- a cab 121, an engine compartment 122, and a radiator compartment 123 are provided on the rear frame 3, and a tank storage box 31, a rear grill 28, and a counterweight 40 are provided at the rear of the rear frame 3.
- the engine chamber 122 and the radiator chamber 123 are covered with a rear frame 3 at the lower side and a cover 20 (described later) at the upper and upper sides.
- the vehicle body rear portion 120 will be described in detail.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a plan view of the rear part 120 of the vehicle body excluding the cab 121 and the tire 6.
- the cover 20 covering the upper surface is omitted.
- the engine chamber 122 that is heated by the engine 21 and the radiator chamber 123 that is forcibly air-cooled by the radiator fan 25 are surrounded by the rear frame 3 and the cover 20.
- the engine chamber 122 and the radiator chamber 123 are separated from each other by the partition wall 23, so that heat generated in the engine chamber 122 is hardly transmitted to the radiator chamber 123.
- the engine chamber 122 includes an engine 21, an exhaust gas processing device 22 that processes exhaust gas discharged from the engine 21, and a reducing agent injection device 22 a that injects a reducing agent into the exhaust gas processing device 22.
- the reducing agent injected by the reducing agent injection device 22a is supplied from the reducing agent tank 30 on the left rear side of the vehicle body using the reducing agent supply pipe 32.
- a fuel supply port 29 through which fuel used by the engine 21 is supplied from the outside is provided at a position closer to the reducing agent tank 30 than the center line CL of the vehicle body frame 3 described later, which is a rear portion of the vehicle body. The position of the fuel supply port 29 will be described again later with reference to FIG.
- the radiator chamber 123 is provided with a radiator 24 that cools the engine coolant heated by the engine 21 and a radiator fan 25 that cools the radiator 24.
- the cover 20 that covers the upper portion and the upper portion of the side surface of the radiator chamber 123 includes a cover slit 27 (not shown), and outside air is taken into the internal space of the radiator chamber 123 from the cover slit 27.
- the rear frame 3 that covers the lower portion of the side surface of the radiator chamber 123 includes a frame hole 3a, and connects the internal space of the radiator chamber 123 and the internal space of the reducing agent tank 30 as described later.
- the radiator fan 25 exhausts the air inside the radiator chamber 123 to the rear of the vehicle body, that is, downward in FIG.
- the pressure inside the radiator chamber 123 becomes lower than the atmospheric pressure around the wheel loader 100, so that outside air is taken into the radiator chamber 123 from the cover slit 27 and the frame hole 3a.
- the radiator fan 25 generates a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure, that is, a suction pressure in the radiator chamber 123, and takes in outside air from the cover slit 27 and the frame hole 3a.
- the radiator 24 cools the engine coolant that has become a high temperature by cooling the engine 21.
- the tank storage box 31 is a box that stores the reducing agent tank 30 and includes a storage box hole 33, an opening / closing lid 34, a drain hole 35, a reducing agent supply port 36, and a storage box slit 37.
- the tank storage box 31 is fixed to the rear frame 3 located on the rear left side of the vehicle body so that the frame hole 3a provided in the rear frame 3 and the storage box hole 33 coincide. That is, the internal space of the reducing agent tank 30 and the internal space of the radiator chamber 123 are connected by the frame hole 3 a and the storage box hole 33.
- the reducing agent tank 30 is a tank that stores a reducing agent that processes the combustion gas discharged from the engine 21, for example, urea water in which ammonia as a reducing agent is dissolved in water.
- the reducing agent stored in the reducing agent tank 30 is supplied to the reducing agent injection device 22a through the reducing agent supply pipe 32.
- the other end of the reducing agent supply pipe 32 connected to the reducing agent tank 30 reaches the radiator chamber 123 through the frame hole 3a and the storage box hole 33, and further passes through the partition wall 23 to inject the reducing agent in the engine chamber 122. Connected to device 22a.
- the reducing agent supply pipe 32 is laid out so that the length of the inside of the engine chamber 122 of the reducing agent supply pipe 32 is shortened in order to prevent deterioration of the reducing agent due to temperature rise.
- the open / close lid 34 is a lid provided so that an operator can easily access the reducing agent supply port 36 from the outside. Even when the opening / closing lid 34 is closed, there is a slight gap, that is, an opening / closing lid gap 34 a, and air is taken in from the outside by the suction pressure of the radiator fan 25.
