Claims (15)
- Kalander (1) für eine Bahn aus Papier oder ähnlichem Material mit zwei an einem Ständer (16) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene (E) angeordneten Walzenstapeln (2, 3), die je eine Oberwalze (4, 9), eine Unterwalze (8, 13) und drei Zwischenwalzen (5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12) aufweisen, wobei die Oberwalze (4, 9) und die Unterwalze (8, 13) jeweils als Durchbiegungseinstellwalze mit über eine Durchbiegungseinstelleinrichtung (15) auf einem drehfest gehaltenen Träger (17) abgestützten Mantel (14) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Durchbiegungseinstellwalzen (4, 8, 9, 13) vom Mantelhub-Typ und ihre Träger (17) ständerfest gelagert sind, daß die obersten Zwischenwalzen (5, 10) ständerfest gelagert sind, daß die Unterwalze (8) des ersten Walzenstapels (2) und die Oberwalze (9) des zweiten Walzenstapels (3) einander benachbart sind und einen unter Ausnutzung des Mantelhubs schließbaren Zusatznip (34) bilden können, und daß die Wirkrichtung der Durchbiegungseinstelleinrichtung (15) wahlweise zum zugehörigen Walzenstapel oder zum anderen Walzenstapel weist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchbiegungseinstelleinrichtung (15) aus einer Stützelementreihe (18) besteht, die zusammen mit einer Hubführung (21) mittels einer Stellvorrichtung (22) um einen Winkel von 180° versetzbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite und dritte Zwischenwalze (6,7, 11, 12) jedes Walzenstapels an Hebeln (27) gelagert sind, die um ständerfeste Schwenkachsen schwenken.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Walzenstapel (2, 3) die Oberwalze (4, 9), die mittlere Zwischenwalze (6, 11) und die Unterwalze (8, 13) einen elastischen Bezug tragen und die verbleibenden Zwischenwalzen (5, 7, 10, 12) beheizbare harte Walzen sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einzugsvorrichtung (45) zum Einführen der Bahn durch alle Nips (25 bis 33) der beiden Walzenstapel (2, 3) und den Zusatznip (34) vorgesehen ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Walzen (4 bis 13) der beiden Walzenstapel (2, 3) einen eigenen Antrieb (46) besitzen.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 gekennzeichnet durch seine Eignung zum Online-Betrieb.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Ebene (E) schräg zur Horizontalen verläuft und daß der sich etwa parallel hierzu erstreckende Ständer (16) sowohl unten als auch oben abgestützt ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ständer (16) sowohl unten als auch oben auf gebäudefesten Lagerflächen (36, 38) abstützbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerflächen (36, 38) durch Betonfundamente gebildet sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Ebene (E) etwa in einem Winkel von 45° zur Horizontalen verläuft.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen an der schrägen Oberseite des Ständers (16) angeordnet sind und mindestens eine Walze (6) mittels einer Stellvorrichtung (49) rechtwinklig zur Ebene (E) verlagerbar ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager (94) für den Träger (91) zumindest der einen Durchbiegungseinstellwalze (9) Exzenter (93) aufweisen, mit denen der Abstand zwischen den benachbarten Durchbiegungseinstellwalzen (8, 9) verkleinerbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenter (93) zusammen mit dem Träger (91) durch die Stellvorrichtung (22) um 180° verdrehbar sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß er zwischen der letzten Trockenwalze (42) einer Trockenpartie und einer Wickelvorrichtung (43), die sich etwa auf gleicher Höhe befinden, angeordnet werden kann.
