Claims (12)
- 입자 중심에서부터 표면 방향으로 방사형으로 배향된 필라 형태의 1차 입자들이 응집된 단일층 구조의 2차 입자를 포함하며,상기 2차 입자는 쉘 형태를 가지고,상기 1차 입자는 하기 화학식 1의 Ni-Co-Mn의 복합금속 수산화물을 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 전구체:[화학식 1]Ni1-(x+y+z)CoxMyMnz(OH)2상기 화학식 1에서,M은 Al, Zr, Mg, Zn, Y, Fe 및 Ti로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소를 포함하고,x, y, z는 각각 0<x<1, 0≤y<1, 0<z<1 및 0<x+y+z<1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1에서 0<x+y+z<0.5인 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 전구체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 1차 입자는, 입자의 중심을 지나는 장축의 길이를 1차 입자의 길이라고 할때, 2차 입자의 반지름에 대하여 0.3 내지 1의 길이비를 갖는 것인 양극활물질의 전구체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 1차 입자는 입자의 중심을 지나는 단축의 길이에 대한 상기 단축에 수직하는 장축의 길이의 비를 종횡비라고 할 때, 5 내지 30의 평균 종횡비를 갖는 것인 양극활물질의 전구체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전구체는 평균 입자 직경(D50)이 7㎛ 내지 20㎛이고, BET 비표면적이 5.0m2/g 내지 30.0m2/g인 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 전구체.
- 니켈 원료물질, 코발트 원료물질 및 망간 원료물질을 혼합하여 금속 함유 용액을 준비하는 단계; 및상기 금속 함유 용액에, 암모늄 양이온 함유 착물 형성제 및 염기성 화합물을 투입하고 pH 10.50 내지 12.00 및 온도 50℃ 내지 70℃에서 공침반응시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 암모늄 양이온 함유 착물 형성제는 상기 금속 함유 용액의 투입 속도에 대하여 0.5 내지 1.5배의 속도로 투입되는 것인, 제1항에 따른 이차전지용 양극활물질의 전구체 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 암모늄 양이온 함유 착물 형성제와 염기성 화합물은 1:10 내지 1:2의 몰비로 사용되는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질의 전구체 제조방법.
- 입자 중심에서부터 표면 방향으로 방사형으로 배향된 필라 형태의 1차 입자들이 응집된 단일층 구조의 2차 입자를 포함하며,상기 2차 입자는 쉘 형태를 가지고,상기 1차 입자는 하기 화학식 2의 Ni-Co-Mn의 리튬 복합금속 산화물을 포함하며, 모노모달형 입도 분포를 나타내는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질:[화학식 2]Liα[Ni1-(x+y+z)CoxMyMnz]O2상기 화학식 2에서,M은 Al, Zr, Mg, Zn, Y, Fe 및 Ti로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 원소를 포함하고,x, y, z는 각각 0<x<1, 0≤y<1, 0<z<1 및 0<x+y+z<1이고,a는 1.0≤a≤1.5이다.
- 제8항에 있어서,7㎛ 내지 15㎛의 평균 입자 직경 및 0.1m2/g 내지 1.0m2/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제8항에 있어서,1.7 g/cc 내지 3.0 g/cc의 탭밀도를 갖는 것인 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 양극활물질을 포함하는 이차전지용 양극.
- 제11항에 따른 양극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
