The invention provides a cooking device and a cooking control method and device thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving a recipe selection instruction of a user, and controlling cooking equipment to cook by using a first recipe according to the recipe selection instruction; acquiring food material information added by a user; and determining that the food material information added by the user is inconsistent with the food material information in the first recipe, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user, and controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the second recipe. Still taking stewed sirloin with radish as an example, the food material information comprises: sirloin (staple food information), radish (complementary food information), salt (main ingredient information), pepper (secondary ingredient information), cinnamon (secondary ingredient information) and color pepper (secondary ingredient information), wherein the staple food and the main ingredient generally have no food substitute, and the complementary food and the secondary ingredient information have food substitute, so that the prepared dish has similar taste to the original food, for example, the pepper has the main functions of increasing freshness and fragrance, increasing numb and spiciness, and the raw ginger, the aniseed, the sesame oil and the like also have the functions, so the pepper can be used as the food substitute for the pepper; for another example, cinnamon has the main function of removing fishy smell and does not have fennel, and cooking wine also has the functions, so the cinnamon can be used as a substitute food material of the cinnamon.
The storage format of the recipe in the present invention can be stored in the format shown in fig. 2, and for each recipe, the recipe name, the food material name, and the substitute food material name are recorded, in other words, each food material in the recipe has a corresponding set of substitute food materials, wherein the staple food and the main ingredients generally cannot be replaced, and the set is empty; the supplementary food and the minor ingredients generally have one or more substitutes (according to the requirements of users on the nutritional value and the mouthfeel of the food, the nutritional value or the mouthfeel of the food is not greatly influenced after the food is replaced, and the food which can achieve the same effect is the food which can be replaced). Therefore, when the user misplaces the food material (for example, misplaces bamboo instead of radish when cooking sirloin stewed with radish), whether the food material is the allelic alternative food material can be preferentially judged, if yes, the subsequent flow of searching for the alternative recipe is not needed, and the cooking is continued; otherwise, the subsequent control logic will be executed.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cooking control method further includes: generating an error grade according to the food material information added by the user and the food material information in the first recipe; if the error grade is the first error grade, controlling the cooking equipment to be switched to a manual mode, prompting a user, and simultaneously controlling the intelligent equipment to stop playing the first prompt message; and if the error grade is a second error grade, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user; if the error level is the third error level, cooking continues with the first recipe. The error level is a degree of deviation (i.e., similarity) between the material added by the user and the material information in the first recipe.
Wherein, in one embodiment of the present invention, when the staple food information, the complementary food information, the major ingredient information and the minor ingredient information added by the user are inconsistent with the staple food information, the complementary food information, the major ingredient information and the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, the error grade is determined to be a first error grade; and if the staple food information or the main ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the staple food information or the main ingredient information in the first recipe, judging the error grade as a second error grade.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, if the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, further determining whether the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user corresponds to the substitute food material information in the first recipe; if so, judging the error grade to be a third error grade; if not, the error level is judged to be the second error level.
Specifically, the user opens the intelligent recipe, starts the culinary art, and the camera can be opened in step this moment, when the record user culinary art action, discerns whether the food material that the user added is unanimous with first recipe. And when the situation that the food materials added by the user and the food materials in the first recipe are inconsistent is found, determining the error level. Wherein, when the staple food information, the complementary food information, the principal ingredient information and the subordinate ingredient information that the user added are inconsistent with the staple food information, the complementary food information, the principal ingredient information and the subordinate ingredient information in the first recipe, judge that the mistake grade is the first mistake grade, in order to prevent that the forced switching to other recipes will probably lead to the collocation problem between the existing food materials, not only influence the taste, still probably endanger consumer's health, at this moment, control cooking equipment and switch to manual mode, and indicate the user, command whole culinary art process completely by the user, control smart machine simultaneously and stop playing first suggestion information.
