Description
本发明涉及吸烟者用品,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟及其雾化装置。
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品,多用于戒烟。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其他有害成分。相关技术中的电子烟包括壳体,设置于壳体内的雾化组件、电源组件和储液件,以及封盖于壳体一端部的烟嘴盖。该电子烟一定程度上满足了替代香烟用品的功能。通常,雾化组件包括通气管、穿设在通气管上的导液绳以及缠绕在导液绳上的发热丝;由于导液绳和发热丝均为软性体,导致多个电子烟之间发热丝在导液绳上的松紧度不同,单个电子烟中不同匝的发热丝缠绕在导液绳上的松紧度也不同,导致每个厂家生产出来的电子烟的性能一致性(如烟雾量大小)很难控制。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种改进的电子烟及其雾化装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种雾化装置,包括:
安装座,中部贯通形成有一个第一气流通道;
发热元件,安装于所述安装座上;所述发热元件包括发热管,所述发热管的侧壁界定出一个纵向的第二气流通道,所述第二气流通道与所述第一气流通道相连通;该侧壁上还形成有多个通孔,所述通孔由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面;以及
储液元件,包覆于该侧壁的外壁面上。
在一些实施例中,所述储液元件包括包覆在所述侧壁外壁面上的导液单元、以及包覆在所述导液单元外围的储液单元。
在一些实施例中,所述导液单元和所述储液单元均由多孔材料制成,且所述导液单元的孔隙率小于所述储液单元的孔隙率。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座包括软质本体、以及硬质支座,所述软质本体中部形成有一个第一中心通孔,所述硬质支座中部形成有一个第二中心通孔,所述硬质支座嵌置于所述第一中心通孔中,所述第二中心通孔与第一中心通孔相连通形成所述第一气流通道,所述发热管的一端套设在所述硬质支座上。
在一些实施例中,所述发热管上连接有分别用于与电源组件的正极和负极电性连接的电极引线;
所述硬质支座为陶瓷支座;或者,所述硬质支座为塑料支座,所述电极引线在所述发热管上远离所述硬质支座、或所述发热管的所述一端和所述硬质支座之间设有绝缘层。
在一些实施例中,所述软质本体包括上端面、与所述上端面相背的下端面以及将所述上端面和下端面相连接的侧壁面,所述第一中心通孔由所述上端面一直延伸至所述下端面;
所述硬质支座包括第一嵌入部、本体部、以及第二嵌入部;所述第一嵌入部和所述第二嵌入部分别连接于所述本体部的上、下两侧,所述第二中心通孔依序贯穿所述第一嵌入部、所述本体部以及所述第二嵌入部;所述第二嵌入部从所述上端面嵌入到所述第一中心通孔中;所述发热管的一端套设在所述第一嵌入部上。

在一些实施例中,所述软质本体的下端面内凹形成有若干个导槽,若干个所述导槽围绕所述第一中心通孔呈放射状均匀分布;每一所述导槽均由所述软质本体的侧壁面横向贯通至所述第一中心通孔。
在一些实施例中,所述软质本体的下端面还围绕所述第一中心通孔内凹形成一个环形台阶,该环形台阶的表面与所述导槽的槽底表面齐平;
所述第二嵌入部靠近末端处还包括倒钩状限位部,所述限位部沿着所述第二嵌入部周向设置,且其直径大于所述第一中心通孔的孔径;所述限位部倒钩在所述软质本体的下端面的环形台阶上。

