When the required cooking time is less than or equal to the default cooking time, the food material can be fried or cooked or stewed for tasting in the default cooking time, and the default cooking time of the cooking curve is not required to be changed, namely the default cooking curve is kept unchanged; when the required cooking time is longer than the default cooking time, adjusting the default cooking time in the recipe to the required cooking time of the food material so as to stir-fry or cook or stew the food material into flavor; when the required cooking power is less than or equal to the default cooking power, the food material can be fried or cooked or stewed for tasting under the default cooking power, and the default cooking power of the cooking curve is not required to be changed, namely the default cooking curve is kept unchanged; when the required cooking power is larger than the default cooking power, the default cooking power in the recipe is adjusted to the required cooking power of the food material, so that the food material is fried or cooked or stewed to taste.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the default cooking profile has a juicing phase, the default cooking parameters include a default seasoning weight, further comprising: acquiring the weight of the seasonings added by the user; judging whether the weight of the seasoning added by the user is greater than the default conditioning weight; and if the weight of the seasonings added by the user is larger than the default conditioning weight and exceeds a first preset range, acquiring the juice collecting time in the juice collecting stage and shortening the juice collecting time. The first preset range can be set according to actual conditions.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the weight of the seasoning added by the user can be obtained by a smart spoon. It should be noted that the smart spoon can perform wireless communication with the cooking device, for example, wireless communication modules are respectively arranged in the smart spoon and the cooking device, so as to establish wireless communication between the smart spoon and the cooking device through the two communication modules. Assuming that the user contained 40g of salt with the smart spoon and 10g of salt remained in the smart spoon after pouring the salt into the cooking apparatus, the smart spoon counted that the weight of the salt poured into the cooking apparatus was 30g, and transmitted the value to the cooking apparatus.
Specifically, when the user is reminded to add seasoning to the pan, the user adds seasoning using the smart spoon to obtain the weight of the added seasoning through the smart spoon and sends the weight of the added seasoning to the cooking apparatus. After the weight of the seasonings added by the user is obtained, the weight of the seasonings added by the user is judged by the cooking equipment. When the weight of the seasoning added by the user is less than or equal to the weight of the default seasoning, the cooking equipment can generate information for reminding the user of adding the seasoning and send the information to the intelligent spoon, so that the user can be reminded of adding the seasoning again through the intelligent spoon, the user can choose not to add the seasoning at the moment, and the user tries to add the seasoning after finishing cooking; when the weight of the flavoring added by the user is larger than the weight of the default flavoring and exceeds a first preset range, the juice collecting time in the default cooking curve is shortened, for example, the juice collecting time is compressed in a proportional mode, so that the phenomenon that the food material absorbs too much flavoring to cause too heavy taste of the food material is avoided, and the cooking is carried out according to the shortened juice collecting time until the cooking is finished. For example, potato beef is cooked, the default weight of salt is 50g, the corresponding juice collecting time is 30min, the first preset range is +/-10 g, 80g of salt is added into the cooking equipment when a user cooks, and the juice collecting time needs to be shortened to 25 min.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the default cooking parameter comprises a default food material weight, further comprising: acquiring the weight of food materials added by a user; judging whether the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the weight of the default food material; and if the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the default food material weight and exceeds a second preset range, increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve. The second preset range can be set according to food materials.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the cooking profile comprises a plurality of cooking phases; correspondingly, increasing the cooking time of the cooking profile comprises: the cooking times of the individual cooking stages are increased by a preset ratio, and the sum of the increased cooking times of the individual cooking stages equals the cooking time of the increased cooking curve.
In a specific example of the present invention, the weight of the food material added by the user is obtained through the smart device. Specifically, the weighing device may be in wireless communication with the cooking device, such as providing wireless communication modules in the weighing device and the cooking device, respectively, to establish wireless communication between the weighing device and the cooking device through both communication modules. Assuming that the user weighed 400g of potatoes with the weighing apparatus, and poured all of the potatoes into the pot, the smart spoon calculated the weight of the potatoes poured into the pot as 400g and transmitted the value to the cooking apparatus.
In another specific example of the present invention, the weight of the food material added by the user is acquired by a weight sensor provided in the cooking appliance. It should be noted that, before the user needs to add the food material each time, the weight sensor in the cooking appliance is set to zero, so as to directly obtain the weight of the food material added by the user. Certainly, the weight of the food material added by the user can be indirectly obtained by calculating the difference between the weight of the food material added by the user and the weight of the food material added by the user through setting a weight sensor.
