背景技术

LED 34的取向、数量和间隔可随着基于LED的灯10的长度、基于LED的灯10所期望的流明(lumen)输出、LED 34的瓦特数、基于LED的灯10所期望的光分布和/或LED 34的视角的变化而变化。
当基于LED的灯10被固定在灯固定器中时，LED 34可固定地或可变地在基于LED的灯10中取向，面对或部分面对将要照射的环境。可供选择地，LED 34可被取向成部分或完全背离将要照射的环境。在这个替代示例中，基于LED的灯10和/或基于LED的灯10的灯固定器可包括用于将LED所生成的光反射或以其他方式重新导向将要照射的环境中的特征件。
对于48”基于LED的灯10而言，LED 34的数量可从大约三十变化至三百，使得基于LED的灯10的输出在1500流明和3000流明之间。然而，可以可供选择地使用不同数量的LED34，基于LED的灯10可输出任何其他量的流明。
LED 34可如示出地布置成沿着LED电路板30的中心部分的单个纵向延伸行，或者可布置成多个行或布置成群组。LED 34可沿着LED电路板30分隔开并且布置在LED电路板30上，以大体填充沿着透镜14的长度的间隔，透镜14设置在外壳12的相对纵向端部的端盖20之间。可基于例如各LED 34的光分布或LED 34的数量，确定LED 34的间隔。可选择LED 34的间隔，使得LED 34输出的光沿着透镜14的长度是均匀或非均匀的。在一个实现方式中，一个或多个额外LED 34可位于基于LED的灯10的一个或两个端部，使得在基于LED的灯10的一个或多个端部处，透镜14输出的光的强度相对较大。作为如上所述地将LED 34分隔开的替代或补充，较靠近基于LED的灯10的一个或两个端部的LED 34可被配置成输出比其他LED 34相对更多的光。例如，较靠近基于LED的灯10的一个或两个端部的LED 34可在操作期间具有较高的光输出能力和/或可被提供更多功率。
基于LED的灯10可被配置用于允许对LED 34的操作状态进行单独控制。例如，基于LED的灯10的不同LED 34可被分配不同的相应逻辑控制地址。根据图1中指示的非限制示例，例如，不同的逻辑控制地址可被分配给LED 34A、B、C、D、E等。在基于LED的灯10的LED 34被分配不同的逻辑控制地址的情况下，可对LED 34中的被分配相应逻辑控制地址的那些LED 34的操作状态实施单独控制。
在随后的示例中，基于LED的灯10的LED 34被分配逻辑控制地址。然而，应该理解，与这些示例一致的，基于LED的灯10的LED 34中的一些不需要被分配逻辑控制地址。可按传统方式控制这些LED 34(如果存在的话)。
根据基于LED的灯10的一个非限制示例，基于LED的灯10的LED 34A、34B、34C、34D、34E等中的每个可被分配相应逻辑控制地址。在基于LED的灯10的其他示例中，不同的逻辑控制地址中的一个、一些或全部可被分配给一组多个LED 34。例如，LED 34中的一些可以根据LED 34相对于彼此的位置或相对于基于LED的灯10的位置、根据LED 34的配置之间的差异或者根据上述二者被分组，以被分配单个逻辑控制地址。例如，被分配相应逻辑控制地址的一组或多组LED 34可对应于基于LED的灯10的区域和/或基于LED的灯10的LED 34内的顺序图案。此外，被分配相应逻辑控制地址的一组或多组LED 34可另外地或可供选择地对应于在LED 34操作时从LED 34发射的光或源自基于LED的灯10的光的性质。在基于LED的灯10的这些或其他示例中，被分配逻辑控制地址的一组LED 34可例如是或者包括两个或更多个相邻或不相邻的LED 34。
电源电路板32可设置在外壳12内，与电连接器18相邻。电源电路板32还可设置在其他合适位置(例如，在基于LED的灯10外部、在端盖20的一个或两个内等等)。电源电路板32具有电源电路，电源电路被配置成将通过电连接器18从例如光固定器接收的输入功率调节成可供LED 34使用的适宜功率。在一些实现方式中，电源电路板32可包括浪涌(inrush)保护电路、电涌(surge)抑制器电路、噪声滤波器电路、整流器电路、主滤波器电路、电流调节器电路和分流电压调节器电路中的一个或多个。电源电路板32可适于被设计成从电源接收大范围的电流和/电压并且将它们转换成LED 34能使用的功率。
基于LED的灯10可需要大量电连接来在基于LED的灯10中包括的各种图示的空间分布的电子部件(诸如，LED电路板30、电源电路板32和电连接器18)之间传送功率。如图2中所示，可使用电路连接器插头40和引脚连接器插头42来形成这些连接。特别地，当组装基于LED的灯10时，电路连接器插头40可被布置成将LED电路板30电联接到电源电路板32，以及引脚连接器插头42可被布置成将电源电路板32电连接到端盖20的引脚22。
