Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 现有电子烟内设置的雾化装置通常由设置有电热丝的雾化器、 设置有烟液的雾化 杯、 用于固定雾化杯的雾化座, 以及套设于雾化杯外的雾化套组合构成。
[0003] 电子烟内电热丝的两端需与电池的正负极相连接以接通电源。 现有电子烟的电热丝 通常直接与电池的电极通过焊接实现电连接, 或者另外于雾化座端部设置一独立的电极组 件, 并将电热丝的两端分别焊接至该电极组件对应的电极件上, 进而通过该电极组件与电池 的正负极相连接。 采用焊接的连接方式, 费时费力, 且连接稳定性不高, 常常会发生虚焊、 假焊等不良现象, 同时还会残留对人体有害的物质。
[0004] 由于雾化杯内设置有烟液, 在利用雾化座将雾化杯套设于雾化套内时, 需保证其密 封性。 在利用雾化座固定雾化杯时, 需先将储油棉包于雾化座内, 现有的雾化座的外缘通常 都设置有专门用以卡置储油棉的凹槽, 以紧固储油棉, 雾化座需先由供应商完成翻边作业, 待生产时包好储油棉后再翻过来, 工序非常复杂。 而对雾化杯进行密封时, 现有电子烟通常 于雾化套与雾化座的连接处设置密封圈, 或者通过打胶水的操作方式使雾化套与雾化座的连 接处形成密封胶层进而实现雾化杯的密封。 独立配置密封圈结构, 无形中增加制造成本, 且 装配难度大, 费时费力; 而采用打胶水的密封方式, 操作不安全, 且不环保。

1. 一种电子烟雾化装置, 包括雾化座及设置有电热丝且位于所述雾化座一侧的雾化器, 所 述雾化座的背离于雾化器的另一侧设置有第一电极组件, 所述第一电极组件包括相互绝缘且 分别与电热丝的两端相连以形成雾化器正负极的第一座体及第一极柱, 其中, 所述第一座体 与雾化座相抵接且将所述电热丝的第一端夹持于二者之间, 所述第一极柱与雾化座相抵接且 将所述电热丝的第二端夹持于二者之间。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟雾化装置, 其中, 所述雾化座采用橡胶材料制成。

7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电池的靠雾化装置一侧设置有与第一电极组件 匹配对接的第二电极组件, 所述第二电极组件包括分别对应连通电池与雾化器的正负极的第 二座体及第二极柱。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二座体呈中空的管体结构, 其朝向所述电池 一端设有用以容置固定第二极柱的极柱容置腔, 所述第二极柱通过一绝缘套固设于所述极柱 容置腔内。

10. 如权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第二座体的朝向所述第一座体一端设置有与极 柱容置腔相连通的供所述第一座体的相应端插入以固定所述第一座体的固定槽; 所述第一座 体的插入所述第二座体的一端设置有与所述固定槽的内轮廓相吻合以卡置于所述固定槽内的 凸台。
11. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述雾化套为吸杆, 所述电子烟还包括与吸杆相对 接的设置有所述电池的电池杆, 所述电池杆与吸杆设置为可拆式连接。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述吸杆在与电池杆对接的位置设置有第一磁吸 部, 所述电池杆对应设有与第一磁吸部相互磁性吸附以使吸杆与电池杆稳固对接的第二磁吸 部。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述第一座体采用可导电的磁铁或者磁性材料制 成而构成第一磁吸部, 或者在第一电极组件上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立结 构件构成所述第一磁吸部; 所述第二座体采用可导电的磁铁或者磁性材料制成而构成第二磁 吸部, 或者在第二电极组件上设置由可导电的磁铁或磁性材料制成的独立结构件构成所述第 二磁吸部。
14. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟还包括与所述电池电连接以控制雾化装 置通电或断电的雾化控制单元; 所述雾化控制单元包括雾化控制电路及与雾化控制电路相连 的雾化控制开关, 所述雾化控制开关为电容式传感器开关, 或者为气流传感器开关, 或者为 按键开关; 所述雾化控制电路集成于所述雾化控制开关内, 或者所述雾化控制单元还包括分 别与电池及雾化控制开关相连的雾化控制电路板, 所述雾化控制电路集成于雾化控制电路板 上。
15. 一种电子烟装置, 包括电子烟盒及容置于所述电子烟盒内的电子烟, 其中, 所述电子烟 为如权利要求 6至 14中任一项所述的电子烟。
