Abstract
The invention provides a cooking device and a cooking control method and a control device thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a recipe selected by a user, wherein the recipe comprises a cooking curve; controlling a cooking device to cook according to the cooking curve, and simultaneously acquiring an operation video of a user; identifying a user operation action in the operation video, and recording a time point corresponding to the user operation action; and adjusting the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point. According to the cooking control method, equivalent adjustment can be performed on the cooking curve in time according to the cooking time preset by the user or by acquiring the cooking action of the user, and the cooking effect can be guaranteed to meet the requirements of the user as much as possible.

The process from raw to cooked is actually a process in which the chemical properties of the food material change after absorbing heat, and in this process, the specific heat capacity of the food material is a physical quantity which is a determining factor. The specific heat capacity measures the amount of heat absorbed by the food material when the temperature rises from room temperature or lower to a specified temperature, and therefore, it can be considered that when the specific heat capacity is unchanged, a certain amount of heat is input, and the temperature of the food material changes in an equal proportion.
For purposes of illustration, it is assumed that the standard cooking curve and the compressed cooking curve are both linear functions and intersect in the Y-axis, as shown in fig. 3. By definition of the integral, the heat generated by the compressed cooking curve will be more than the standard cooking curve over a time range of Δ t, the more part being the shaded area in the figure. It should be noted that the above analysis is only a result of theoretical analysis, however, in an actual situation, since the change of the chemical property of the food material is not linear, the basic property of the food material may be suddenly changed due to excessively high heat input in a short time, and the change in the mouthfeel is brought, that is, the cooking curve cannot be infinitely compressed, so in a final processing logic, an upper threshold value is set for the compression ratio of the curve, the set upper threshold value cannot be exceeded no matter whether the curve compression is manually set by a user or the system actively compresses the cooking curve by detecting that the cooking action of the user is accelerated, and the upper limit value of the compression ratio of each recipe is different, and the determination can be performed according to the experimental result.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the extending of the current cooking stage comprises: acquiring a cooking curve of a current cooking stage; and acquiring the energy sum of the cooking curve of the current cooking stage, and generating a cooking curve equivalent curve according to the energy sum of the cooking curve.
Based on the principle of compressing the cooking stage, the method is also suitable for extending the cooking curve, that is, the compression and extension of the current cooking stage are performed in the same manner, and therefore, the method is not described herein again in order to avoid redundancy.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the compressing process is performed on the current cooking stage or the extending process is performed on the current cooking stage, the method further includes: when entering the next cooking stage, the control of the cooking appliance with the cooking curve is continued.
In other words, after the current stage is compressed or extended, the next stage still performs cooking control on the cooking appliance according to a standard cooking curve, for example, the compressed or extended cooking stage is a scallion and ginger aroma frying stage, and then the subsequent stir-frying stage, cooking stage and juice collecting stage still perform cooking according to the original cooking curve.
Therefore, in the cooking process of the user, whether the cooking curve is adjusted or not can be determined by identifying the operation action of the user, the time span of the cooking curve is shortened within the range of the expected taste difference, the user is ensured to have good use experience, and meanwhile, the waste of food materials caused by the fact that finished products cannot be eaten can be prevented.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the cooking apparatus to cook according to the cooking curve, the method further includes: and acquiring the cooking time set by the user, and adjusting the cooking curve according to the cooking time.
That is, if the user directly sets the cooking time after selecting the cooking recipe, the cooking curve is directly adjusted according to the cooking time, the cooking control is performed according to the adjusted cooking curve, and meanwhile, the cooking curve is still adjusted according to the scheme in the cooking process.
In summary, according to the cooking control method of the embodiment of the present invention, a recipe selected by a user is obtained, where the recipe includes a cooking curve, the cooking device is controlled to cook according to the cooking curve, an operation video of the user is obtained at the same time, a user operation action in the operation video is identified, and a time point corresponding to the user operation action is recorded; and finally, adjusting the cooking curve according to the operation action of the user and the corresponding time point. Therefore, the method can perform equivalent adjustment on the cooking curve in time according to the cooking time preset by the user or by acquiring the cooking action of the user, and the cooking effect can be ensured to meet the user requirement as much as possible.