如所示出的，LED电路板30和电源电路板32在外壳12内相对于彼此垂直地相对并且分隔开。LED电路板30和电源电路板32可延长外壳12的长度或部分长度，并且LED电路板30可具有与电源电路板32的长度不同的长度。例如，LED电路板30可大体上延长外壳12的基本长度，并且电源电路板32可延长外壳的部分长度。然而，应该理解，LED电路板30和/或电源电路板32可以可供选择地布置在外壳12内，并且LED电路板30和电源电路板32可以可供选择地相对于彼此地分隔开和/或确定大小。
LED电路板30和电源电路板32被图示为细长的印刷电路板。可通过桥接连接器将多个电路板片段接合，以形成LED电路板30和/或电源电路板32。另外，可使用其他类型的电路板(诸如，金属芯电路板)。另外，LED电路板30和电源电路板32的部件可在单个电路板或多于两个电路板中。
在基于LED的灯10中，被分配各逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态可独立于被分配其他逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态地被控制。例如，被分配给定逻辑控制地址的一个或多个LED 34中的每个可选择性地被驱动成LED 34不发光的截止状态，或者被驱动成导通状态。例如，LED 34可被驱动成导通状态，以完全运行强度发光。光的完全运行强度可对应于例如LED 34的绝对光输出能力，或者标称操作条件下的LED 34的光输出能力。可选地，在导通状态下，LED 34可被驱动成以一个或多个中间强度发光。根据这些示例的LED 34还可例如在截止状态和导通状态之间间歇地驱动。
一个或多个控制器可被设置成与LED 34通信，以控制被分配各逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态。如图3中所示，例如，基于LED的灯10可包括与LED 34A、34B、34C、34D、34E等通信的控制器100。在基于LED的灯10的一个实现方式中，控制器100可被配置成生成各个控制信号以控制被分配各逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态。在包括多个基于LED的灯10的替代实现方式中，各个控制器100可用作中央控制器150的从属(slave)，中央控制器150被配置成生成用于协调基于LED的灯10的操作的控制信号。
将被分配逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态独立于被分配其他逻辑控制地址的LED 34的操作状态地控制的能力创造了用基于LED的灯10生成各种不同照明效果的机会。例如，可相对于在LED 34操作时源自基于LED的灯10的光的空间、光谱和/或时间方面，限定照明效果之间的差异。可用其中每个LED 34被类似配置或者LED 34的配置之间有所不同的基于LED的灯10的示例，产生照明效果之间的差异。可选地，在创造了产生各种不同照明效果的机会的促进中，基于LED的灯10可装入用于改变从LED 34中的一个、一些或全部发射的光或在LED 34操作时源自基于LED的灯10的光的性质的光学结构。
图4至图8描绘根据以上总体描述配置、实现和/或控制的基于LED的灯10的特定非限制示例。
在基于LED的灯10的一些示例实现方式中，可全部或部分地通过选择性地且独立地控制从LED 34发射的光的强度来产生照明效果之间的差异。
例如，LED 34可被选择性驱动，以改变沿着基于LED的灯10的长度发出的光的强度。例如，沿着基于LED的灯10的一半的LED 34可被驱动成导通状态来发光，以及沿着基于LED的灯10的另一半的LED 34可被驱动成截止状态，从而导致只从基于LED的灯10的一半发出光。
LED 34也例如可被选择性驱动，以产生在LED 34操作时源自基于LED的灯10的不同梯度的光。在根据图4的示例中，LED 34中的每个被驱动成导通状态以发光，较靠近基于LED的灯10的端部(只示出一个端部)的LED 34将强度比剩余LED 34相对较高的光向着基于LED的灯10的中心发射。如所示出的，从基于LED的灯10发出的所得梯度的光200大体是包括LED 34的轴的平面上形成的狗骨头(dog bone)形状。狗骨头形状梯度的光200可例如用于基于LED的灯10安装在过道两端并且期望不仅常规地照射过道而且用光布满过道墙壁的照明应用中。在其他实现方式中，多个基于LED的灯10可被安装在较大过道两端，并且可调节多个基于LED的灯10的操作来产生狗骨头形状梯度的光200。这个实现方式可用于例如停车场中，以沿着停放汽车上方的过道侧面提供相对更多的光并且沿着从途经汽车的头灯接受光的主通路提供相对少的光。尽管按照某些非限制示例描绘和描述了狗骨头形状梯度的光200，但应该理解，可使用一个或多个基于LED的灯10的其他实现方式，并且可应用其他控制方案来支持表现出相对梯度的光的许多其他照明效果的产生。