- the drain hole 35 is a hole for discharging a reducing agent overflowing into the tank storage box 31 or rainwater that has entered. Due to the suction pressure of the radiator fan 25, air is taken from the outside into the internal space of the tank storage box 31 also from the drain hole 35.
- the storage box slit 37 is a gap for introducing outside air into the internal space of the tank storage box 31.
- the air taken in from the outside cools the reducing agent tank 30, the reducing agent supply pipe 32, and the radiator 24.
- the counterweight 40 is provided at the rear part of the rear frame 3.
- the counterweight 40 is long in the vehicle width direction of the wheel loader 100 and protrudes outside the wheel loader 100 from the tank storage box 31 installed on the side surface of the vehicle body. Further, as will be described later, the wheel loader 100 protrudes downward from the tank storage box 31. Therefore, the counterweight 40 protects the tank storage box 31 when the wheel loader 100 turns or climbs.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the wheel loader 100 as viewed from the left rear.
- the open / close lid 34 of the tank storage box 31 is open, and the reducing agent tank 30 and the like stored in the tank storage box 31 are exposed.
- the drain hole 35 and the storage box slit 37 are omitted.
- a storage box hole 33 is provided on the surface of the tank storage box 31 in contact with the rear frame 3, and is in close contact with the frame hole 3 a of the rear frame 3.
- a reducing agent supply pipe 32 connecting the reducing agent tank 30 and the reducing agent injection device 22a is passed through the storage box hole 33 and the frame hole 3a. Since the cross-sectional areas of the storage box hole 33 and the frame hole 3a are larger than the cross-sectional area of the reducing agent supply pipe 32, the suction pressure of the radiator fan 25 causes the opening / closing lid gap 34a, the drain hole 35, and the storage box slit 37 to The introduced outside air can also pass through.
- FIGS. 3 is a perspective view of the wheel loader 100 as viewed from the left rear
- FIG. 4 is a plan view of the wheel loader 100 at the left rear
- FIG. 5 is a side view of the lower left rear portion of the wheel loader 100.
- the counterweight 40 is long in the vehicle width direction of the wheel loader 100, and the left end portion has a shape that covers the tank storage box 31 from the side surface and the bottom surface.
- the counterweight 40 includes a main weight portion 40a, a side surface protection portion 40b, and a bottom surface protection portion 40c. As shown in FIG.
- the side surface protection part 40 b protrudes in the vehicle width direction of the wheel loader 100 from the tank storage box 31 and covers a part of the left side surface of the tank storage box 31.
- the bottom surface protection part 40 c protrudes downward from the tank storage box 31 and covers a part of the bottom surface of the tank storage box 31.
- the main weight portion 40a is a portion obtained by removing the side surface protection portion 40b and the bottom surface protection portion 40c from the counterweight 40.
- FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the wheel loader 100 as viewed from the rear left side in a state where the rear grille 28 and the opening / closing lid 34 covering the radiator fan 25 are opened.
- the fuel supply port 29 is disposed behind the vehicle body and at a position closer to the tank storage box 31 than the center line CL of the vehicle body frame 3, that is, on the left side behind the vehicle body, and adjacent to the radiator fan 25.
- the radiator fan 25 and the fuel supply port 29 are covered with a rear grill 28, and the operator opens the rear grill 28 to access the fuel supply port 29.
- the reducing agent supply port 36 is in the tank storage box 31 installed on the left side surface behind the vehicle body. As described above, since the tank storage box 31 is covered by the counterweight 40 from the lower rear, the opening / closing lid 34 of the tank storage box 31 is provided on the left front side. The operator opens the opening / closing lid 34 and accesses the reducing agent supply port 36. As described above, the fuel supply port 29 and the reducing agent supply port 36 are both on the left rear side of the wheel loader 100, and the operator can access both without moving. However, in order to access the fuel supply port 29 and the reducing agent supply port 36, it is necessary to open the rear grill 28 and the opening / closing lid 34, respectively, so that there is no possibility that the operator mixes the two and mixes the fuel and the reducing agent. .
- the wheel loader 100 isolates the rear frame 3, the engine 21 mounted on the rear frame 3, the radiator 24 mounted on the rear side of the rear frame 3 relative to the engine 21, and the engine 21 and the radiator 24.
- a reducing agent injection device 22a for injecting a reducing agent into the gas is provided.
- the wheel loader 100 is provided on the side of the rear frame 3 and includes an introduction portion for introducing outside air, that is, an opening / closing lid gap 34a, a drain hole 35, and a storage box slit 37, and the reducing agent injection device 22a injects.