本发明的有益效果:雾化装置中发热元件通过发热管及其上通孔的设置,在发热管通电发热时即可雾化烟液并通气,代替现有的通气管、导液绳和发热丝的设置,简化雾化装置的结构及安装难度,且发热元件方便一致性设置,提高电子烟的性能一致性。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、2所示,本发明一些实施例的电子烟,包括壳体10以及雾化装置,雾化装置安装于该壳体10中。雾化装置包括安装座20、发热元件30以及储液元件40;安装座20
安装至壳体10上,且安装座20中部贯通形成有一个第一气流通道21;发热元件30安装于安装座20上,该发热元件30包括发热管32,发热管32的侧壁界定出一个纵向的第二气流通道31,第二气流通道31与第一气流通道21相连通;发热管32的侧壁上还形成有多个通孔33,通孔33由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面;储液元件40包覆于该侧壁的外壁面上。
壳体10
在一些实施例中可呈圆筒状;壳体10可采用软性塑胶等材料制成,使得使用者施加一定大小的径向力时能够发生弹性变形,以模拟真实香烟的触感。可以理解地,壳体10根据需要也可以呈椭圆筒状或其他筒状构造,并也可以采用钢铁等硬质材料制成,再在壳体10外周包覆软质层及包装层,以
模拟真实香烟的触感和外观。
发热管32为侧壁闭合或具有开缝的管状结构,其可采用金属管或陶瓷管冲孔加工而成,也可以采用金属片冲孔后卷曲制成。发热管32具有一定的刚性,还可起到支撑作用,使得本发明的电子烟相较于传统的电子烟,不需设置纤维支撑管,且发热管32的设置较于传统电子烟中发热丝的设置,一致性好且组装简单、成本低。
发热管32上还连接有分别用于与电源组件的正极和负极电性连接的电极引线301(如图11中所示)。在电子烟性能调试过程中,只需要通过调整两电极引线301之间的距离来改变两电极引线301之间的发热管32的长度,从而改变发热管32的发热面积,进而增大或减少烟雾量,操作简单、方便,便于产品设计过程中产品性能更改。
安装座20在一些实施例中可安装在壳体10内部,发热管32竖直安装在安装座20上,
储液元件40于壳体10和发热管32之间而包覆于发热管32侧壁的外壁面上。第二气流通道31形成在发热管32内部,发热管32及其上的通孔33构成多孔发热管,通孔33将第二气流通道31和发热管32外空间连通起来。储液元件40包覆在发热管32侧壁的外壁面上,发热管32通电发热后,可将储液元件40内的烟液加热雾化,形成烟雾,烟雾通过发热管32上的通孔33流通至第二气流通道31内,并可被吸出壳体10。
在一些实施例中,储液元件40包括导液单元41以及储液单元42,导液单元41包覆在发热管32侧壁外壁面上,储液单元42包覆在导液单元41外围。导液单元41和储液单元42均由多孔材料制成,且导液单元41的孔隙率小于储液单元42的孔隙率。其中,储液单元42主要用于储存烟液,导液单元41用于将储液单元42中的烟液引导至发热元件30上,并通过发热元件30通电发热而雾化形成烟雾。导液单元41的孔隙率小于储液单元42的孔隙率的设置,防止导液单元41上烟液过多而通过通孔33漏至第二气流通道31内。为增加发热管32和导液单元41的接触面积,发热管32侧壁的外壁面上还可设有凸刺,凸刺可插设到导液单元41。该凸刺可在通孔33冲压时形成在通孔33的外周上。
如图 1 、3、4 所示,安装座 20在一些实施例中可包括用于与壳体10的内壁面相 配合 的软质本体22
,以及用于 发热元件30 的硬质支座 23 。该软质本体22 中部形成有一个第一中心通孔 220,以供硬质支座 23 嵌置于其中。该安装座 2 0采用软质本体
22 和硬质支座 23 的搭配,一方面通过软质本体 22 对其上下两侧空间进行较好地密封隔离,另一个方面通过硬质支座 23 对 发热元件30 提供较好 的
支撑。 硬质支座23中部形成有一个第二中心通孔 230 ,硬质支座23 嵌置于第一中心通孔 220 中,第二中心通孔 230 与第一中心通孔 220