Fig. 4 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, a cooking control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an acquisition module 10, an identification module 20 and a control module 30.
The obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain a recipe selected by a user, where the recipe includes a cooking curve. The control module 30 is used for controlling the cooking device to cook according to the cooking curve and acquiring the operation video of the user. The identification module 20 is configured to identify a user operation action in the operation video, and record a time point corresponding to the user operation action. The control module 30 is further configured to adjust the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking curve includes a plurality of cooking stages, and the control module 30 adjusts the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point, specifically, to obtain the current cooking stage of the user; and adjusting the current cooking stage in the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking curve includes a plurality of reference time points and reference operation actions corresponding to the reference time points, wherein the control module 30 adjusts a current cooking stage in the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time points, and is specifically configured to match the user operation action with the reference operation action and obtain the reference operation action matched with the user operation action; acquiring a reference time point corresponding to a reference operation action matched with the user operation action; recognizing that a first time difference between a reference time point and a time point corresponding to the user operation action is greater than a preset threshold value, and compressing the current cooking stage; and recognizing that a second time difference between the time point corresponding to the user operation action and the reference time point is greater than a preset threshold value, and prolonging the current cooking stage.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 compresses the current cooking stage, specifically, obtains a cooking curve of the current cooking stage; acquiring the energy sum of a cooking curve in the current cooking stage, and generating an equivalent curve of the cooking curve according to the energy sum of the cooking curve; and controlling the cooking appliance according to the equivalent curve.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 performs an extension process on the current cooking stage, specifically, to obtain a cooking curve of the current cooking stage; acquiring the energy sum of a cooking curve in the current cooking stage, and generating an equivalent curve of the cooking curve according to the energy sum of the cooking curve; and controlling the cooking appliance according to the equivalent curve.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after the compressing process or the extending process for the current cooking stage, the control module 30 is further configured to: when entering the next cooking stage, the control of the cooking appliance with the cooking curve is continued.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the recipe is generated by: shooting a cooking process of a cook to generate an operation video, and simultaneously recording the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment; generating a cooking curve according to the fire operation of a cook on the cooking equipment; and identifying a plurality of operation actions in the operation video, and recording a plurality of time points corresponding to the plurality of operation actions.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cooking control apparatus further includes: and the reminding module 40 is used for generating the prompt information broadcasted at a plurality of time points according to a plurality of time points and a plurality of operation actions.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, before controlling the cooking apparatus to cook according to the cooking curve, the control module 30 is further configured to obtain a cooking time period set by a user, and adjust the cooking curve according to the cooking time period.
It should be noted that, for details not disclosed in the cooking control device according to the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to details disclosed in the cooking control method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which are not described herein again.
According to the cooking control device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the recipe selected by the user is obtained through the obtaining module, wherein the recipe comprises a cooking curve; the control module controls the cooking equipment to cook according to the cooking curve, meanwhile obtains an operation video of a user, identifies the user operation action in the operation video through the identification module, records a time point corresponding to the user operation action, and adjusts the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point. From this, the device can in time carry out equivalent adjustment to the culinary art curve according to the culinary art duration that the user predetermines or through obtaining user's culinary art action, guarantees the culinary art effect as far as possible and can satisfy user's demand.
Fig. 5 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, a cooking apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention may include: the cooking control device 110 described above.
According to the cooking equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the cooking control device, equivalent adjustment can be timely carried out on the cooking curve according to the cooking time preset by the user or by acquiring the cooking action of the user, so that the cooking effect can be ensured to meet the requirements of the user as much as possible.
Fig. 6 is a block schematic diagram of a cooking apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the cooking apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a memory 210, a processor 220, and a computer program stored in the memory 210 and running on the processor 220, and when the processor 220 executes the computer program, the cooking control method is implemented.