When the staple food information or the main ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the staple food information or the main ingredient information in the first recipe, judging that the error grade is a second error grade, and generating a second recipe according to the food material information already added by the user, for example, if the user wants to cook sirloin with radish and puts chicken in a pot body of cooking equipment by mistake, the system recognizes that the staple food is put in a wrong place, and automatically generates a recipe about the chicken; for another example, if the user wants to cook pork ribs in brown sauce, the main ingredients are misplaced into sugar, the system recognizes that the main ingredients are misplaced, and a recipe (such as sweet and sour pork ribs) matched with the main food and the main ingredients is automatically generated.
When the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, whether the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user corresponds to the substitute food material information in the first recipe is further judged. If so, judging that the error grade is a third error grade, and continuing to cook according to the first recipe; and if not, judging that the error grade is a second error grade, and generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user.
It should be noted that, in the manual mode, the user will completely control the whole cooking process, the recipe teaching video will be paused, and the specific cooking mode of the dishes and the ingredient amount, etc. are grasped by the user himself. In the process, the intelligent cooking equipment records key data such as cooking actions, fire curves and evaluations of the user after cooking, and synchronously records the key data to the background database as a part of the cooking history of the user. In addition, the system supports uploading of a custom recipe, if the user feels that the effect is ideal after cooking, the information of food material information, component proportion, cooking steps and the like of the recipe can be uploaded to the system, and if the system administrator (an administrator for managing the recipe) passes the audit, the system administrator can be added into a standard recipe database.
In the above embodiment, the second recipe generated according to the food material information added by the user not only needs to consider the recipe pre-stored in the cooking device or the recipe in the cloud platform, but also needs to consider the user cooking history data, and the final second recipe is obtained by combining the history cooking data and the candidate recipe.
In an embodiment of the present invention, generating the second recipe according to the food material information added by the user includes: acquiring a plurality of historical recipes in a historical recipe set according to the food material information added by a user, and generating a plurality of first vectors according to the food material information of the plurality of historical recipes; acquiring a plurality of candidate recipes in the candidate recipe set according to the food material information added by the user, and generating a plurality of second vectors according to the food material information of the candidate recipes; and generating similarity between the plurality of first vectors and the plurality of second vectors, and selecting a candidate recipe with the similarity larger than a preset threshold value from the candidate recipes as a second recipe according to the similarity. The preset threshold value can be calibrated according to actual conditions.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking control method further includes: if the candidate recipe with the similarity larger than the preset threshold value is not found in the candidate recipes, the cooking equipment is controlled to be switched to a manual mode, the user is prompted, and meanwhile the intelligent equipment is controlled to stop playing the first prompt message.
That is, when the system finds that the added food materials are inconsistent, the background first searches all candidate recipes containing misplaced food materials quickly, then calculates the similarity between the historical taste of the user and the candidate recipes according to the past cooking records of the user, and if the closest recipe can be found within a certain threshold range, the recipe is switched quickly. However, in practical situations, the user's historical taste may not be similar to the candidate recipe to the preset threshold, i.e. no suitable alternative recipe is found, in which case the system prompts the user to switch to manual mode.
Specifically, food materials added by a user are determined, a background database (a database storing various recipes and historical recipes of the user, which can be a cooking device controller or a cloud platform) records recipe names corresponding to the various food materials by adopting an inverted index, a plurality of historical recipes and a plurality of candidate recipes can be found in a short time, parameters in the plurality of historical recipes are digitized to generate a plurality of first vectors, and the parameters in the plurality of candidate recipes are digitized to generate a plurality of second vectors. Wherein the parameters include: ease, taste, calories, etc., wherein ease includes: simple, moderate and difficult, and the taste comprises: spicy, salty, light, sweet, fresh and hot, the heat includes: low, medium, high. The first vector and the second vector can be represented by [ difficulty taste heat ], and the corresponding numerical value of the parameter is obtained by querying a preset table or by a preset numeralization rule, as shown in table 1.