相连通形成第一气流通道 21,发热管 32 的一端套设在硬质支座 23 上,且发热管32内的第二气流通道31和第一气流通道21连通 。
软质本体 22可呈柱状,并可采用橡胶等软质材料制成。该软质本体 22 包括一个上端面 221
、一个与该上端面 221 相背的下端面 222 以及将上端面 221 和下端面 222 相连接的侧壁面223,第一中心通孔 220由该上端面
221一直延伸至该下端面 222。 硬质支座 23可包括第一嵌入部 231、本体部 232 以及 第二嵌入部 233,第一嵌入部 231 、第二嵌入部
233分别连接于该本体部 232的两相对端部, 第二中心通孔 230 依序贯穿第一嵌入部 231 、本体部 232 以及第二嵌入部 233 , 第二中心通孔
230 用于将安装座 20下侧的空气导引到 发热管 32 中 。 第二嵌入部 233 从 软质本体 22 上端面 221 嵌入到第一中心通孔 220中;发热管
32 的一端套设在第一嵌入部231 上。
硬质支座 23可为采用陶瓷材料制成的 陶瓷支座
,也可以是硬质塑胶材料一体注塑成型的塑料支座;对于陶瓷材料制成的 硬质支座 2 3 ,发热管 32 整体可发热;对于 硬质塑胶材料
支撑的硬质支座23,发热管32 套设在第一嵌入部 231 上 的一端可为不发热结构,具体操作可如下:将发热管32的 电极引线 301
远离硬质支座23连接在发热管32上,从而使得发热管32套设在硬质支座23上的一端不发热,避免导热至硬质支座23使其变形或熔融,发热管32该端的侧壁可不设通孔33。或者,如图12所示,在发热管32的一端和硬质支座23
之间设有绝缘层34 ,避免导热。绝缘层34可为绝缘套,套设在发热管32和硬质支座23之间; 绝缘层34
也可由绝缘材料涂覆在发热管32该端或硬质支座23的第一嵌入部231上后固化形成。
如图4-6所示,在软质本体22中, 第一中心通孔 220 的 内壁面 可
形成有至少两道间隔布置的环形凸起 2201,这些环形凸起 2201用于在硬质支座 23 的第二嵌入部 233嵌置于该第一中心通孔 220时,与该第二嵌入部
233的侧壁面相紧密抵接,提升两者之间的密封效果。软质本体 22 的 上端面 22 1的中部向下凹陷形成有一个收容部 2210,该收容部 22
10优选地呈柱状,且与该软质本体22共轴 ; 收容部2210可供 硬质支座 23 的本体部232嵌置其中。
软质本体22的侧壁面223在一些实施例中还可径向向外凸设有若干个环形凸起2230,每一环形凸起
2230均沿着侧壁面 223的周向上布置,相邻环形凸起 22 30之间形成有间隔,使得整个侧壁面
223呈波浪状。每一环形凸起2230的最大外径均大于壳体10的内径,使得该软质本体22塞入壳体10内时,环形凸起
2230与壳体10紧密地抵接在一起,达到优良的密封效果,防止或显著地降低软质本体22上侧的烟液顺着壳体10的内壁面渗透到软质本体22的下侧。
软质本体22的下端面 222内凹形成有若干个导槽 2220,这些导槽 2220围绕第一中心通孔
220呈放射状均匀分布。每一导槽 2220均由侧壁面 223横向贯通至第一中心通孔220,以方便空气进入该第一中心通孔 220。
在一些实施例中,下端面 222还可以进一步内凹形成若干容置槽 2222,这些容置槽
2222可以作为点胶槽用来收容胶水,容置槽 2222 的 数量可以与导槽 22 20的数量相等,并一一对应导槽 2220相交设置,这些容置槽
2222与软质本体 22 的轴线的距离相当。优选地,每一容置槽 2222的深度均大于对应导槽 2220的深度。容置槽
2222在一些实施例中优选地可呈腰形,且与对应的导槽 2220呈相交布置。优选地,容置槽 2222与对应的导槽 22 20呈垂直相交布置。容置槽
