Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται μία μέθοδος παρασκευής ενός εστέρα αμινοξέος της μεϋτανσινόλης που παριστάνεται με τον ακόλουθο τύπο, δια αντίδρασης μεϋτανσινόλης με έναν Ν-καρβοξυανυδρίτη ενός αμινοξέος (NCA) παρουσία ενός ξηραντικού παράγοντα. Επίσης αποκαλύπτεται μία βελτιωμένη μέθοδος παρασκευής ενός εστέρα αμινοξέος μεϋτανσινόλης κατά την οποία προστίθεται ένα νουκλεόφιλο στο μείγμα της αντίδρασης μετά τη συμπλήρωση της αντίδρασης μεταξύ της μεϋτανσινόλης και ενός Ν-καρβοξυανυδρίτη ενός αμινοξέος.
