已知在工业车辆的废气处理中使用的尿素水即使在产生氨的温度以下,当变成高温时,品质也变差。专利文献1公开了一种发明,其在与散热器空间相邻而被隔板划分出的空间设置尿素水罐,上述散热器空间使从外部摄入的空气通过。尿素水罐进行热交换的对象为在空间内滞留的空气,未能将从外部摄入的空气作为低温热源而灵活运用。

图1是本实施方式的作业车辆的一例的轮式装载机的侧视图。轮式装载机100具备将构成车身前部的前框架2和构成车身后部的后框架3通过中心销101互相转动自如地连结的构造。在车身前部设有臂111、铲斗112以及轮胎5。铲斗112通过起落臂缸114升降,通过铲斗缸115转动。在车身后部设有驾驶室121、发动机室122、散热器室123、罐收纳箱31、配重40以及轮胎6。在后框架3上设有驾驶室121、发动机室122以及散热器室123,在后框架3的后部设有罐收纳箱31、后格栅28以及配重40。发动机室122和散热器室123的侧面下部被后框架3覆盖,而侧面上部和上面被后述的罩20覆盖。详细说明车身后部120。
图2是除了驾驶室121以及轮胎6以外的车身后部120的俯视图的示意图。在图2中省略了覆盖上面的罩20。因发动机21而变成高温的发动机室122和被散热器风扇25进行强制风冷的散热器室123被后框架3以及罩20将侧面包围。发动机室122和散热器室123被隔板23隔开,使得在发动机室122所产生的热难以传递至散热器室123。在发动机室122具备:发动机21;对从发动机21排出的废气进行处理的排气处理装置22;以及向排气处理装置22的内部喷射还原剂的还原剂喷射装置22a。还原剂喷射装置22a喷射的还原剂使用还原剂供给配管32而从处于车身的左后方的还原剂罐30供给。从外部供给发动机21所使用的燃料的燃料供给口29位于车身的后部,且设于比后述的车身框架3的中心线CL靠近还原剂罐30的位置。稍后使用图6对燃料供给口29的位置再次进行说明。
在散热器室123具有:对被发动机21加热的发动机冷却水进行冷却的散热器24;以及对散热器24进行冷却的散热器风扇25。覆盖散热器室123的侧面上部以及上部的罩20具备未图示的罩缝27,从罩缝27将外部空气摄入散热器室123的内部空间。覆盖散热器室123的侧面下部的后框架3具备框架孔3a,且如后述地连接散热器室123的内部空间以及还原剂罐30的内部空间。
散热器风扇25将散热器室123的内部的空气向车身后方、即图2的下方向排放。通过散热器风扇25动作,从而散热器室123的内部的压力比轮式装载机100周边的大气压变低,因此从罩缝27以及框架孔3a将外部空气摄入散热器室123。换言之,散热器风扇25使散热器室123产生比大气压低的压力,即吸入压力,进而从罩缝27以及框架孔3a摄入外部空气。散热器24冷却发动机21,从而冷却成为高温的发动机冷却水。
罐收纳箱31是收纳还原剂罐30的箱,其具备收纳箱孔33、开闭盖34、排水孔35、还原剂供给口36以及收纳箱缝37。罐收纳箱31以使设置在后框架3的框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33一致的方式,在位于车身的后方左侧面的后框架3上固定。即,通过框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33来连接还原剂罐30的内部空间以及散热器室123的内部空间。
还原剂罐30是收纳对发动机21排出的燃烧气体进行处理的还原剂、例如将作为还原剂的氨溶解到水中而成的尿素水的罐。收纳于还原剂罐30的还原剂经由还原剂供给配管32而供给至还原剂喷射装置22a。与还原剂罐30连接的还原剂供给配管32的另一端经由框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33而到达散热器室123,再通过隔板23后而连接于发动机室122的还原剂喷射装置22a。发动机室122的内部为高温,因此为了防止因温度上升而引起的还原剂的劣化,以使还原剂供给配管32的发动机室122的内部的长度变短的方式布置还原剂供给配管32。