2222的数量优选地为两个以上,以分别对应 发热元件30 的电极引线 301(如图11中所示)。
再如图 5 所示,下端面222还可以进一步围绕第一中心通孔 220内凹形成一个环形台阶
2223,该环形台阶2223用于与硬质支座23的第二嵌入部233的限位部2330(如图 7 、8
所示)相配合,将软质本体22与硬质支座23锁死。优选地,该环形台阶2223的表面与导槽 2220的槽底表面齐平。
该软质本体22在一些实施例中还可包括若干个槽孔 224,槽孔 224由上端面221向下端面
222方向延伸,从而槽孔 22 4底部和下端面 222之间形成有挡壁 225,如图6所示 。这些槽孔 22 4的数量与容置槽
2222的数量相等,且与这些容置槽 2222一一对应设置。槽孔 224由上端面 221朝向对应的容置槽 22 22的底面延伸。优选地,每一槽孔
224均为盲孔,并由收容部 22 10的底面朝向对应的容置槽 2222的底面延伸,使得槽孔 22 4与对应的容置槽 2222之间形成一层薄薄的挡壁
225。如图1 1 所示,该挡壁 225可被 发热元件30 的导线 301 刺透,以便该导线 301 能够与 电子烟的 电源组件70电性连接。挡壁 22
5上被导线 301 刺透的位置形成有穿刺孔。被导线 301 刺透的挡壁 225对应的容置槽 2222可被点入胶水,对导线 301
进行固定。可以理解地,由于软质本体 22 采用硅胶等弹性材料制成,因此,当导线 301 穿透挡壁 225时,导线 301 在挡壁
225上形成的穿刺孔是可收缩的小孔。导线 30 1处于该穿刺孔中时,会被该穿刺孔的侧壁箍紧,从而达到密封的效果。另外,该挡壁
225的设置,还可以避免胶水往槽孔 224中溢流,一方面可只需较少的胶量即可固定导线 301,另一方面可以避免胶水通过槽孔 224污染烟液。
如图4、图7及图10所示, 硬质支座 23 还可包括一对定位柱 235。该对定位柱 235连接于本体部
232上,且在本体部 232上与第二嵌入部 233位于同一端部,并分别位于第二嵌入部 233的两相对侧。该定位柱 235用于嵌置于软质本体 22 的槽孔
224中,防止硬质支座 23相对于软质本体 22 沿周向转动。软质本体22上的 槽孔414的数量在一些实施例优选地为两个或两个以上,以至少供 发热元件30 的
两个 电极引线301分别穿置。当硬质支座 2 3具有定位柱 235时,槽孔 224的数量相应的增加,一些槽孔 224供导线 301 穿置,一些槽孔
224供定位柱 235穿置, 如图10、11所示。 槽孔 224围绕第一中心通孔 220均匀布置 , 以便任意槽孔 224均可以作为导线 301和定位柱 2
35的穿置孔,为整个电子烟的组装带来了诸多便利。
本体部 232在一些实施例中可包括一个第一端面 2321以及一个与该第一端面 2321相背的第二端面
2322。该第一端面 2321的中部内凹形成有一个收容部 2323,第一嵌入部 231竖立在该收容部 2323的底面,第二嵌入部 233则竖立在该第二端面
2322的中部。收容部 2323在一些实施例中可呈柱状,其与第二中心通孔 230 共轴,并 还可以供储液元件40的一端嵌置其中 。定位柱 235连接于第二端面
2322上。
如图 4 、9 所示,硬质支座 23 在一些实施例中还可包括一对穿孔 236,该一对穿孔
236位于该第二嵌入部233的两相对侧,并设置于本体部 232上,用于供 发热元件30 的电极引线301(如图11中所示)分别穿置。该一对穿孔 236与定位柱
235一道,均匀地分布于第二端面 2322的一个围绕在该第二中心通孔 230 的圆周上,以分别与软质本体22的槽孔 224对应配合。
再如图 7 所示,本体部232在一些实施例中可呈阶梯轴状,其包括介于第一端面 2321和第二端面
