Description
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种雾化组件及电子烟。
现有技术中,电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件,雾化组件包括雾化套,及连接在雾化套一端的雾化芯,由于雾化套为不透明结构,用户无法观察到烟油的剩余量,且目前大多电子烟的烟油存储在储油棉中,由于储油棉储存烟油的容量有限,同时用户也无法预知吸烟后电子烟内烟油的余量,容易导致干烧,以致用户吸食到有害物质。此外,由于烟油长期存储在储油棉中,烟油容易变质及夹带有棉絮的气味,影响雾化后烟雾气味及口感。进一步的,现有电子烟中烟雾通道设置于雾化器的中心位置,且烟雾通道上没有烟雾冷凝腔,导致当用户吸烟时,冷凝的烟液直接被送入用户口腔,从而影响用户的口感。此外,现有的雾化组件不易于辨别是否被使用过,因而给用户造成卫生隐患。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中上述缺陷,提供一种雾化组件及电子烟。
问题的解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟,所述雾化组件包括透明的雾化套,所述雾化套的一端设置有吸嘴,所述雾化套的另一端插设有雾化芯,所述雾化套用于与所述雾化芯插接相连的位置处套设有用于限制所述雾化套径向膨胀的紧固件,所述雾化套或/和所述紧固件与所述雾化芯涨紧配合固定连接;
所述雾化芯包括位于所述雾化套内的透明的储油套、用于雾化所述储油套内烟油的电热丝组件、用于固定所述电热丝组件的雾化座,及与所述雾化套插接相
连的雾化电极组件;所述雾化座内形成有雾化腔,所述电热丝组件收容在所述雾化腔内,所述雾化电极组件延伸至所述雾化套外的一端与所述电池组件可拆卸的连接并电连接;

在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述隔油板上设有若干个围成环形或弧形的所述过油孔,所述过油孔之间等间距设置。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述隔油板的中部区域还设置有一个与其余的所述过油孔距离均相等的过油孔。
在本发明所述的雾化组件中,所述吸嘴为透明材料制件并与所述雾化套一体成型。

发明的有益效果
综上所述,实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:首先,雾化套用于与雾化芯插接相连的位置处套设有紧固件,该紧固件套设在雾化套外,通过该紧固件不仅可以阻止雾化套发生径向膨胀,还可以增强雾化套与雾化芯之间的连接强度,防止雾化芯从雾化套中脱落,阻止位于储油套和所述雾化套之间的烟雾通道中冷凝的烟油泄露出来,较好地避免烟油粘到用户;且由于所述储油套位于所述雾化套内,外部温度不容易传导至烟油内,因而较好地避免在运输过程中等外部环境温度较高时导致烟油容易变质以及烟油在高温下膨胀时泄露出来的问题,且即使雾化组件跌落,也不容易使储油套破裂而导致烟油泄露。其次,雾化套和储油套由透明的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油空间内烟油的余量,及不用储油棉来存储烟油,去除棉絮气味,提高烟油口感,且便于通过观察所述烟雾通道中是否存在冷凝的烟油以判断雾化组件是否被使用过,因而提高了安全性,避免卫生隐患。最后,储油套具有至少一个切面,通过设置该切面,可以避免当储油套和雾化套的内径值差距不大的情况下,烟雾通道容易被堵塞的缺陷。此外,通过设置切面,可以使烟雾通道偏离雾化套的中心位置,避免用户吸食电子烟时,将烟液吸入用户口中,影响用户体验效果,且通过设置所述冷凝烟油存储空间,可较好地解决用户吸食到冷凝烟油的问题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1和图2示出了本发明较佳实施例之一提供的一种雾化组件,所述雾化组件用于与电池组件100(结合图7所示)组合形成电子烟,雾化组件包括透明的雾化套1,该雾化套1的一端设置有吸嘴3,雾化套1的另一端插设有雾化芯2,雾化套1用于与雾化芯2插接相连的位置处设有用于限制雾化套1径向膨胀的紧固件4,所述雾化套1或/和紧固件4与所述雾化芯2涨紧配合固定连接,即所述雾化套1或紧固件4两者中的至少一个与所述雾化芯2涨紧配合固定连接;更具体地,在本实施例中,所述紧固件4与所述雾化套1通过涨紧配合的方式固定连接,所述雾化套1与所述雾化芯2涨紧配合固定连接。
