Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Etiketten und überführen der Etiketten auf zu etikettierende Gegenstände, bei dem ein folienartig dünner, endloser Materialstreifen (1) aus Etikettenmaterial durch eine Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) geführt wird, in der die jeweils von einem Streifenbereich (15) gebildeten Etiketten mittels eines Stanzwerkzeugs (17) mit einer Schneidkante (18) aus dem Materialstreifen (1) ausgestanzt und unter Zurücklassen eines weggeführten Reststreifens (37) gitterartiger Struktur gleichzeitig von einem vom Stanzwerkzeug (17) umschlossenen Haftgreifer (25) aufgenommen werden, wonach die Etiketten mittels des Haftgreifers (25), der mit dem Stanzwerkzeug an einem antreibbaren Werkzeugträger sitzt, zum mit dem jeweiligen Etikett zu versehenden Gegenstand (26) transportiert und dort auf diesen aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialstreifen (1) beim Stanzen und Aufnehmen der Etiketten jeweils angehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verwendung von einem auf einer Trägerfolie (2) haftenden Materialstreifen (1) die Trägerfolie (2) vor der Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) von dem Materialstreifen (1) getrennt und weggeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein endloser Materialstreifen ohne Trägerfolie verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Herstellen bedruckter Etiketten der Materialstreifen (1) vor der Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) durch eine Bedruckstation (7) geführt und dort mit jeweils zu einem herzustellenden Etikett gehörenden Etikettenaufdrucken (8) und bei jedem Etikettenaufdruck (8) mit einem Markierungszeichen (10) bedruckt wird und daß der anschließende Stanzvorgang durch eine auf die Markierungszeichen (10) ansprechende Sensoreinrichtung (20) gesteuert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Etiketten und Überführen der Etiketten auf zu etikettierende Gegenstände gemäß dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einer Antriebs- und Führungseinrichtung zum Vorfördern eines folienartig dünnen, endlosen Materialstreifens (1) aus Etikettenmaterial und einer Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12), in der ein Stanzwerkzeug (17) mit einer Schneidkante (18) zum Ausstanzen der jeweils von einem Streifenbereich (15) gebildeten Etiketten aus dem Materialstreifen (1) und ein Haftgreifer (25) zum Wegnehmen des jeweils ausgestanzten Etiketts unter Zurücklassen eines Reststreifens (37) gitterartiger Struktur angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftgreifer vom Stanzwerkzeug umschlossen ist und der Haftgreifer (25) und das Stanzwerkzeug (17) an einem zu einer Transportbewegung zu einem mit dem jeweiligen Etikett zu versehenden Gegenstand (26) antreibbaren Werkzeugträger (23) sitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stanzwerkzeug (17) eine hülsenartige, den Haftgreifer (25) umschließende Gestalt aufweist und mit seiner Stirnseite die Schneidkante (18) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stanzwerkzeug (17) von einem umlaufenden Metallblechstück, insbesondere aus Stahl, gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftgreifer (25) stempelartig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftgreifer (25) ein Vakuumgreifer ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftgreifer (25) beim Stanzvorgang eine mit Bezug auf die von der Schneidkante (18) aufgespannte Ebene zurückgesetzte, d.h. größeren Abstand als die Schneidkantenebene zum Materialstreifen aufweisende Position einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftgreifer (25) zu einer Auf- und Abbewegung senkrecht zur von der Schneidkante (18) aufgespannten Ebene antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) der dem Stanzwerkzeug (17) abgewandten Unterseite des Materialstreifens (1) eine quer über den Materialstreifen (1) bewegbare und dabei am Materialstreifen (1) abrollende Drückrolle zugeordnet ist, die den Materialstreifen (1) gegen das Stanzwerkzeug (17) drückt, so daß das jeweilige Etikett (16) ausgeschnitten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drückrolle (32) aus an der Klebeschicht des selbstklebend ausgebildeten Materialstreifens (1) nicht festklebendem Material, z.B. aus Teflon, besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) zwischen dem Werkzeugträger (23) und der Drückrolle (32) eine Tischplatte (33) angeordnet ist, an deren der Drückrolle (32) zugewandten Unterseite der Materialstreifen (1) vorbeigeführt wird, wobei die Tischplatte (33) eine Durchtrittsöffnung (34) für den Durchtritt des Stanzwerkzeugs (17) zum Materialstreifen (1) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stanzwerkzeug (17) beim Stanzvorgang eine an der Unterseite der Tischplatte (33) aus der Durchtrittsöffnung (34) vorstehende Position einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite der Tischplatte (33) eine in Förderrichtung (5) des Materialstreifens (1) durchgehende, kanalartige Vertiefung (39) enthält, in der der Materialstreifen (1) verläuft, wobei die Durchtrittsöffnung (34) in die kanalartige Vertiefung (39) mündet, und daß die Drückrolle (32) in ihrer Ausgangsstellung neben der kanalartigen Vertiefung (39) an der Tischplatten-Unterseite angeordnet ist, bei ihrer Querbewegung in die kanalartige Vertiefung (39) eintritt und am Ende ihrer Querbewegung wieder aus der Vertiefung (39) austritt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Stanz- und Aufnahmestation (12) eine Bedruckstation (7) zum Bedrucken des Materialstreifens (1) mit jeweils zu einem herzustellenden Etikett gehörenden Etikettenaufdrucken (8) und bei jedem Etikettenaufdruck (8) mit einem Markierungszeichen (10) vorhanden und am das Stanzwerkzeug (17) mit dem Haftgreifer (25) tragenden Werkzeugträger (23) eine auf die Markierungszeichen (10) ansprechende, den Stanzvorgang steuernde Sensoreinrichtung (20) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ausgang der Bedruckstation (7) oder zwischen der Bedruckstation (7) und der Stanzstation (12) eine Trennstelle (13) zum Abtrennen und Wegführen einer den Materialstreifen (1) tragenden Trägerfolie (2) von dem Materialstreifen (1) angeordnet ist.