2322之间、且依序共轴地连接在一起的第一段2324、第二段 2325以及第三段 2326。其中,第二段 2325的直径与壳体10的内径相当, 且
大于第一段2324的直径,因而在第一段 2324和第二段 2325之间形成有一个环形台阶2327(如图 4 所示),该环形台阶2327可在安装座
20安装到壳体10中时,供一个筒状治具的端面抵接,方便安装座 20的精确安装。本体部232的第三段2326的直径小于第二段 2325的直径,且与软质本体 22
的收容部 2210的直径相当,第三段 2326的轴向长度与收容部 2210的深度相当,以便该第三段2326能够较好地嵌置于该收容部 2210中。第三段
2326嵌置于收容部 22 10中时,本体部 232的第二段2325紧密地抵接在软质本体22的上端面221上。
再如图 7 、8 所示,硬质支座 23的第二嵌入部 233靠近末端处还可包括一个倒钩状限位部 2
330,该限位部 2 330沿着第二嵌入部 233周向设置,且其直径大于软质本体 22 的第一中心通孔 22 0的孔径。该限位部 2 330到本体部 2
32的下端面 2322的距离与软质本体 22 的收容部 2210底面到环形台阶 2223的距离相当,以便在第二嵌入部 233嵌入到软质本体 22
的第一中心通孔220中时,限位部2330能够牢靠地倒钩在环形台阶 2223上,防止第二嵌入部 233从第一中心通孔 22
0中脱离或松动。限位部2330的前端还可设有一个锥形导引部 2332,以方便该限位部 2330贯穿软质本体22 的第一中心通孔220。
再参阅图 4 、图8及 图 9 ,第二嵌入部 233的端面中部在一些实施例中可内凹形成一个凹槽
2334,该凹槽4334可由该第二嵌入部 233的端面沿平行于第二嵌入部 2 33轴线的方向延伸至限位部 2330的上端面附近,并且该凹槽
2334在横向上贯穿第二嵌入部 233和限位部 2330,以便能够与软质本体22 的导槽 2220相连通(如图11所示),从而令空气能够依序经过导槽 22
20及凹槽 2 334进入到硬质支座 23 的第二中心通孔 230 中,再通过第二中心通孔 230 进入到 发热元件30的第二气流通道31 中。
又如图1所示,电子烟还包括烟嘴盖组件50、端盖组件60以及电源组件70;烟嘴盖组件50安装于壳体10一端上,端盖组件60安装于壳体10另一端上,电源组件70安装于壳体10内。其中,发热元件30位于烟嘴盖组件50和安装座20之间,并与电源组件70电性连接;电源组件70位于端盖组件60和安装座20之间。发热元件30通过电极引线301(如图11中所示)穿过安装座20的挡壁225与电源组件70
的正极和负极分别 电性连接。
发热管32的两端可分别套设在安装座20和烟嘴盖组件50 上。其中,发热管32的一端套设在 安装座20
的硬质支座23上,相对另一端套设到烟嘴盖组件50的内侧面上,从而使得发热管32在壳体10内更加稳固。
另外,该电子烟还可包括空气开关组件80 。空气开关组件80设置于端盖组件60内
侧,并与电源组件70电性连接。
可以理解地,该电子烟中,烟嘴盖组件50、端盖组件60、电源组件70以及空气开关组件80等均可采用现有技术实现。

- 一种雾化装置,其特征在于,包括:安装座,中部贯通形成有一个第一气流通道;发热元件,安装于所述安装座上;所述发热元件包括发热管,所述发热管的侧壁界定出一个纵向的第二气流通道,所述第二气流通道与所述第一气流通道相连通;该侧壁上还形成有多个通孔,所述通孔由该侧壁的内壁面延伸至该侧壁的外壁面;以及储液元件,包覆于该侧壁的外壁面上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述储液元件包括包覆在所述侧壁外壁面上的导液单元、以及包覆在所述导液单元外围的储液单元。
- 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述导液单元和所述储液单元均由多孔材料制成,且所述导液单元的孔隙率小于所述储液单元的孔隙率。
