Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un método para disminuir amargor o mejorar el sabor de una fórmula infantil hidrolizada o sin proteína. El método comprende entremezclar ingredientes de la fórmula y ajustar el pH de la fórmula a entre aproximadamente 6.5 y aproximadamente 7.2.