如图2所示,雾化芯2包括位于雾化套1内的透明的储油套20、用于雾化储油套20内烟油的电热丝组件23、用于固定电热丝组件23的雾化座21,及与雾化套1插接相连的雾化电极组件24;雾化座21内形成有雾化腔22,电热丝组件23收容在雾化腔22内,雾化电极组件24延伸至雾化套1外的一端与电池组件100可拆卸的连接并电连接。
结合图1所示,储油套20朝向吸嘴3的一端与吸嘴3之间形成有与吸嘴3的出气孔31相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间,储油套20背离吸嘴3的一端为开口端,所述开口端的端口内壁处沿雾化组件的径向向外凹陷形成限位插槽(图中未标号),限位插槽内嵌设有与该限位插槽的槽壁涨紧配合的隔油板25(如图2所示),隔油板25背离吸嘴3的一侧设有由吸油材料制成用于阻碍烟油过度输送给电热丝组件23的缓冲板26,隔油板25设置有沿轴向贯穿所述隔油板25、并用于将储油套20
内烟油传导给缓冲板26的过油孔251,结合图5所示,电热丝组件23包括用于吸附烟油的导油件231及用于雾化所述导油件231中的烟油的电热丝232,导油件231抵接至所述缓冲板26。其中,所述缓冲板26可以由海绵或纤维等材料制成,其材料在此不作具体限定。
如图1所述,储油套20与雾化套1之间的空隙形成用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道11,烟雾通道11的两端分别与吸嘴3的出气孔31和雾化腔22相导通。图1中箭头的方向为雾化组件内部气流的流通方向。
结合图1、图2和图3所示的实施例对雾化套1和吸嘴3的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图1所示,雾化套1大致为圆筒状结构,雾化芯2插设在雾化套1的一端,吸嘴3设置在雾化套1的另一端,烟雾通道11沿雾化套1的轴向设置在雾化套1内。
优选地,雾化套1和储油套20均由透明的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油套20内烟油的余量。优选的,该雾化套由能够透光的PC(聚碳酸酯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、PET(聚对苯二甲酸类塑料)等非金属材料制成。
由于雾化芯2插设在雾化套1内,并与该雾化套1形成涨紧配合,此时雾化套1用于与雾化芯2插接相连的位置处容易径向膨胀而发生破裂,从而影响雾化芯2与雾化套1之间的紧固配合。此外,电热丝组件23雾化烟油释放的热量容易使雾化套1热胀冷缩而发生变形,从而影响雾化芯2与雾化套1之间的紧固配合。
本实施例中,雾化套1用于与雾化芯2插接相连的位置处套设有紧固件4,结合图3所示,该紧固件4套设在雾化套1外,通过该紧固件4不仅可以阻止雾化套1发生径向膨胀,还可以增强雾化套1与雾化芯2之间的连接强度,防止雾化芯2从雾化套1中脱落。优选地,该紧固件4为金属环。
如图2所示,吸嘴3连接在雾化套1远离雾化芯2的一端,吸嘴3上开设有出气孔31和环形凸台32。
其中,出气孔31开设在吸嘴3的底壁处,其主要用于将烟雾排出,出气孔31与雾化套1内部的烟雾通道11相连通,电热丝组件23雾化产生的烟雾经过雾化通道11后从出气孔31排出以供用户吸食。
进一步的,储油套20朝向吸嘴3的一端与吸嘴3之间形成有与吸嘴3的出气孔31
相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间(图上未标号),以避免冷凝的烟油被用户吸食。
优选地,出气孔31的周缘朝靠近雾化芯2的一侧凸设有环形凸台32,以用来阻隔烟油。
优选地,吸嘴3与雾化套1为一体成型的结构,且吸嘴3也由透明的材料制得,以方便用户观看雾化套1的内部结构,同时提高电子烟的观赏性。
优选地,吸嘴3的外端面为球面,使得在受口腔的夹持力时不容易变形及吸嘴3更加美观,且外端面为球面的吸嘴3更便于清理污垢。
