一种气箱脉冲除尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种除尘设备,具体为一种气箱脉冲除尘装置。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,粉尘对环境的污染以及人类的健康造成的影响日益严重,治理粉尘污染、净化人类的生存环境,已成为国人的共识。除尘器是把粉尘从烟气中分离出来的设备。除尘器有很多种类型,其中脉冲袋式除尘器自五十年代问世以来,经国内外广泛使用,不断改进,在净化含尘气体方面取得了很大发展。气箱脉冲袋式收尘器,它集分室反吹和脉冲喷吹等诸类收尘器的优点,克服了分室反吹时动能强度不够,过滤与清灰同时进行的缺点,因而使袋式收尘器增加了使用适应性,提高了收尘效率,具有结构合理,除尘效率高,节能效果显著等优点。广泛应用于水泥厂的破碎、包装、库顶、熟料冷却机和各种磨机等收尘系统,还应用于冶金、化工、机械和民用锅炉等废气的收尘。
但目前常用的气箱脉冲除尘装置,在工作时,噪音大,对环境产生很大的影响,而且体积大,安装费用高,反吹清灰强度不够,喷吹脉冲清灰和过滤同时进行的缺点,收尘效果差,效率低,滤袋使用寿命短。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工作噪音小,工作效率高,效果好的气箱脉冲除尘装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,包括机架、集灰室、过滤室、上箱体、中箱体和净气罐,所述机架上设有过滤室,所述过滤室下端设有集灰室,过滤室上端设有中箱体,所述中箱体上端设有上箱体,所述上箱体一侧设有净气罐;所述上箱体内设有气路系统,所述气路系统上连接有若干个气缸和若干个电磁脉冲阀,所述气路系统连接净气罐,所述中箱体内设有进风口。
进一步地,所述上箱体与中箱体之间设有花板。
进一步地,所述集灰室下端设有卸灰阀,所述卸灰阀上设有输送机。
进一步地,所述净气罐上连接有出气管。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置结构简单,具有优异的除尘效果,降低了工作时噪音的产生,从而降低了对环境的影响,而且反吹清灰能力强,从而提高了工作效率,同时,减少了对装置本身的损耗,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,包括机架1、集灰室10、过滤室4、上箱体2、中箱体3和净气罐5,机架1上设有过滤室4,过滤室4下端设有集灰室10,过滤室4上端设有中箱体3,中箱体3上端设有上箱体2,上箱体2一侧设有净气罐5;上箱体2内设有气路系统6,气路系统6上连接有若干个气缸7和若干个电磁脉冲阀8,气路系统6连接净气罐5,中箱体2内设有进风口9。上箱体2与中箱体3之间设有花板13,集灰室10下端设有卸灰阀11,卸灰阀11上设有输送机12,净气罐5上连接有出气管14。
本装置结构简单,具有优异的除尘效果,降低了工作时噪音的产生,从而降低了对环境的影响,而且反吹清灰能力强,从而提高了工作效率,同时,减少了对装置本身的损耗,提高了使用寿命。

  1. 一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,包括机架、集灰室、过滤室、上箱体、中箱体和净气罐,其特征在于:所述机架上设有过滤室,所述过滤室下端设有集灰室,过滤室上端设有中箱体,所述中箱体上端设有上箱体,所述上箱体一侧设有净气罐;所述上箱体内设有气路系统,所述气路系统上连接有若干个气缸和若干个电磁脉冲阀,所述气路系统连接净气罐,所述中箱体内设有进风口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,其特征在于:所述上箱体与中箱体之间设有花板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,其特征在于:所述集灰室下端设有卸灰阀,所述卸灰阀上设有输送机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种气箱脉冲除尘装置,其特征在于:所述净气罐上连接有出气管。
