Claims (8)
- Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papierbahn mit mindestens zwei Preßspalten (2, 3), wobei zumindest der erste Preßspalt (2) von einer Schuhpreßwalze (4) und einer zylindrischen Gegenwalze (5) gebildet wird und die Faserstoffbahn (1) nach einer teilweisen Umschlingung der Gegenwalze (5) des ersten Preßspaltes (2) auf möglichst kurzem Weg zur ebenfalls zylindrischen Gegenwalze (6) des letzten Preßspaltes (3) gelangt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zumindest durch den letzten Preßspalt (3) jeweils wenigstens ein beidseitig der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordneter Preßfilz (7, 8) verläuft und nach dem letzten Preßspalt (3) ein Preßfilz (7, 8) mittels einer Saug- (9) oder Blaselementes (10) von der Faserstoffbahn (1) getrennt und weggeführt wird. - Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch durch den ersten Preßspalt (2) jeweils wenigstens ein beidseitig der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordneter Preßfilz (7, 8) verläuft.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch alle Preßspalte (2, 3) jeweils wenigstens ein beidseitig der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordneter Preßfilz (7, 8) verläuft.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßfilze (7, 8) durch alle Preßspalte (2, 3) laufen.
- Pressenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Gegenwalzen (5, 6) des ersten (2) und des letzten (3) Preßspaltes zumindest geringfügig gegeneinander gepreßt werden. - Pressenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der letzte Preßspalt (3) von der zylindrischen Gegenwalze (6) und einer Schuhpreßwalze (11) gebildet wird. - Pressenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der die Faserstoffbahn (1) nach dem letzten Preßspalt (3) weiterführende Preßfilz (7, 8) an einem Saugelement (9), vorzugsweise in Form einer besaugten Walze oder eines Saugkastens, vorbeigeführt wird. - Presenpartie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der von der Faserstoffbahn (1) nach dem letzten Preßspalt (3) weggeführte Preßfilz (7, 8) an einem Blaselement (10), vorzugsweise in Form eines Blaskastens, vorbeigeführt wird.