After the plurality of first vectors and the plurality of second vectors are obtained, Euclidean distances between each first vector and the plurality of second vectors are respectively calculated, user evaluation corresponding to historical recipes is used as a weight coefficient, the final value is used as the similarity between the user evaluation and the historical recipes, and if the similarity is larger than a preset threshold value, the candidate recipe is used as a second recipe. And if the similarity is more than a preset threshold value, taking the recipe with the highest similarity as a second recipe. If the candidate recipe with the similarity larger than the preset threshold value is not found in the candidate recipes, the cooking equipment is controlled to be switched to a manual mode, the user is reminded, meanwhile, the intelligent equipment is controlled to stop playing the first prompt message, the problem that the matching among the existing food materials is possibly caused by forced switching to other recipes is avoided, the taste is influenced, and the physical health of the eater is possibly endangered.
In one embodiment of the invention, if the user uses the cooking device for the first time, after the food materials are misplaced, when the error grade of the food materials is identified to be a second error grade, the candidate recipe is obtained, the recipe with the highest user score in the candidate recipe is used as the second recipe, and cooking is carried out according to the second recipe.
To sum up, according to the cooking control method, when the food material is found to be abnormal, the recipe is automatically adjusted, if the food material cannot be adjusted, mode switching is performed, in the process of searching for the alternative recipe, the recipe information is converted into vectors, the similarity degree is obtained by calculating the Euclidean distance between the vectors, the final alternative recipe is determined, meanwhile, when the manual mode is switched, the cooking data in the manual mode is recorded, and if the score is high, the cooking data can be listed in a recipe database.
In summary, according to the cooking control method of the embodiment of the invention, a recipe selection instruction of a user is received, and the cooking device is controlled to cook according to the recipe selection instruction by using the first recipe; acquiring food material information added by a user, and judging whether the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe; and if the food materials are inconsistent, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user, and controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the second recipe. Therefore, the method can quickly switch the recipes after confirming that the user adds wrong food materials, so that the quality and the taste of the recipes are considered as much as possible, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the cooking control apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may include: the device comprises a receiving module 10, an obtaining module 20, a judging module 30 and a control module 40.
The receiving module 10 is configured to receive a recipe selection instruction of a user. The control module 40 is used for controlling the cooking device to cook according to the recipe selection instruction by using the first recipe. The obtaining module 20 is configured to obtain the food material information added by the user. The determining module 30 is configured to determine whether the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe. The control module 40 is configured to, when the judging module judges 30 that the food material information added by the user is inconsistent with the food material information in the first recipe, generate a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user, and control the cooking device to cook according to the second recipe.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 40 is further configured to continue to control the cooking device to cook with the first recipe when the determining module 30 determines that the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the acquiring module 20 acquires the food material information added by the user, which specifically includes: acquiring an image of a food material added by a user; and identifying the food materials in the image to generate food material information.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first recipe comprises a first cooking curve and first prompt information corresponding to the first cooking curve, wherein the first cooking curve comprises a plurality of time nodes, the first prompt information comprises operation action prompts corresponding to the time nodes, the second recipe comprises a second cooking curve and second prompt information corresponding to the second cooking curve, the second cooking curve comprises a plurality of time nodes, and the second prompt information comprises operation action prompts corresponding to the time nodes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the controlling module 40 controls the cooking device to cook according to the recipe selection instruction by using the first recipe, which specifically includes: and controlling the cooking equipment to cook by using a first cooking curve in the first recipe, and simultaneously playing first prompt information on the intelligent equipment to prompt a user to perform corresponding operation actions on a plurality of time nodes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 40 controls the cooking device to cook according to the second recipe, which specifically includes: acquiring a current time node in the first cooking curve; and controlling the cooking equipment by taking the current time node in the second cooking curve as a starting point, controlling the cooking equipment by using the second cooking curve to cook, and playing second prompt information on the intelligent equipment by taking the current time node as the starting point.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 40 is further configured to generate an error level according to the food material information added by the user and the food material information in the first recipe; if the error grade is the first error grade, controlling the cooking equipment to switch to a manual mode, prompting a user, and simultaneously controlling the intelligent equipment to stop playing the first prompt message; and if the error grade is a second error grade, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user; if the error level is the third error level, cooking continues with the first recipe.