结合图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示的实施例对雾化芯2的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图2所示,雾化芯2包括储油套20、雾化座21、雾化腔22、电热丝组件23、雾化电极组件24、隔油板25、缓冲板26和连接环27。
其中,雾化电极组件24插设在雾化套1内,雾化座21固定在雾化电极组件24朝向吸嘴盖3的一侧,雾化腔22开设在雾化座21内部并与烟雾通道11相连通,电热丝组件23收容在该雾化腔22内,储油套20纳置在雾化套1内,且储油套20通过连接环27与雾化电极组件24固定连接。
如图4所示,储油套20上设有切面201和开口槽202,其为一端开口的结构,电热丝组件23雾化的烟油存储该储油套20内。具体的,储油套20朝向吸嘴3的一端为密闭端,背离吸嘴3的一端为开口端。
进一步的,储油套20具有至少一个切面201,该切面201沿雾化组件的轴向开设,且切面201与雾化套1的内壁围成供烟雾流通的烟雾通道11。通过设置切面201,可以避免当储油套20和雾化套1的内径值差距不大的情况下,烟雾通道11容易被堵塞的缺陷。此外,通过设置切面201,可以使烟雾通道11偏离雾化套1的中心位置,避免用户吸食电子烟时,将混杂有烟液的烟雾直接送入用户口中,影响用户体验效果。本实施例中,切面201为一个,切面201还可以为两个或多个,本发明并不限定切面201的具体数量。
进一步的,开口槽202开设在切面201背离吸嘴3的一端,且该开口槽202用于将雾化腔22和烟雾通道11导通,使得电热丝组件23雾化产生的烟雾穿过该开口槽202后,流入烟雾通道11。
如图2所示,隔油板25嵌设并固定在储油套20的开口端内,其主要用于密封储油套20的开口端,以避免储油套20内的烟油泄露。结合图5所示,储油套20上开设有至少一个用作过油通道的过油孔251,该过油孔251沿储油套20的轴向开设,储油套20内的烟油通过该过油孔251流出后最终吸附在导油件231上,以提供电热丝组件23工作所需的烟油。本实施例中,过油孔251包括若干个,所述若干个过油孔251相互均匀的间隔开设在隔油板25上。
本实施例中,隔油板25上开设有若干个过油孔251,所述若干个过油孔251围成环形或弧形,且若干个过油孔251之间等距设置,以使得储油套20内的烟油均匀流入至缓冲板26上。
优选地,隔油板25的中部区域还设有一个与其余的过油孔251距离均相等的过油孔251,该过油孔251的孔径大于其余过油孔251的孔径。优选地,过油孔251的孔径小于1.5mm,以避免储油套20内的烟油大量流入至缓冲板26上。
优选地,过油孔251的延伸方向与储油套20的延伸方向形成大于30°的夹角。此种结构可使在雾化组件竖直跌落时较好地减少烟油从所述过油孔251泄露出来。当然,所述角度还可以是45°或60°等,在此不作具体限定。
如图2所示,缓冲板26嵌设并固定在储油套20的开口端内,其位于隔油板25远离吸嘴3的一侧,从过油孔251流出的烟油存储在缓冲板26上,以使烟油能够均匀的吸附在导油件231上。本实施例中,缓冲板26由吸油材料制成,以避免烟油被过度输送至导油件231,导油件231的两端折弯延伸后抵接至该缓冲板26,从过油孔251流出的烟油均匀吸附在导油件231上,从而使得电热丝组件23能够产生稳定的烟雾量。
如图5所示,雾化座21大致为圆柱状结构,雾化腔22开设在雾化座21内部并与烟雾通道11相连通。本实施例中,雾化座21朝向吸嘴盖3的一侧凸设有两个相对设置的安装槽211,该安装槽211的一端固定在雾化座21的端口处,另一端朝靠近吸嘴盖3的一侧延伸,电热丝组件23固定在所述两个安装槽211内。可以理解的是。在其它实施例中,安装槽211还可以其它结构,本实施例并不限定安装槽211的具体结构,只要其能固定电热丝组件23即可。此外,所述雾化座21可以由两根间隔设置的用于支撑固定所述电热丝组件23的支撑杆组成,支撑杆之间的
区域形成所述雾化腔22,因此,所述雾化座21的具体结构在此不作具体限定,只要其能固定电热丝组件23即可。