在基于LED的灯10的一些示例实现方式中，可全部或部分地通过运用LED 34的配置之间的不同产生照明效果之间的差异。在基于LED的灯10包括具有不同配置的LED 34的情况下，应该理解，例如，具有共同配置的多个LED 34可被分配相应逻辑控制地址，或者可被分组以被分配单个逻辑控制地址。
图5的基于LED的灯10包括一个或多个LED 34、一个或多个LED 34B和一个或多个LED 34C，如一般所指示的，这些LED均被配置成发射具有不同性质的光。性质之间的差异可对应于所发射光的颜色、色温和/或任何其他性质。在性质之间的差异全部或部分对应于所发射光的颜色的情况下，应该理解，LED 34可发射颜色大体相同但色调各有不同的光(例如，LED 34A、34B和LED 34C可发射不同色调的白光)。

在基于LED的灯10的一些示例实现方式中，可全部或部分地通过将基于LED的灯10装配用于改变从LED 34中的一个、一些或全部发射的光或源自基于LED的灯10的光的性质的光学结构，来产生照明效果之间的差异。
例如，如图6和图7中所示，基于LED的灯10可包括与一个或多个LED 34A关联的光学结构210A和与一个或多个LED 34B关联的光学结构210B。可选地，一个或多个LED 34C可在不具有改变从LED 34C发射的光的性质的光学结构的情况下进行操作。如一般所指示的，光学结构210A被配置成将各个LED 34A在第一方向上发射的光导向基于LED的灯10的一侧，而光学结构210B被配置成将各个LED 34B在第一方向上发射的光导向基于LED的灯10的相对侧。尽管一般参照从LED 34A和34B发射的光的空间方面的改变进行后描述，但应该理解，光学结构210A和210B可另外被配置成修改例如所发射光的光谱方面。

在根据图6和图7的基于LED的灯10的示例实现方式中，LED34A、34B和34C中的一个或多个可被选择性驱动成导通状态以发光，以产生包括以下的一个或多个的发光效果：基于LED的灯10在朝向基于LED的灯10的一侧的第一方向发出光、在朝向基于LED的灯10的相对侧的第二方向发出光或者从基于LED的灯10径向地发出光。选择性驱动LED 34A和/或LED34B的能力可以用于例如基于LED的灯10安装在凹面或其他结构中以用光布满朝向基于LED的灯10的一侧的墙壁的照明应用。

15.根据权利要求9所述的基于LED的灯，其中，所述第一LED与至少一个光学装置光学通信，所述光学装置被确定形状，以当所述第一LED被控制成为导通状态时修改从所述第一LED发出的光并且实现所述第一空间分布轮廓。
16.根据权利要求9所述的基于LED的灯，其中，所述第一LED和所述第二LED被配置成当被控制成为导通状态时发射相同颜色的光。
17.一种基于LED的更换灯，包括：
细长的电路板；
沿着所述电路板的长度安装的多个LED，所述LED具有与所述LED关联的不同的逻辑控制地址，每个逻辑控制地址使与该逻辑控制地址关联的一个或多个LED受到独立控制；
与所述LED通信的控制器，所述控制器被配置成生成用于独立控制与每个逻辑控制地址关联的所述一个或多个LED的操作状态的信号；
用于电路板和LED的细长的外壳；以及
一对端盖，所述端盖设置在所述外壳的相对端部，每个端盖包括连接器，所述连接器被确定形状以与荧光灯插座连接。
18.根据权利要求17所述的基于LED的灯，其中，所述控制器被配置成生成以多个组合独立控制与每个逻辑控制地址关联的所述一个或多个LED的操作状态的信号，每个组合在与所述一个或多个LED的轴平行的平面中产生来自所述基于LED的光的不同照明梯度。
19.根据权利要求17所述的基于LED的灯，其中：
所述多个LED包括一个或多个第一LED以及一个或多个第二LED，所述一个或多个第一LED与第一逻辑控制地址关联并且在基于LED的灯的长度方向上朝向基于LED的灯的中间定位，所述一个或多个第二LED与第二逻辑控制地址关联并且在基于LED的灯的长度方向上朝向基于LED的灯的一个或两个端部定位；
所述控制器被配置成生成用于将所述第一LED控制成为导通状态下的第一强度并且将所述第二LED控制成为导通状态下比所述第一强度高的第二强度的信号，从而在与所述电路板正交的平面中产生来自所述基于LED的灯的至少部分为狗骨头形状的照明梯度。
20.根据权利要求1所述的基于LED的灯，其中：
所述多个LED包括一个或多个第一LED以及一个或多个第二LED，所述一个或多个第一LED与第一逻辑控制地址关联并且当被控制成为导通状态时具有第一空间分布轮廓，以及所述一个或多个第二LED与第二逻辑控制地址关联并且与至少一个光学装置光学通信，所述光学装置被确定形状，以当所述第二LED被控制成为导通状态时修改从第二LED发出的光并且实现不同于所述第一空间分布轮廓的第二空间分布轮廓；以及
所述控制器被配置成生成用于将所述第一LED控制成为导通状态并且将所述第二LED控制成为截止状态以实现所述第一空间分布轮廓的信号，或者生成用于控制所述第一LED成为截止状态并且控制所述第二LED成为导通状态以实现所述第二空间分布轮廓的信号。
