Description
Einer Eigenschaft der Erfindung gemäß hat das Element 5 des Gelenkverkleidungsmittels 4 die Form eines Randes des Profils oder Profilelements 1, dessen unter der Außenseite dieses Profils oder Elements 1 verlaufender Teil eine Krümmung (Zeichnungen 1 bis 7) oder eine anders geformte Aufnahme 7 formt (Zeichnung 9), die die Drehung des anderen Elements 6 des Verkleidungsmittels 4 um den Drehpunkt des Weichscharniers 2 erlaubt.
Claims (8)
- Rolladenprofil oder -profilelement (1), dessen Verbindung mit Nachbarprofilen oder -profilelementen (1) mit Hilfe von Weichscharnieren (2) erfolgt, wobei die Ränder der Profile oder Profilelemente (1) mit einem Verbindungsmittel (3) versehen sind, das in den entsprechenden Rand des Nachbarprofils oder -profilelements (1) eingreift, welches Verbindungsmittel (3) aus den weiblichen (3') und den zugeordneten männlichen Elementen (3") besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Weichscharnier (2) in jeder Betriebs- und Führungsposition mit einem Gelenkverkleidungselement (4) abgedeckt ist, welches aus Teilbereichen (5, 6) gebildet ist, und daß das Weichscharnier (2) einerseits an die benachbarten Profile oder Profilelemente (1) und andererseits an die Elemente (3', 3") des Verbindungsmittels (3) einstückig angeformt ist.
- Rolladenprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daĂź der Teilbereich (6) des Gelenkverkleidungselementes (4) die Form einer gekrĂĽmmten Lippe hat, welche sich unter die durch den Teilbereich (5) des Gelenkverkleidungselements (4) begrenzte Aufnahme (7) einfĂĽgt.
- Rolladenprofil nach einem der AnsprĂĽche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daĂź der Teilbereich (6) des Gelenkverkleidungselements (4) relativ zur AuĂźenseite des Profils (1) vorzugsweise um einen Wert versetzt ist, der der Dicke der entsprechenden Kante des Randes des Teilbereichs (5) entspricht.
- Rolladenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilbereich (6) des Gelenkverkleidungselements (4) an seinem freien Ende mit einer Kante (6') versehen ist, die eine zusätzliche Krümmung oder die Form einer Abschrägung aufweist.
- Rolladenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilbereich (6) im Bereich der Verbindung zum Profil (1) eine Aufbauchung (8) enthält, deren Oberseite von der Oberseite des Profils (1) um einen Wert versetzt ist, der der Dicke des Randes des Teilbereichs (5) des benachbarten Profils (1) entspricht.
- Rolladenprofil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilbereiche (5, 6) des Gelenkverkleidungselements (4) die Form zweier gekrümmter Lippen haben, wobei der eine Teilbereich (5) jeweils mit dem Rand eines Profils (1) verbunden ist und mit dessen Oberseite auf einer Höhe liegt und der andere Teilbereich (6) jeweils mit dem entsprechenden Rand des benachbarten Profils (1) verbunden ist und von dessen Oberseite um einen Wert versetzt ist, der mindestens der Dicke des Randes des Teilbereichs (5) entspricht, und an seinem Ansatz eine Aufbauchung (8) enthält.
- Rolladenprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (3) aus einem weiblichen Teilbereich (3') und einem männlichen Teilbereich (3") besteht, und daß der männliche Teilbereich (3") fest mit dem unteren Rand des einen Profils (1) und der weibliche Teilbereich (3') über das Weichscharnier (2) mit dem unteren Rand des benachbarten Profils (1) verbunden ist.
- Rolladenprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profile (1) einen röhrenförmigen oder offenen Querschnitt haben, wobei die Teilbereiche (5, 6) des Gelenkverkleidungselements (4) in oder auf die Seitenränder dieser Profile (1) geformt sind, die darüber hinaus das Verbindungselement (3) und/oder das Weichscharnier (2) enthalten.