- 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述安装座包括软质本体、以及硬质支座,所述软质本体中部形成有一个第一中心通孔,所述硬质支座中部形成有一个第二中心通孔,所述硬质支座嵌置于所述第一中心通孔中,所述第二中心通孔与第一中心通孔相连通形成所述第一气流通道,所述发热管的一端套设在所述硬质支座上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述发热管上连接有分别用于与电源组件的正极和负极电性连接的电极引线;所述硬质支座为陶瓷支座;或者,所述硬质支座为塑料支座,所述电极引线在所述发热管上远离所述硬质支座、或所述发热管的所述一端和所述硬质支座之间设有绝缘层。
- 根据权利要求4所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述软质本体包括上端面、与所述上端面相背的下端面以及将所述上端面和下端面相连接的侧壁面,所述第一中心通孔由所述上端面一直延伸至所述下端面;所述硬质支座包括第一嵌入部、本体部、以及第二嵌入部;所述第一嵌入部和所述第二嵌入部分别连接于所述本体部的上、下两侧,所述第二中心通孔依序贯穿所述第一嵌入部、所述本体部以及所述第二嵌入部;所述第二嵌入部从所述上端面嵌入到所述第一中心通孔中;所述发热管的一端套设在所述第一嵌入部上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述软质本体的侧壁面径向向外凸设有若干个环形凸起,每一环形凸起均沿着所述侧壁面的周向上布置,相邻环形凸起之间形成有间隔;和/或,所述第一中心通孔的内壁面形成有至少两道间隔布置的环形凸起,所述环形凸起与所述第二嵌入部的侧壁面相紧密抵接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述软质本体的下端面内凹形成有若干个导槽,若干个所述导槽围绕所述第一中心通孔呈放射状均匀分布;每一所述导槽均由所述软质本体的侧壁面横向贯通至所述第一中心通孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述软质本体的下端面还围绕所述第一中心通孔内凹形成一个环形台阶,该环形台阶的表面与所述导槽的槽底表面齐平;所述第二嵌入部靠近末端处还包括倒钩状限位部,所述限位部沿着所述第二嵌入部周向设置,且其直径大于所述第一中心通孔的孔径;所述限位部倒钩在所述软质本体的下端面的环形台阶上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的雾化装置 ,其特征在于,所述下端面还内凹形成若干个用于收容胶水的容置槽,若干个所述容置槽一一对应若干个所述导槽相交设置;所述容置槽的深度大于所述导槽的深度。
- 根据权利要求10所述的雾化装置 ,其特征在于,所述软质本体还包括若干个槽孔,所述槽孔的数量与所述容置槽的数量相等,且与所述容置槽一一对应设置;所述槽孔为盲孔,并由所述上端面朝向对应的所述容置槽的底面延伸,使得所述槽孔与对应的所述容置槽之间形成挡壁。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括壳体以及 权利要求1至11任一项所述的 雾化装置,所述雾化装置安装于所述壳体中;该电子烟还包括安装于所述壳体一端上的烟嘴盖组件、安装于所述壳体另一端上的端盖组件、以及安装于所述壳体内的电源组件,所述 雾化装置的发热元件位于所述烟嘴盖组件和所述 雾化装置的 安装座之间,并与所述电源组件电性连接;所述发热元件的发热管的两端分别套设在所述安装座和烟嘴盖组件上;所述电源组件位于所述端盖组件和所述安装座之间。