开闭盖34是设置为操作人员能够从外部容易地接近还原剂供给口36的盖。开闭盖34即使在闭合的状态下也具有稍微的间隙、即开闭盖的间隙34a,从而利用散热器风扇25的吸入压力而从外部摄入空气。排水孔35是对溢出到罐收纳箱31中的还原剂、侵入的雨水等进行排出的孔。利用散热器风扇25的吸入压力,从排水孔35也从外部向罐收纳箱31的内部空间摄入空气。收纳箱缝37是向罐收纳箱31的内部空间导入外部空气的间隙。
通过开闭盖的间隙34a、排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37而从外部所摄入的空气即外部空气从还原剂罐30的内部空间经由收纳箱孔33和框架孔3a而移动至散热器室123的内部空间,通过散热器风扇25排除到外部。该从外部所摄入的空气对还原剂罐30、还原剂供给配管32以及散热器24进行冷却。
配重40设于后框架3的后部。配重40在轮式装载机100的车宽方向上较长,且突出到比设置于车身的侧面的罐收纳箱31靠轮式装载机100的外侧。另外,如后述地,突出到比罐收纳箱31靠轮式装载机100的下方向。因此,在轮式装载机100旋转时、上坡时,配重40保护罐收纳箱31。
(散热器室与罐收纳箱的连接部)
使用图3,对散热器室123与罐收纳箱31的连接部、即框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33的结构进行说明。图3是从左后方观察轮式装载机100的立体图。在图3中,罐收纳箱31的开闭盖34打开,露出收纳于罐收纳箱31的还原剂罐30等。此外,在图3中,省略了排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37。
在罐收纳箱31与后框架3接触的面设有收纳箱孔33,收纳箱孔33与后框架3的框架孔3a紧贴。如图3的A部详细所示,在收纳箱孔33以及框架孔3a中穿过对还原剂罐30和还原剂喷射装置22a进行连接的还原剂供给配管32。因为收纳箱孔33以及框架孔3a的截面积比还原剂供给配管32的截面积大,所以也能够使利用散热器风扇25的吸入压力而从开闭盖的间隙34a、排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37导入的外部空气通过。
(配重的形状)
使用图3~5,对配重40的形状进行说明。图3是从左后方观察轮式装载机100的立体图,图4是轮式装载机100的左后方的俯视图,图5是轮式装载机100的左后方下部的侧视图。如图3所示,配重40在轮式装载机100的车宽方向上较长,且左端部具有从侧面以及底面覆盖罐收纳箱31的形状。配重40具备主重量部40a、侧面保护部40b以及底面保护部40c。如图4所示,侧面保护部40b比罐收纳箱31向轮式装载机100的车宽方向突出,且覆盖罐收纳箱31的左侧面的一部分。如图5所示,底面保护部40c比罐收纳箱31向后框架3的下方向突出,且覆盖罐收纳箱31的底面的一部分。主重量部40a是从配重40去除了侧面保护部40b和底面保护部40c的部分。
(燃料供给口与还原剂供给口的位置关系)
使用图6,对燃料供给口29与还原剂供给口36的位置关系进行说明。图6是从左后方观察将覆盖散热器风扇25的后格栅28以及开闭盖34打开的状态下的轮式装载机100。
燃料供给口29设置为,处于车身的后方,并且处于比车身框架3的中心线CL靠近罐收纳箱31的位置,即处于车身后方的左侧,与散热器风扇25相邻。散热器风扇25以及燃料供给口29被后格栅28覆盖,操作人员通过打开后格栅28而接近燃料供给口29。
还原剂供给口36处于在车身后方的左侧面所设置的罐收纳箱31之中。如上所述,罐收纳箱31从下部后方被配重40覆盖,因此罐收纳箱31的开闭盖34设于左前方。操作人员通过打开开闭盖34而接近还原剂供给口36。