Specifically, at a certain stewing time point, the cooking device reminds a user to add a certain food material into the pot, and after the user adds the food material into the pot, the weight of the food material added by the user is acquired through the weighing device or the weight sensor arranged in the weighing device, and the weight of the added food material is judged. When the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the weight of the default food material and the difference between the weight of the food material added by the user and the weight of the food material added by the user exceeds a second preset range, the cooking time of the cooking stages needs to be increased, if the cooking time is increased in a proportional manner, the increased cooking time is distributed in each cooking stage according to a proportion, and the sum of the increased cooking time of each cooking stage is equal to the increased cooking time of the cooking curve.
Continuing with the example of potato and beef stew, the potato and beef stew is divided into two stew stages, the first stew stage is beef stew, the default beef weight is 300g, the second preset range is + -50 g, and the second stew stage is adding potato into the pan to stew the potato and beef together. If the user adds 400g beef to the pan, 10min is added based on the default first simmering time and 2min based on the default second simmering time, the sum of the cooking times of the two added simmering stages being equal to the cooking time of the added cooking profile of 12 min.
Further, if the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the weight of the default food material and exceeds a second preset range, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a difference value between the weight of the food material added by the user and the weight of the default food material, and acquiring a ratio of the difference value to the weight of the default food material; and generating a suggested seasoning weight according to the ratio and the default seasoning weight, and prompting the user.
That is, when the weight of the food material added by the user is more than the second preset range, the cooking device can calculate the weight of the seasoning to be added to the portion of the food material exceeding the default food material weight, and give a prompt for advising the user to add the weight of the seasoning, so as to add a proper amount of seasoning with the user. Continuing with the example of stewed potato and beef, if the user adds 400g beef to the pan, 10g salt is added.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the default cooking parameter comprises a default cooking temperature, further comprising: acquiring the cooking temperature of the user after adding food materials; judging whether the cooking temperature of the user added with the food material is less than the default cooking temperature or not; and if the cooking temperature after the user adds the food materials is less than the default cooking temperature and exceeds a third preset range, increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve.
In one embodiment of the invention, the cooking profile comprises a plurality of cooking phases; correspondingly, increasing the cooking time of the cooking profile comprises: the cooking times of the individual cooking stages are increased by a preset ratio, and the sum of the increased cooking times of the individual cooking stages equals the increased cooking time of the cooking curve.
Specifically, after the user adds the food, the cooking temperature can be obtained in real time through the temperature sensing device arranged in the cooking device, and whether the food added by the user is excessive or not is judged according to the magnitude relation between the cooking temperature and the default cooking temperature, for example, when the cooking temperature is smaller than the default cooking temperature and exceeds a third preset range (for example, 10 ℃), it is judged that the food added by the user in the midway is excessive, at this moment, the cooking time of the cooking stage needs to be increased, for example, the cooking time is increased in a proportional mode, the increased cooking time is distributed in each cooking stage according to proportion, and the sum of the increased cooking time of each cooking stage is equal to the cooking time of the increased cooking curve.

In summary, according to the method for adjusting a cooking curve in the embodiment of the present invention, a recipe selected by a user is obtained, where the recipe includes a default cooking curve and default cooking parameters corresponding to the default cooking curve, the default cooking curve is used to control a cooking device to cook, an operation video of the user is obtained at the same time, the cooking parameters in the operation video are extracted, and the default cooking curve is adjusted according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters. Therefore, the method enables the user to easily achieve the effect of cooking in a kitchen through adjustment of the default cooking curve, and improves the cooking experience of the user.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an adjusting apparatus of a cooking profile according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the cooking curve adjusting apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a first obtaining module 10, a control module 20, a second obtaining module 30, an extracting module 40 and an adjusting module 50.
