Claims (11)
- Siebmaschine (1) mit mehreren parallel nebeneinander und in Abständen angeordneten Querträgern (2), zwischen denen flexible Siebbeläge (3) befestigt sind und von denen jeder zweite Querträger (erste Querträger) (2a) relativ zu den dazwischen liegenden Querträgern (zweite Querträger) (2b) um die Längsachse hin und her kippbar sind, wobei die dazwischen liegenden zweiten Querträger (2a) entgegengesetzt zu den ersten Querträgern (2b) um die Längsachse hin und her kippbar sind, um die Siebbeläge (3) abwechselnd zu strecken und zu stauchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Enden der Querträger Kraftübertragungselemente (4), insbesondere Bäder oder Radsegmente befestigt sind, über die mindestens ein angetriebenes Zugelement (5) und/oder ein Schubelement (8) läuft, das/die bei den ersten Querträgern (2a) auf der Unterseite und bei den zweiten Querträgern (2b) auf der Oberseite der Kraftübertragungselemente (4) anliegt/anliegen.
- Siebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (5) ein Zahnriemen mit beidseitig angeordneten Zähnen ist und die Kraftübertragungselemente (4) Zahnräder sind.
- Siebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugelement (5) ein zahnloser Riemen, ein Band, ein Seil, ein Keilriemen oder eine Kette ist.
- Siebmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zug- und Schubelement (8) eine Zahnstange ist, die in Zahnrädern (4) oder Zahnradsegmenten eingreift.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Mehrdeckmaschine, insbesondere eine Doppeldeckmaschine ist, deren Lagen von Querträgern (2) durch verschiedene Zug-/Schubelemente (5, 8) oder durch dasselbe Zug-/Schubelement (5, 8) angetrieben sind.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zug-/Schubelemente (5, 8) beidseitig der Siebmaschine (1) angeordnet sind.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes zweite Kraftübertragungselement (4) niedriger liegt als die dazwischen liegenden Kraftübertragungselemente (4), so daß die Kraftübertragungselemente über einen kleineren oder größeren Winkelbereich vom Zugelement (5) umschlungen sind.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Zugelement(e) (5) von zwei parallel nebeneinander liegenden Riemen gebildet ist(sind).
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Siebfläche Unterdruck anliegt.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querträger (2) stufenförmig oder kaskadenförmig ansteigend oder übereinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Siebmaschine nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Kraftübertragungselemente (4) angetrieben ist und über die Zug- oder Schubelemente (5, 8) die übrigen Kraftübertragungselemente (4) antreibt.
