电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及 日用电子产品 领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术的电子烟包括雾化组件及电池组件,雾化组件的一端作为供吸烟者吸食烟雾的吸烟端,用于存储烟油的储油棉装在与电池组件同轴设置的雾化组件内,形成储油棉与电池组件上下串行连接放置形式,烟油瓶与电池组件的上下串行连接方式使得电子烟的烟体太长,不方便携带,烟油容易因重力或毛细作用渗入到所述电池组件内而使电池组件内的电路容易短路;此外,现有技术的电子烟中用于供烟雾流通的烟雾通道穿过所述储油棉,容易造成烟油渗入到烟雾通道上、产生漏油及烟雾容易受到储油棉上的烟油吸热而冷凝,导致吸烟者容易吸到烟油的现象。第三,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,添加烟油时通过加油装置朝所述雾化组件内注入烟油,因而若不慎将烟油添加过量或因震荡等原因时,容易将烟油注入烟雾通道内,导致雾化组件内的电热丝被烟油淹没而不能雾化烟油及用户吸食到烟油。同时,由于所述储油棉装在所述雾化组件内,因而吸烟时所述储油棉因受到用户口腔的夹持力而容易将烟油挤入雾化通道内,导致容易吸食到烟油。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中电子烟的上述缺陷,提供一种电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种 电子烟,包括电子烟本体,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件以及与所述雾化组件电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件供电的电池组件;所述烟油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,所述电池组件与所述烟油瓶并列设置;

实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果: 通过在支架外滑动连接一保护盖,可以保护烟油瓶不受损坏,及保持油瓶外面干净和减少油瓶受外力的冲击,使得烟油瓶在无需更换的状态下始终收纳在保护盖内,避免烟油瓶始终外露导致的烟油瓶易损坏或易污染的现象;烟油瓶可拆卸的连接在支架上,可以方便用户添加烟液烟油瓶或者更换不同口味的烟油瓶;进气口设置在保护盖的边缘,可防止人手抓电子烟时堵住该进气口;通过将电池组件与烟油瓶并列设置,使得电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好。此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求,且在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断;电子烟中的吸烟端可拆卸地连接在支架上,可以方便用户拆卸该吸烟端进行清洗。 同时,由于所述烟油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,烟雾通道不穿过储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道上产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害,并且烟油瓶可拆卸连接并外置于电子烟本体上,可以方便用户添加烟油,避免了现有技术中烟油容易添加到烟雾通道内,以致雾化组件不能工作或用户由此吸食到烟油的情况。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1 所示,本发明较佳实施例之一提供的电子烟,所述电子烟包括电子烟本体,该电子烟本体设置有吸烟端 1 、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶 2 、用于雾化烟油的雾化组件 3 ,以及与雾化组件 3 电连接的并用于为雾化组件 3 供电的电池组件 4 ;烟油瓶 2 设置于电子烟本体的远离吸烟端 1 的一端,电池组件 4 与烟油瓶 2 并列设置。此外,结合图 2 所示,电子烟本体内形成有连通至吸烟端 1 的用于供雾化组件 3 雾化的烟雾排出的烟雾通道 5 。