The first obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain a recipe selected by a user, where the recipe includes a default cooking curve and default cooking parameters corresponding to the default cooking curve. The control module 20 is used for controlling the cooking device to cook according to a default cooking curve. The second obtaining module 30 is configured to obtain an operation video of the user while the cooking device cooks according to the default cooking curve. The extracting module 40 is used for extracting cooking parameters in the operation video. The adjusting module 50 is configured to adjust the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameter in the operation video and the default cooking parameter.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the cooking profile comprises a plurality of time nodes, wherein the recipe further comprises reminder information corresponding to the plurality of time nodes corresponding to the plurality of operational actions.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the recipe is generated by: shooting a cooking process of a cook to generate an operation video, and simultaneously recording the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment; generating a cooking curve according to the thermal operation of a cook on the cooking equipment; and identifying a plurality of operation actions in the operation video, and recording a plurality of time points corresponding to the plurality of operation actions.
Further, the recipe may further include: and generating prompt information for broadcasting at a plurality of time points according to the plurality of time points and the plurality of operation actions.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the default cooking parameter includes a default food material category, and the adjusting module 50 adjusts the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameter in the operation video and the default cooking parameter, including: extracting food material types in the operation video; judging whether the food material types are consistent with the default food material types or not; if the food materials are inconsistent, acquiring the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material types; and adjusting the default cooking curve according to the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material type.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 50 adjusts the default cooking curve according to the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material category, including: acquiring default cooking time and default cooking power of a default cooking curve; if the required cooking time is less than or equal to the default cooking time, keeping the default cooking curve unchanged; if the required cooking time is greater than the default cooking time, adjusting the default cooking time according to the required cooking time; if the required cooking power is less than or equal to the default cooking power, keeping the default cooking curve unchanged; if the required cooking power is greater than the default cooking power, the default cooking power is adjusted according to the required cooking power.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the default cooking parameter includes a default seasoning weight, and the adjusting module 50 adjusts the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameter in the operation video and the default cooking parameter, further comprising: acquiring the weight of the seasonings added by the user; judging whether the weight of the seasonings added by the user is greater than the weight of default seasonings; and if the weight of the flavoring added by the user is greater than the weight of the default flavoring and exceeds a first preset range, acquiring the juice collecting time in the default cooking curve, and shortening the juice collecting time.

Further, when the weight of the food material added by the user is greater than the default weight of the food material and exceeds the second preset range, the adjusting module 50 is further configured to: acquiring a difference value between the weight of the food material added by the user and the weight of the default food material, and acquiring a ratio of the difference value to the weight of the default food material; and generating a suggested seasoning weight according to the ratio and the default seasoning weight, and prompting the user.
Wherein, the weight of the food material added by the user is obtained through a weighing device or a weight sensor in the cooking appliance.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the default cooking parameter includes a default cooking temperature, and the adjusting module 50 is further configured to: acquiring the cooking temperature of the user after adding food materials; judging whether the cooking temperature of the user added with the food material is less than the default cooking temperature or not; and if the cooking temperature after the user adds the food materials is less than the default cooking temperature and exceeds a third preset range, increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve.

According to the adjusting device of the cooking curve, a recipe selected by a user is obtained through the first obtaining module and comprises a default cooking curve and default cooking parameters corresponding to the default cooking curve, the cooking equipment is controlled to cook through the control module according to the default cooking curve, the operation video of the user is obtained through the second obtaining module while the cooking equipment cooks according to the default cooking curve, the cooking parameters in the operation video are extracted through the extracting module, and the adjusting module adjusts the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters. Therefore, the device enables a user to easily achieve the effect of cooking in a kitchen through adjustment of the default cooking curve, and cooking experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 6 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, a cooking apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the above-mentioned cooking curve adjusting device 100.
According to the cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the adjusting device of the cooking curve, a user can easily achieve the effect of cooking in a kitchen, and the cooking experience of the user is improved.
In addition, the invention also provides an electronic device which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, the cooking curve adjusting method is realized.
According to the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, by executing the cooking curve adjusting method, a user can easily achieve the effect of cooking in a kitchen, and the cooking experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, the present invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the above-mentioned cooking curve adjustment method.
According to the computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the invention, by executing the cooking curve adjusting method, a user can easily achieve the effect of cooking in a kitchen, and the cooking experience of the user is improved.

Claims (16)
1. A method of adjusting a cooking profile, comprising:
acquiring a recipe selected by a user, wherein the recipe comprises a default cooking curve and default cooking parameters corresponding to the default cooking curve;
controlling a cooking device to cook according to the default cooking curve, and simultaneously acquiring an operation video of the user;
extracting cooking parameters in the operation video; and
adjusting the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters;
the default cooking parameters include a default food material category, and the adjusting of the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters includes:
extracting food material types in the operation video;
judging whether the food material type is consistent with the default food material type;
if the food materials are inconsistent, acquiring the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material types;
and adjusting the default cooking curve according to the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material category.