如图5所示,电热丝组件23包括导油件231和电热丝232,导油件231由吸油材料制成,其固定在安装槽211的底部,且导油件231的两端分别折弯延伸并抵接至缓冲板26,储油套20内的烟油依次通过隔油板25上的过油孔251和缓冲板26后吸附在导油件231上。进一步的,电热丝232缠绕在该导油件231上,并用于雾化导油件231上的烟油,电热丝232的两端分别与雾化电极组件24电连接,并通过雾化电极组件24实现与电池组件100的电连接。当然,也可以将所述导油件231设置为筒状结构,所述电热丝232套设在所述导油件231内;或者所述导油件231呈板状结构,所述电热丝232为盘状并贴合设置在所述导油件231的一侧。因此,所述电热丝组件23的结构不作具体限定,只要能够雾化烟油即可。
如图2所示,雾化电极组件24插设在雾化套1远离吸嘴盖3的一端,雾化电极组件24分别与电热丝组件23和电池组件100电连接。结合图5所示,雾化电极组件24包括由内到外依次套设相连的内电极243、绝缘件242和外电极241,电热丝232的两端分别与外电极241和内电极243电连接。
其中,外电极241插接在雾化套1内,并与雾化套1过盈配合,外电极241朝向吸嘴盖3的一侧开设有容纳槽(图上未标号),雾化座21纳置并固定在该容纳槽内。可以理解的是,在一种实施方式中,所述雾化电极组件24包括用于与电池组件100可拆卸连接的固定件及套设在所述固定件内的两个或多个并列设置的电极。因此,其结构不作具体限定,只要能够实现与所述电热丝组件23电连接即可。此外,在一种实施方式中,可以将所述紧固件4设置成与所述外电极241一体成型的结构。
结合图5所示,雾化芯2通过外电极241与电池组件100可拆卸的连接,该可拆卸连接的结构可以为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。本实施例中,外电极241与电池组件100为螺纹连接结构,外电极241延伸至雾化套1外的一端设有外螺纹结构(图上未标号),电池组件100用于与外电极241相连接的位置处设有与该外螺纹结构相适配的内螺纹结构。
进一步的,雾化电极组件24和雾化座21上开设有供气流流通的通气孔(图上未
标号),该通气孔与雾化腔22相连通,气流通过该通气孔依次流经雾化腔22、开口槽202和烟雾通道11后,从出气孔31排出。图1所示箭头方向即为雾化组件内部气流的流通方向。
如图5所示,连接环27大致为圆环状结构,其套设在储油套20和外电极241外,以使储油套20和外电极241固定连接,从而提高雾化芯2内部结构的稳定性。
本实施例中,雾化芯2主要包括储油套20、雾化座21、雾化腔22、电热丝组件23、雾化电极组件24、隔油板25、缓冲板26和连接环27。可以理解的是,本申请的雾化芯2并不限定于上述结构,还可以是其它结构,只要其能雾化烟油即可。
图6示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的一种雾化组件,其与实施例一的不同之处在于雾化套1与吸嘴3的连接方式不同。
本实施例中,吸嘴3与雾化套1之间为可拆卸的连接,当吸嘴3内积存有烟油时,用户可以将吸嘴3拆卸下来,以方便用户对吸嘴3进行清洗。本实施例中,吸嘴3与雾化1之间为螺纹连接,可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,吸嘴3与雾化套1之间还可以为其它的可拆卸连接方式,如卡扣连接。
优选地,吸嘴3的外端面为球面,使得吸嘴3更加美观,且外端面为球面的吸嘴3更便于清理污垢。
优选地,本实施中吸嘴3为金属材料制件,能够避免口腔的牙齿等硬物夹持在雾化套1上时,吸嘴3容易脱落的现象,其中,所述金属可以是铜、铁或钢等金属,在此不作具体限定。
本发明还提供一种电子烟,该电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件100和雾化组件,该雾化组件为上述所述雾化组件,如图7所示,电池组件100为现有技术中的常见电池组件100,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
综上所述,实施本发明的一种雾化组件及电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)雾化套用于与雾化芯插接相连的位置处套设有紧固件,该紧固件套设在雾化套外,通过该紧固件不仅可以阻止雾化套发生径向膨胀,还可以增强雾化套与雾化芯之间的连接强度,防止雾化芯从雾化套中脱落,阻止位于储油套和所述雾化套之间的烟雾通道中冷凝的烟油泄露出来,较好地避免烟油粘到用户;且由于所述储油套位于所述雾化套内,外部温度不容易传导至烟油内,因而