如以上所说明地,燃料供给口29和还原剂供给口36均处于轮式装载机100的左后方,操作者不必移动便能够接近双方。但是,为了接近燃料供给口29和还原剂供给口36,分别需要打开后格栅28和开闭盖34,因此没有操作人员将两者弄混而错加燃料和还原剂的风险。
根据上述的实施方式,能够得到以下的作用效果。
(1)轮式装载机100具备:后框架3;搭载于后框架3的发动机21;搭载于比发动机21靠后框架3的后方的散热器24;将发动机21和散热器24隔开的隔板23;覆盖发动机21以及散热器24的罩20;设于后框架3的后方且从罩20的内部、即散热器室123向后框架3的后方排气的散热器风扇25;以及向发动机21的尾气喷射还原剂的还原剂喷射装置22a。轮式装载机100还具备:罐收纳箱31,其设于后框架3的侧方,具备导入外部空气的导入部,即开闭盖的间隙34a、排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37,且对储藏供还原剂喷射装置22a喷射的还原剂的还原剂罐30进行收纳;以及连接部,其为收纳箱孔33以及框架孔3a,且设于罩20或后框架3以及罐收纳箱31,连接罐收纳箱31的内部空间以及罩20的内部空间、即散热器室123,且使利用散热器风扇25的吸入压力而从导入部所导入的外部空气以及向喷射装置供给还原剂的还原剂供给配管32通过。
根据这样的轮式装载机100,利用散热器风扇25的吸入压力从开闭盖的间隙34a、排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37向罐收纳箱31摄入新鲜的外部空气。因此,收纳于罐收纳箱31的还原剂罐30与所摄入的新鲜的外部空气直接进行热交换,因此,能够将外部空气作为对还原剂罐30进行冷却的低温热源而灵活运用。即,不追加装置而将新鲜的外部空气导入到还原剂罐周边,因此能够效率良好地冷却还原剂罐30。
(2)设于后框架3的框架孔3a比隔板23靠近散热器24,即设于散热器室123。
因此,还原剂供给配管32被引导至散热器室123,能够使在高温的发动机室122的内部通过的距离变短。
(3)罐收纳箱31设于后框架3的侧方且比隔板23靠近散热器24,即设于散热器室123的侧方。
因此,能够将罐收纳箱31的收纳箱孔33与后框架3的框架孔3a直接连接。在收纳箱孔33与框架孔3a之间不存在管路,因此不容易妨碍从外部摄入到罐收纳箱31的空气向散热器室123的移动。即,大量的空气被摄入罐收纳箱31,提高外部空气对还原剂罐30的冷却的效果。
(4)轮式装载机100在后框架3的后方具备配重40。配重40具备:主重量部40a;比罐收纳箱31向后框架3的宽度方向突出的侧面保护部40b;以及比罐收纳箱31向后框架3的下方向突出的底面保护部40c。
因此,能够利用配重40来保护罐收纳箱31。
(5)轮式装载机100具备:设置于后框架3的侧面且向还原剂罐30引导还原剂的还原剂供给口36;以及设置于后框架3的后方并且设置于比后框架3的中心线CL靠近罐收纳箱31的位置,且加注发动机21使用的燃料的燃料供给口29。
因此,燃料供给口29和还原剂供给口36处于轮式装载机100的后部和侧面,因为设置的面不同,因此操作人员不会将两者弄混。另外,燃料供给口29和还原剂供给口36处于靠近的位置,因此操作人员不必移动便能够接近两者。而且,还原剂供给口36处于与排出热风的散热器风扇25分离的位置,因此不存在还原剂的温度上升而品质劣化的问题。换言之,若更换燃料供给口29和还原剂供给口36的位置,则散热器风扇25排出的被加热了的空气通过还原剂供给口36的附近,还原剂供给口36以及还原剂也被加热,还原剂劣化,因此不建议。
(变形例)
能够将以上所说明的实施方式如下地变形来实施。
(1)在上述的实施方式中,通过使在后框架3所设置的框架孔3a和在罐收纳箱31所设置的收纳箱孔33紧贴而连接两者,但是连接方法不限于此。例如,也可以通过配管、管等连接框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33。
