Claims (10)
- Druckwerk für eine Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit mehreren je einen eigenen Antriebsmotor aufweisenden Druckwerkszylindern, die mittels einer Schlittenführung zueinander einstellbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maschinengestell mindestens eine seitlich neben einer Stirnseite (z.B.11) der Druckwerkszylinder (z.B.9) angeordnete Tragwand (1,52) aufweist, die zwei senkrecht zu einer an die Stirnflächen der Druckwerkszylinder gelegten Ebene verlaufende Wandungen (11,15,46,51) besitzt, dass die beiden einander zugewandten Wandungen mit Führungselementen (12,13,16,17,53 bis 56) für zwischen den Wandungen einstellbar angeordnete Schlitten (2 bis 5,42,43,47,48) versehen sind und jeder Schlitten eine fest eingesetzte Gewindemutter aufnimmt, in die eine angetriebene Gewindespindel (18 bis 21) eingreift.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor den beiden Stirnseiten der Druckwerkszylinder (z.B.9) je eine Tragwand (1,52) angeordnet ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gewindespindel (18 bis 21) drehbar, aber axial unverschiebbar an einer Tragwand gelagert ist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gewindespindel (18 bis 21) mittels eines an der Tragwand (1) befestigten Stellmotors (34 bis 37) angetrieben ist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (12,13,16,17) und die Gewindespindeln (18 bis 21) für die Schlitten (2,4 u. 3,5) benachbarter Druckwerkszylinder (6,7,8,9) abwechselnd an den beiden Wandungen (11,15) angebracht sind.
- Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit vier Druckwerkszylindern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden inneren Druckwerkszylinder (44,45) an der einen Wandung (46) und die beiden äußeren Druckwerkszylinder (49,50) an der anderen Wandung (51) geführt sind.
- Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (12,13,16,17,53-56) als geradlinige Führungsschienen ausgebildet sind.
- Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes einen als Formzylinder ausgebildeten Druckwerkszylinder (49,50) zugeordnete Führungselement (55,56) und die zugehörige Gewindespindel (18-21) sich bis zu wenigstens einer zum Druck notwendigen Hilfs- bzw. Zusatzeinrichtung (57,58) erstrecken.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzeinrichtung auf dem dem jeweils zugehörigen Formzylinder (49,50) zugeordneten Führungselement (55,56) verfahrbar ist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (49,50) bezüglich der zugeordneten Hilfs-bzw. Zusatzeinrichtung (57,58) in deren Arbeitsrichtung, bei einer Bebilderungseinrichtung in deren Bebilderungsrichtung und/oder die Zusatzeinrichtung (57,58) gegenüber dem Formzylinder in dessen Bewegungsrichtung verfahrbar ist bzw. sind.