较好地避免在运输过程中等外部环境温度较高时导致烟油容易变质以及烟油在高温下膨胀时泄露出来的问题,且即使雾化组件跌落,具有所述雾化套的保护,也不容易使储油套破裂而导致烟油泄露。
(2)雾化套和储油套由透明的材料制得,以方便用户查看储油空间内烟油的余量,及不用储油棉来存储烟油,延长烟油保质期和去除棉絮气味,提高烟油口感,且便于通过观察所述烟雾通道中是否存在冷凝的烟油以判断雾化组件是否被使用过,因而提高了安全性,避免卫生隐患。
(3)储油套具有至少一个切面,通过设置该切面,可以避免当储油套和雾化套的内径值差距不大的情况下,烟雾通道容易被堵塞的缺陷。
(4)通过设置切面,可以使烟雾通道偏离雾化套的中心位置,避免用户吸食电子烟时,将混杂有烟液的烟雾直接送入用户口中,影响用户体验效果,且通过设置所述冷凝烟油存储空间,可较好地解决用户吸食到冷凝烟油的问题。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。
Claims (16)
- 一种雾化组件,用于与电池组件(100)组合形成电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括透明的雾化套(1),所述雾化套(1)的一端设置有吸嘴(3),所述雾化套(1)的另一端插设有雾化芯(2),所述雾化套(1)用于与所述雾化芯(2)插接相连的位置处套设有用于限制所述雾化套(1)径向膨胀的紧固件(4),所述雾化套(1)或/和所述紧固件(4)与所述雾化芯(2)涨紧配合固定连接;所述雾化芯(2)包括位于所述雾化套(1)内的透明的储油套(20)、用于雾化所述储油套(20)内烟油的电热丝组件(23)、用于固定所述电热丝组件(23)的雾化座(21),及与所述雾化套(1)插接相连的雾化电极组件(24);所述雾化座(21)内形成有雾化腔(22),所述电热丝组件(23)收容在所述雾化腔(22)内,所述雾化电极组件(24)延伸至所述雾化套(1)外的一端与所述电池组件(100)可拆卸的连接并电连接;所述储油套(20)朝向所述吸嘴(3)的一端与所述吸嘴(3)之间形成有与所述吸嘴(3)的出气孔(31)相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间,所述储油套(20)背离所述吸嘴(3)的一端为开口端,所述开口端处嵌设有隔油板(25),所述隔油板(25)设置有与所述储油套(20)内的储油空间相连通的过油孔(251),所述隔油板(25)背离所述吸嘴(3)的一侧盖设有由吸油材料制成的缓冲板(26),所述缓冲板(26)用于吸附从所述过油孔(251)流出的烟油,所述电热丝组件(23)包括用于吸附烟油的导油件(231)及用于雾化所述导油件(231)上烟油的电热丝(232),所述导油件(231)抵接至所述缓冲板(26);所述储油套(20)与所述雾化套(1)之间的空隙形成用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道(11),所述烟雾通道(11)的两端分别与所述吸嘴(3)的出气孔(31)和所述雾化腔(22)相导通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述储油套(20)具有至少一个切面(201),所述切面(201)与所述雾化套(1)的内壁围成所述烟雾通道(11);所述切面(201)背离所述吸嘴(3)的一端开设有用于导通所述雾化腔(22)和所述烟雾通道(11)的开口槽(202)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔油板(25)上设有若干个围成环形或弧形的所述过油孔(251),所述过油孔(251)之间等间距设置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述隔油板(25)的中部区域还设置有一个与其余的所述过油孔(251)距离均相等的过油孔(251)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(3)为透明材料制件并与所述雾化套(1)一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