Abstract
La présente invention concerne une microcapsule contenant de l'acide alginique, son procédé de préparation, un procédé de culture 3D de cellules souches utilisant ladite microcapsule, et l'utilisation de la microcapsule dans la culture de cellules souches. Dans la présente invention, des microstructures capsulaires à base d'acide alginique ou d'un acide alginique modifié par un peptide dérivé de la matrice extracellulaire permettent la culture en 3D de cellules souches et peuvent être utilisées pour une culture efficace qui conduit à une efficacité spatiotemporelle, une activité cellulaire, et une production en masse supérieures, par comparaison avec une culture 2D à caractère général dans une boîte de culture.