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the food material information includes staple food information, supplementary food information, major ingredient information, and minor ingredient information, wherein the control module 40 is further configured to, when the staple food information, the supplementary food information, the major ingredient information, and the minor ingredient information added by the user are inconsistent with the staple food information, the supplementary food information, the major ingredient information, and the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, determine that the error level is the first error level; and when the staple food information or the main ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the staple food information or the main ingredient information in the first recipe, judging that the error grade is a second error grade.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the food material information further includes substitute food material information, wherein the control module 40 is further configured to, when the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, further determine whether the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user corresponds to the substitute food material information in the first recipe; if so, judging the error grade to be a third error grade; if not, the error level is judged to be the second error level.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the generating, by the control module 40, the second recipe according to the food material information added by the user specifically includes: acquiring a plurality of historical recipes in a historical recipe set according to the food material information added by a user, and generating a plurality of first vectors according to the food material information of the plurality of historical recipes; acquiring a plurality of candidate recipes in the candidate recipe set according to the food material information added by the user, and generating a plurality of second vectors according to the food material information of the candidate recipes; and generating similarity between the plurality of first vectors and the plurality of second vectors, and selecting a candidate recipe with the similarity larger than a preset threshold value from the candidate recipes as a second recipe according to the similarity.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 40 is further configured to, when a candidate recipe with a similarity greater than a preset threshold is not found among the plurality of candidate recipes, control the cooking device to switch to the manual mode, prompt the user, and control the smart device to stop playing the first prompt message.
It should be noted that, for details not disclosed in the cooking control device according to the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to details disclosed in the cooking control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which are not described herein again.
According to the cooking control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the receiving module receives the recipe selection instruction of the user, and the control module controls the cooking equipment to cook according to the recipe selection instruction by using the first recipe. The food material information added by the user is obtained through the obtaining module, whether the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe or not is judged through the judging module, if not, the control module generates a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user, and the cooking equipment is controlled to cook according to the second recipe. Therefore, the device can rapidly switch the recipes after confirming that the user adds wrong food materials, the quality and the taste of the recipes are considered as much as possible, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the cooking apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention may include: the cooking control device 110 described above.
According to the cooking equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the cooking control device, the recipes can be quickly switched after the user is confirmed to add wrong food materials, the quality and the taste of the recipes are considered as much as possible, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the cooking apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a memory 210, a processor 220, and a computer program stored in the memory 210 and running on the processor 220, and when the processor 220 executes the computer program, the cooking control method is implemented.
According to the cooking device, the processor executes the cooking control method, the recipes can be switched quickly after the user is confirmed to add wrong food materials, the quality and the taste of the recipes are considered as far as possible, and the user experience is improved.
In addition, the present invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the above cooking.
By executing the cooking control method, the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention can quickly switch recipes after confirming that the user adds wrong food materials, thereby giving consideration to the quality and taste of the recipes as much as possible and improving the user experience.

Claims (14)
1. A cooking control method, comprising:
receiving a recipe selection instruction of a user, and controlling cooking equipment to cook by using a first recipe according to the recipe selection instruction;
acquiring food material information added by a user;
determining that the food material information added by the user is inconsistent with the food material information in the first recipe; and
generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user, and controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the second recipe;
further comprising: generating an error grade according to the food material information added by the user and the food material information in the first recipe; if the error level is a first error level, controlling the cooking equipment to be switched to a manual mode, and prompting the user; if the error grade is a second error grade, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user; if the error level is a third error level, continuing to cook with the first recipe.