According to the cooking device, the processor executes the cooking control method, equivalent adjustment can be timely carried out on the cooking curve according to the cooking time preset by the user or by acquiring the cooking action of the user, and the cooking effect can be guaranteed to meet the requirements of the user as much as possible.
In addition, the present invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the control method of the above cooking.
By executing the cooking control method, the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment of the invention can perform equivalent adjustment on the cooking curve in time according to the cooking time preset by the user or by acquiring the cooking action of the user, thereby ensuring that the cooking effect can meet the requirements of the user as much as possible.

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (13)
1. A cooking control method, comprising:
acquiring a recipe selected by a user, wherein the recipe comprises a cooking curve;
controlling a cooking device to cook according to the cooking curve, and simultaneously acquiring an operation video of the user;
identifying a user operation action in the operation video, and recording a time point corresponding to the user operation action; and
and adjusting the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point.
2. The cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the cooking profile includes a plurality of cooking stages, and wherein adjusting the cooking profile according to the user manipulation action and the corresponding point in time comprises:
acquiring a current cooking stage of the user;
and adjusting the current cooking stage in the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point.
3. The cooking control method of claim 2, wherein the cooking curve includes a plurality of reference time points and reference operation actions corresponding to the plurality of reference time points, wherein the adjusting a current cooking stage among the cooking curve according to the user operation actions and the corresponding time points comprises:
matching the user operation action with the reference operation action to acquire the reference operation action matched with the user operation action;
acquiring a reference time point corresponding to a reference operation action matched with the user operation action;
recognizing that a first time difference between the reference time point and a time point corresponding to the user operation action is greater than a preset threshold value, and compressing the current cooking stage;
and recognizing that a second time difference between the time point corresponding to the user operation action and the reference time point is greater than the preset threshold value, and prolonging the current cooking stage.
4. The cooking control method of claim 3, wherein said compressing the current cooking stage comprises:
acquiring a cooking curve of the current cooking stage;
acquiring the energy sum of the cooking curve of the current cooking stage, and generating an equivalent curve of the cooking curve according to the energy sum of the cooking curve;
and controlling the cooking appliance according to the equivalent curve.
5. The cooking control method of claim 3, wherein said extending said current cooking stage comprises:
acquiring a cooking curve of the current cooking stage;
acquiring the energy sum of the cooking curve of the current cooking stage, and generating an equivalent curve of the cooking curve according to the energy sum of the cooking curve;
and controlling the cooking appliance according to the equivalent curve.
6. The cooking control method of claim 3, further comprising, after the compressing the current cooking stage or the extending the current cooking stage:
and when entering the next cooking stage, continuing to control the cooking appliance according to the cooking curve.
7. The cooking control method of claim 1, wherein the recipe is generated by:
shooting a cook cooking process to generate an operation video, and simultaneously recording the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment;
generating the cooking curve according to the fire operation of the cook on the cooking equipment;
and identifying a plurality of operation actions in the operation video, and recording a plurality of time points corresponding to the operation actions.
8. The cooking control method of claim 7, further comprising:
and generating prompt information for broadcasting at the time points according to the time points and the operation actions.
9. The cooking control method of claim 1, before controlling the cooking appliance to cook according to the cooking profile, further comprising:
and acquiring the cooking time set by the user, and adjusting the cooking curve according to the cooking time.
10. A cooking control device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a recipe selected by a user, and the recipe comprises a cooking curve;
the control module is used for controlling the cooking equipment to cook according to the cooking curve and simultaneously acquiring the operation video of the user;
the identification module is used for identifying user operation actions in the operation video and recording time points corresponding to the user operation actions;
the control module is also used for adjusting the cooking curve according to the user operation action and the corresponding time point.
11. A cooking apparatus comprising the cooking control device of claim 10.
12. A cooking apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the program, implements a cooking control method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of controlling cooking according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
