Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE óLEO ENRIQUECIDA EM DIGLICERìDEO COM áCIDO LINOLéICO CONJUGADO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de óleo contendo uma grande quantidade de a) diglicerídeo de ácido linoléico conjugado (CLA), e, mais particularmente, a uma composição de óleo com funções de controle de peso do corpo, anticâncer, antioxidação e aumento imunológico, que é baseada em um diglicerídeo de ácido linoléico conjugado resultante de uma reação enzimática entre ácido linoléico conjugado obtido de óleo comestível e glicerol. A composição de óleo da invenção compreendendo 4095% em peso de diglicerídeos, 5-60% em peso de triglicerídeos, 0,1-1 0% em peso de monoglicerídeos e 0,02-10% em peso de resíduos, onde a razão de ácido linoléico conjugado (CLA) para ácidos graxos contidos nos glicerídeos totais é 5-98%. O uso da composição de óleo provê alimentos de alto valor adicionado, composições farmacêuticas e aditivos de alimento para animal com efeitos anticâncer, de aumento imunológico, antioxidação, anticolesterol, de promoção de crescimento e similar.