2. The cooking curve adjustment method of claim 1, wherein the cooking curve comprises a plurality of time nodes, wherein the recipe further comprises reminder information corresponding to the plurality of time nodes, wherein the plurality of time nodes correspond to a plurality of operational actions.
3. The method of adjusting a cooking curve of claim 2, wherein the recipe is generated by:
shooting a cook cooking process to generate an operation video, and simultaneously recording the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment;
generating the cooking curve according to the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment;
and identifying a plurality of operation actions in the operation video, and recording a plurality of time points corresponding to the operation actions.
4. The cooking curve adjustment method of claim 3, further comprising:
and generating prompt information for broadcasting at the time points according to the time points and the operation actions.
5. The method for adjusting a cooking curve according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting the default cooking curve according to the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material category comprises:
acquiring default cooking time and default cooking power of the default cooking curve;
if the required cooking time is less than or equal to the default cooking time, keeping the default cooking profile unchanged;
if the required cooking time is greater than the default cooking time, adjusting the default cooking time according to the required cooking time;
if the required cooking power is less than or equal to the default cooking power, keeping the default cooking profile unchanged;
if the required cooking power is greater than the default cooking power, adjusting the default cooking power according to the required cooking power.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the default cooking profile has a juicing phase, the default cooking parameters include a default seasoning weight, further comprising:
acquiring the weight of the seasonings added by the user;
determining whether the weight of the user-added seasoning is greater than the default seasoning weight;
and if the weight of the flavoring added by the user is greater than the weight of the default flavoring and exceeds a first preset range, acquiring the juice collecting time of the juice collecting stage, and shortening the juice collecting time.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the weight of the seasoning added by the user is obtained by a smart spoon.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the default cooking parameter comprises a default food material weight, further comprising:
acquiring the weight of the food material added by the user;
judging whether the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the default food material weight;
and if the weight of the food material added by the user is larger than the weight of the default food material and exceeds a second preset range, increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein if the weight of the food material added by the user is greater than the default food material weight and exceeds a second predetermined range, further comprising:
acquiring a difference value between the weight of the food material added by the user and the weight of the default food material, and acquiring a ratio of the difference value to the weight of the default food material;
and generating suggested seasoning weight according to the ratio and the default seasoning weight, and prompting a user.
10. The method of adjusting a cooking curve of claim 9, wherein the weight of the food material added by the user is obtained by a weight sensor in a weighing device or a cooking appliance.
11. The method of adjusting a cooking profile of claim 1, wherein the default cooking parameter comprises a default cooking temperature, further comprising:
acquiring the cooking temperature of the user after adding food materials;
judging whether the cooking temperature of the user added with food materials is less than the default cooking temperature or not;
and if the cooking temperature after the user adds the food materials is less than the default cooking temperature and exceeds a third preset range, increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve.
12. The method of adjusting a cooking profile of claim 8 or 11, wherein the cooking profile comprises a plurality of cooking phases;
correspondingly, the increasing the cooking time of the cooking curve comprises:
increasing the cooking time of each cooking stage by a preset ratio, wherein the sum of the increased cooking time of each cooking stage is equal to the increased cooking time of the cooking curve.
13. An apparatus for adjusting a cooking profile, comprising:
the cooking system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a control module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a recipe selected by a user, and the recipe comprises a default cooking curve and default cooking parameters corresponding to the default cooking curve;
the control module is used for controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the default cooking curve;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the operation video of the user while the cooking equipment cooks according to the default cooking curve;
the extraction module is used for extracting cooking parameters in the operation video; and
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters;
the default cooking parameters include a default food material category, and the adjusting the default cooking curve according to the cooking parameters in the operation video and the default cooking parameters includes:
extracting food material types in the operation video;
judging whether the food material type is consistent with the default food material type;
if the food materials are inconsistent, acquiring the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material types;
and adjusting the default cooking curve according to the required cooking time and the required cooking power of the food material category.
14. A cooking apparatus, comprising: the cooking profile adjustment apparatus of claim 13.
15. An electronic device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements a method of adjusting a cooking curve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of adjusting a cooking curve according to any one of claims 1-12.