(3)与所述雾化套(1)为可拆卸连接的结构,所述吸嘴(3)与所述雾化套(1)之间的可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述出气孔(31)的周缘朝靠近所述雾化芯(2)的一侧凸设有用于阻隔烟油的环形凸台(32)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化芯(2)还包括两端分别套设在所述储油套(20)和所述雾化电极组件(24)外的连接环(27),以使所述储油套(20)和所述雾化电极组件(24)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化电极组件(24)包括由内到外依次套设相连的内电极(243)、绝缘件(242)和外电极(241),所述外电极(241)与所述雾化套(1)插接相连并过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述外电极(241)朝向所述吸嘴(3)的一侧开设有容纳槽,所述雾化座(21)纳置在所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述外电极(241)延伸至所述雾化套(1)外的一端与所述电池组件(100)可拆卸的连接,所述外电极(241)与所述电池组件(100)之间可拆卸连接的结构为螺纹连接结构或卡扣连接结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述电热丝(232)的两端分别与所述雾化电极组件(24)电连接、并通过所述雾化电极组件(24)实现与所述电池组件(100)的电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(3)的外端面为球面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述过油孔(251)的孔径小于1.5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化组件,其特征在于,所述过油孔(251)的延伸方向与所述储油套(20)的储油空间的延伸方向形成大于30°的夹角。
- 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件(100)和雾化组件,其特征在于,所述雾化组件包括透明的雾化套(1),所述雾化套(1)的一端设置有吸嘴(3),所述雾化套(1)的另一端插设有雾化芯(2),所述雾化套(1)用于与所述雾化芯(2)插接相连的位置处套设有用于限制所述雾化套(1)径向膨胀的紧固件(4),所述雾化套(1)或/和所述紧固件(4)与所述雾化芯(2)涨紧配合固定连接;所述雾化芯(2)包括位于所述雾化套(1)内的透明的储油套(20)、用于雾化所述储油套(20)内烟油的电热丝组件(23)、用于固定所述电热丝组件(23)的雾化座(21),及与所述雾化套(1)插接相连的雾化电极组件(24);所述雾化座(21)内形成 有雾化腔(22),所述电热丝组件(23)收容在所述雾化腔(22)内,所述雾化电极组件(24)延伸至所述雾化套(1)外的一端与所述电池组件(100)可拆卸的连接并电连接;所述储油套(20)朝向所述吸嘴(3)的一端与所述吸嘴(3)之间形成有与所述吸嘴(3)的出气孔(31)相连通的冷凝烟油存储空间,所述储油套(20)背离所述吸嘴(3)的一端为开口端,所述开口端处嵌设有隔油板(25),所述隔油板(25)设置有与所述储油套(20)内的储油空间相连通的过油孔(251),所述隔油板(25)背离所述吸嘴(3)的一侧盖设有由吸油材料制成的缓冲板(26),所述缓冲板(26)用于吸附从所述过油孔(251)流出的烟油,所述电热丝组件(23)包括用于吸附烟油的导油件(231)及用于雾化所述导油件(231)上烟油的电热丝(232),所述导油件(231)抵接至所述缓冲板(26);所述储油套(20)与所述雾化套(1)之间的空隙形成用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道(11),所述烟雾通道(11)的两端分别与所述吸嘴(3)的出气孔(31)和所述雾化腔(22)相导通。