- the internal space of the tank storage box 31 and the internal space of the cover 20, that is, the radiator The connecting portion through which the chamber 123 is connected and the outside air introduced from the introduction portion by the suction pressure of the radiator fan 25 and the reducing agent supply pipe 32 for supplying the reducing agent to the injection device pass, that is, the storage box hole 33 and the frame hole 3a.
- the frame hole 3 a provided in the rear frame 3 is provided closer to the radiator 24 than the partition wall 23, that is, in the radiator chamber 123. Therefore, the reducing agent supply pipe 32 is guided to the radiator chamber 123, and the distance passing through the interior of the engine chamber 122, which is at a high temperature, can be shortened.
- the tank storage box 31 is provided on the side of the rear frame 3 and closer to the radiator 24 than the partition wall 23, that is, on the side of the radiator chamber 123. Therefore, the storage box hole 33 of the tank storage box 31 can be directly connected to the frame hole 3 a of the rear frame 3. Since there is no pipe line between the storage box hole 33 and the frame hole 3a, the movement of the air taken into the tank storage box 31 from the outside to the radiator chamber 123 is hardly hindered. That is, a lot of air is taken into the tank storage box 31 and the cooling effect by the outside air of the reducing agent tank 30 is enhanced.
- the wheel loader 100 includes a counterweight 40 behind the rear frame 3.
- the counter weight 40 includes a main weight portion 40 a, a side protection portion 40 b that protrudes in the width direction of the rear frame 3 from the tank storage box 31, and a bottom surface that protrudes downward from the tank storage box 31 in the rear frame 3. And a protection unit 40c. Therefore, the tank storage box 31 can be protected by the counterweight 40.
- the wheel loader 100 is installed on the side surface of the rear frame 3 and has a reducing agent supply port 36 that guides the reducing agent to the reducing agent tank 30 and a tank behind the rear frame 3 and more than the center line CL of the rear frame 3.
- a fuel supply port 29 is provided near the storage box 31 and into which fuel used by the engine 21 is poured. Therefore, the fuel supply port 29 and the reducing agent supply port 36 are on the rear and side surfaces of the wheel loader 100, and the installed surfaces are different, so that the operator does not confuse them. Further, since the fuel supply port 29 and the reducing agent supply port 36 are close to each other, the operator can access both without moving.
- the reducing agent supply port 36 is located away from the radiator fan 25 from which hot air is discharged, there is no possibility that the temperature of the reducing agent will rise and the quality will deteriorate.
- the heated air discharged from the radiator fan 25 passes near the reducing agent supply port 36, and the reducing agent supply port 36 and the reducing agent also It is not preferable because it is heated and the reducing agent deteriorates.
- the embodiment described above can be implemented by being modified as follows. (1) In the embodiment described above, the frame hole 3a provided in the rear frame 3 and the storage box hole 33 provided in the tank storage box 31 are brought into close contact with each other, but the connection method is not limited to this. .
- the frame hole 3a and the storage box hole 33 may be connected by piping or a tube.
- the tank storage box 31 is fixed to the rear frame 3, but the fixing target of the tank storage box 31 is not limited to the rear frame 3.
- the tank storage box 31 may be fixed to the cover 20 or to the counterweight 40.
- the frame hole 3a is provided in the rear frame 3 in order to connect the internal space of the radiator chamber 123 and the internal space of the tank storage box 31.
- the opening of the radiator chamber 123 has no opening. It is not limited to.
- the cover 20 that covers the radiator chamber 123 may be provided with a hole, and the hole and the storage box hole 33 may be connected to connect the internal space of the radiator chamber 123 and the internal space of the tank storage box 31.
- the tank storage box 31 is installed at a position adjacent to the frame hole 3a provided in the radiator chamber 123, but the installation position of the tank storage box 31 is not limited to this.
- the tank storage box 31 may be provided at a position not adjacent to the radiator chamber 123, for example, adjacent to the engine chamber 122.
- the frame hole 3a and the storage box hole 33 are connected by piping or a tube. According to the fourth modification, the degree of freedom of the position of the hole provided in the radiator chamber 123 and the installation position of the tank storage box 31 is increased, and various designs are possible.
- the tank storage box 31 is provided on the left side surface of the wheel loader 100, but may be provided on the right side surface of the wheel loader 100. Abstract