2. The cooking control method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining that the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe, and continuing to control the cooking equipment to cook according to the first recipe.
3. The cooking control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the food material information added by the user comprises:
acquiring an image of the food material added by the user; and
identifying food materials in the image to generate the food material information.
4. The cooking control method according to claim 1, wherein the first recipe includes a first cooking profile, and first prompt information corresponding to the first cooking profile, wherein the first cooking profile includes a plurality of time nodes, the first prompt information includes operation action prompts corresponding to the plurality of time nodes, the second recipe includes a second cooking profile, and second prompt information corresponding to the second cooking profile, wherein the second cooking profile includes a plurality of time nodes, and the second prompt information includes operation action prompts corresponding to the plurality of time nodes.
5. The cooking control method of claim 4, wherein controlling the cooking device to cook with a first recipe according to the recipe selection instruction comprises:
and controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the first cooking curve in the first recipe, and playing the first prompt message on the intelligent equipment to prompt the user to perform corresponding operation actions on the plurality of time nodes.
6. The cooking control method of claim 5, wherein the controlling the cooking device to cook according to the second recipe comprises:
acquiring a current time node in the first cooking curve;
and controlling the cooking equipment by taking the current time node in the second cooking curve as a starting point, controlling the cooking equipment by taking the second cooking curve to cook, and playing the second prompt message on the intelligent equipment by taking the current time node as the starting point.
7. The cooking control method of claim 6, wherein the food material information includes staple food information, complementary food information, main ingredient information, and subsidiary ingredient information, wherein,
when the staple food information, the complementary food information, the main ingredient information and the secondary ingredient information added by the user are inconsistent with the staple food information, the complementary food information, the main ingredient information and the secondary ingredient information in the first recipe, judging that the error grade is the first error grade;

8. The cooking control method of claim 7, wherein the food material information further comprises substitute food material information, wherein,
if the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user is inconsistent with the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information in the first recipe, further judging whether the complementary food information or the minor ingredient information added by the user corresponds to the substitute food material information in the first recipe;
if so, judging the error grade to be the third error grade;
and if not, judging the error level as the second error level.
9. The cooking control method according to claim 6, wherein the generating a second recipe according to the user-added food material information comprises:
acquiring a plurality of historical recipes in a historical recipe set according to the food material information added by the user, and generating a plurality of first vectors according to the food material information of the plurality of historical recipes;
generating and acquiring a plurality of candidate recipes in a candidate recipe set according to the food material information added by the user, and generating a plurality of second vectors according to the food material information of the candidate recipes;
generating similarity between the plurality of first vectors and the plurality of second vectors, and selecting a candidate recipe with similarity larger than a preset threshold value from the candidate recipes as the second recipe according to the similarity.
10. The cooking control method of claim 9, further comprising:
if the candidate recipe with the similarity larger than the preset threshold value is not found in the candidate recipes, controlling the cooking equipment to switch to a manual mode, prompting the user, and simultaneously controlling the intelligent equipment to stop playing the first prompt message.
11. A cooking control device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a recipe selection instruction of a user;
the control module is used for controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the recipe selection instruction by using the first recipe;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the food material information added by the user;
the judging module is used for judging whether the food material information added by the user is consistent with the food material information in the first recipe;
the control module is used for generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user when the judging module judges that the food material information added by the user is inconsistent with the food material information in the first recipe, and controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the second recipe;
wherein the control module is further configured to: generating an error grade according to the food material information added by the user and the food material information in the first recipe; if the error level is a first error level, controlling the cooking equipment to be switched to a manual mode, and prompting the user; if the error grade is a second error grade, generating a second recipe according to the food material information added by the user; if the error level is a third error level, continuing to cook with the first recipe.
12. A cooking apparatus comprising the cooking control device of claim 11.
13. A cooking apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements a cooking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a cooking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
