.
- the locking tumblers 3 are on a common one Pin 19 ', which is fixed to the housing, pivotally mounted, which makes it a Carry out essential vertical (swivel) movement.
- the same pin 19 ' also serves to horizontally guide the plate 18.
- the tumblers 3 are by the beard sections Double-bit key 13 can be operated on both sides, including each of the locking tumblers 3 is provided with a central opening for the beard of the beard key, and the Locking tumbler above and below this opening with individually designed Key bit curve sections 32a, 32b is provided, cf. 3b.
- the lower key bit curve portion 32b resiliently outward Tongue 33 of the locking tumbler 3.
- the tongue 33 is only over at one end section 33a connected to the remaining material of the locking tumbler 3, the other tongue end 33b is free.
- the locking tumbler 3 is provided with a stop 34 which detects the outward movement the resilient tongue 33 limited.
- the Beard key driven driver 16 at its extreme in the pivotal direction End is provided with a drive lug 40.
- the drive lug 40 is a vertically movable in the lock housing 41 changeable.
- the change does not only include the component 41 designed as a slide, but also a rocker 42, which is mounted on a housing-fixed pin 42a is.
- the slide 41 of the switch actuates the latch 8 of the rocker 42 Lock and pulls it back.
- the trap is withdrawn during the second tour of the beard key, i.e. during the transition from functional position C to functional position E.
- the drive lug 40 of the driver 16 presses on a projection 41a of the change 41, whereby the change 41 is pulled down in the housing becomes.
- This movement is converted into a retraction movement by means of the rocker 42 Trap 8 implemented, as Fig. 2 shows easily.
- the locking element 45 By withdrawing of the bolt 7 during the first tour, the locking element 45 is lowered, so that its locking nose 45a releases the trap.
- For lowering the Locking element 45 is this via a further link guide 46 with the bolt 7 coupled.
- the scenery guide 46 is during the first tour of the beard key, in the transition from functional position B to functional position C effective. After reaching function position C and thus the end of the first Key turn is therefore the blockage of the trap 8 by the locking element 45 lifted so that the trap is then retracted by means of the profile cylinder can be.
- the backdrop guide consists of the backdrop slope 46 in the bolt 7 and the link pin 46a of the locking element 45.
- the link pin 46a is not rigid, however, but via a longitudinal guide on the Locking element 45 stored.
- This longitudinal guide extends parallel to Direction of movement of the locking element 45 or transverse to the direction of movement of the Latch 7.
- a spring 46b fastened on the locking element 45 exercises a permanent one Spring force on the link pin 46a towards the end closer to the bolt the longitudinal guide, the link pin 46a resiliently on the Stop at the end of the longitudinal guide.
- the bolt 7 is still without blocking by the locking element 45 retractable if the locking element 45 is held by manipulation.
- the latch 8 is formed in two parts with the actual latch base body which is also the trap head 11, and a trap actuator 8a.
- Base body of the latch 8 and latch actuator 8a are guided in parallel, but with a certain game S between them, cf. Fig. 1. Therefore, the latch actuator 8a via the profile cylinder seated at 14 or via the rocker 42 and the pin 43 withdrawn, the trap body only follows after overcoming the Game S.
- An additional latch lock 47 is also provided to prevent tampering with the lock (Fig. 2) available.
- the latch lock 47 is vertical in the lock housing guided and rigidly provided with a locking pin 48 which when lowered Latch lock 47 locks the latch actuator 8a. Lifting the latch lock 47 against the force of a spring 49 and thus the unlocking of the latch actuator 8a and thus the case 8 is reached when the auxiliary case 12 from the lock face plate 5th is extended.
- both the auxiliary trap 12 and the Latch lock 47 corresponding actuation cams 50b, 50a formed.
- the horizontally mounted auxiliary trap 12 moves out, the latter arrives Actuating cam 50b against actuating cam 50a of latch lock 47, whereby this is raised and its locking pin 48 releases the trap.
- Function position A is the starting position.
- Driver 16 and emergency bolt 18 are in their basic position, the locking tumblers 4 are fixed to the housing Locking device 22 locked.
- the guard locking mechanism can be changed in functional state E.
- the conversion takes place by pulling out the previously used beard key, and a another beard key with a different beard profile is used.
- a new beard key with a different beard profile is used.
- the lock is locked again,
- the latest in functional state D there is a renewed positive connection between the tooth 22a of the locking member 22 and one of the teeth of the toothing 23. Which tooth of the toothing 23 the tooth 22a enters depends on the key bit profile the new beard key. From this point on the castle is switched to the new beard key, and can only be used with this Press new beard key.