(2)在上述的实施方式中,罐收纳箱31固定于后框架3,但是,罐收纳箱31的固定对象不限于后框架3。罐收纳箱31也可以固定于罩20,也可以固定于配重40。
(3)在上述的实施方式中,为了连接散热器室123的内部空间和罐收纳箱31的内部空间,在后框架3设有框架孔3a,但是,散热器室123的开口部不限于此。也可以通过在覆盖散热器室123的罩20设置孔,再连接该孔和收纳箱孔33,从而连接散热器室123的内部空间和罐收纳箱31的内部空间。
(4)在上述的实施方式中,罐收纳箱31设置于与在散热器室123所设置的框架孔3a相邻的位置,但是罐收纳箱31的设置位置不限于此。也可以将罐收纳箱31设于与散热器室123不相邻的位置、例如设置成与发动机室122相邻。该情况下,通过配管、管等连接框架孔3a和收纳箱孔33。
根据该变形例4,在散热器室123设置的孔的位置、罐收纳箱31的设置位置的自由度提高,能够进行多样化的设计。
(5)在上述的实施方式中,罐收纳箱31设于轮式装载机100的左侧面,但是也可以设于轮式装载机100的右侧面。该情况下,框架孔3a、燃料供给口29的位置也可以配合罐收纳箱31而与上述的实施方式左右对称地设置。
(6)在上述的实施方式中,轮式装载机100的罐收纳箱31具备开闭盖的间隙34a、排水孔35以及收纳箱缝37。但是,也可以构成为具备这些中的至少一个。
上述的各实施方式以及变形例可以分别组合。
上述中对各种实施方式以及变形例进行了说明,但是本发明不限于这些内容。在本发明的技术性思想的范围内想出的其它方式也包括在本发明的范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种工程机械,其特征在于,具备:
车身框架;
发动机,其搭载于上述车身框架;
散热器,其搭载于比上述发动机靠上述车身框架的后方;
隔板,其将上述发动机和上述散热器隔开;
罩,其覆盖上述发动机及上述散热器;
散热器风扇,其设置于上述车身框架的后方,且从上述罩的内部空间向上述车身框架的后方排气;
喷射装置,其向上述发动机的尾气喷射还原剂;
罐收纳部,其设置于上述车身框架的侧方,具备导入外部空气的导入部,且收纳对上述喷射装置喷射的还原剂进行储藏的罐;以及
连接部,其设置于上述罩及上述车身框架的任一方以及上述罐收纳部,连接上述罐收纳部的内部空间及上述罩的内部空间,且供利用上述散热器风扇的吸入压力而从上述导入部导入的外部空气以及向上述喷射装置供给还原剂的配管通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械,其特征在于,
设置于上述罩及上述车身框架的任一方的上述连接部设置为比上述隔板靠近上述散热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械,其特征在于,
上述罐收纳部设置于上述车身框架的侧方,且设置为比上述隔板靠近上述散热器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的工程机械,其特征在于,
上述罐收纳部设置于上述车身框架的侧方,且设置为比上述隔板靠近上述散热器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械,其特征在于,
上述导入部为设置在上述罐收纳部的开闭部上的间隙、上述罐收纳部的缝、以及上述罐收纳部的排水孔中的至少一个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械,其特征在于,
在上述车身框架的后方还具备配重,
上述配重具备:主重量部;侧面保护部,其比上述罐收纳部向上述车身框架的宽度方向突出;以及底面保护部,其比上述罐收纳部向上述车身框架的下方突出。
7.根据权利要求1所述的工程机械,其特征在于,还具备:
还原剂供给口,其设置于上述车身框架的侧面,且向上述罐引导还原剂;以及
燃料供给口,其设置于上述车身框架的后方,并且设置于比上述车身框架的中心线靠近上述罐收纳部的位置,且供上述发动机所使用的燃料注入。