其中,烟油瓶 2 可拆卸连接并外置于电子烟本体上, 所述电子烟本体上连接有用于盖设在所述烟油瓶 2 上、并与所述电子烟本体滑动连接的保护盖 6 。
进一步的,电子烟本体还包括支架 7 ,及设置于保护盖 6 与支架 7 上的滑动机构 8 ,保护盖 6 与支架 7 之间的滑动连接通过所述滑动机构 8 来实现。此外,电池组件 4 安装在支架 7 内,雾化组件 3 安装在支架 7 与吸烟端 1相邻的一端并与烟油瓶 2 同轴设置,烟油瓶 2 与支架 7 可拆卸的连接。
本实施例中,保护盖 6 盖设在烟油瓶 2 上,且可滑动的连接在支架 7 的周向外侧壁上。通过在支架 7 外滑动连接一保护盖 6 ,使得烟油瓶 2 在无需更换的状态下始终收纳在保护盖 6 内,避免烟油瓶 2 始终外露导致的烟油瓶 2 易损坏或易污染的现象,以保证在吸烟或储藏电子烟时,烟油瓶 2 不易发生损坏。保护盖 6 主要起到保护烟油瓶 2 不受损坏,及保持油瓶外面干净和减少油瓶受外力冲击的作用,当需要更换烟油瓶 2 时,向上推动保护盖 6 (结合图 3 所示)使得烟油瓶 2 外露,进而对烟油瓶 2 进行更换;烟油瓶 2 更换结束后,向下推动保护盖 6 (结合图 4 所示)使得保护盖 6 再次盖设在烟油瓶 2 上。
此外,将保护盖 6 滑动连接在支架 7 外,不仅可以起到保护烟油瓶 2 的作用,还可以方便用户对烟油瓶 2 内剩余的烟油量进行观测,以便及时对烟油瓶 2 进行更换。
以下结合图 8 所示的实施例对该电子烟的保护盖 6 、支架 7 ,及滑动机构 8 的具体结构进行详细说明。
由图 7 所示可知,保护盖 6 包括盖体 61 ,及分别形成于盖体 61 两侧的两个滑行部 62 。其中,盖体 61 套设在支架 7 外,并与支架 7 的外形尺寸相适配,本实施例中,盖体 61 大致为' U '型板状结构;每一滑行部 62 大致为条形板状,该条形板的一侧与盖体 61 固定连接,两个滑行部 62 均可以采用粘接、焊接或一体成型的方式固定在盖体 61 上。
进一步的,滑行部 62 上开设有定位孔 63 ,定位孔 63 主要用于连接保护盖 6 和支架 7 ,并 用以限定保护盖 6 的滑行距离, 避免保护盖 6 在滑动的过程中脱落。
由图 5 所示可知,支架 7 包括主体 71 ,及分别形成于主体 71 两侧的两个滑槽 72 。其中,雾化组件 3 和烟油瓶 2 可拆卸的连接在主体 71 内,电池组件 4 与烟油瓶 2 并列设置在主体 71 内。通过将电池组件 4 与烟油瓶 2 并列设置,使得电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好。此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求。且在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断。
图 1 所示的吸烟端 1 的吸嘴与主体 71 可拆卸的连接,吸烟端 1 也可由该主体 71 的端部延伸一体化形成,吸烟端 1 与主体 71 的具体连接方式在此不做限定。本实施例中,吸嘴与主体 71 可拆卸的连接,可拆卸的吸嘴可使用户随时更换吸嘴或清洗吸嘴,不仅可以避免吸食到吸嘴内的烟油,也可以更好对主体 71 内的烟油进行清理。
此外,雾化组件 3 和烟油瓶 2 均可拆卸的连接在该主体 71 内,雾化组件 3 的一端收容在主体 71 内,另一端延伸至烟油瓶 2 内。且烟油瓶 2 外置于主体 71 ;通过将烟油瓶 2 外置于主体 71 ,可以方便观测烟油,并适时进行添加。同时,烟油瓶 2 可拆卸连接在主体 71 内,方便用户添加烟油或者更换不同口味的烟油瓶。
由图 6 所示可知,每一滑槽 72 的截面积大致呈' U '形,其主要包括相互平行的第一滑槽壁 73 和第二滑槽壁 74 ,及用于连接该第一滑槽壁 73 和第二滑槽壁 74 的连接侧壁 75 。 具体的,第一滑槽壁 73 和第二滑槽壁 74 与主体 71 为一体结构。
进一步的,第二滑槽壁 74 上设置有限位槽 76 ,该限位槽 76 沿保护盖 6 的滑行路径开设,其大致为长条形结构。
由图 8 所示可知,滑动机构 8 主要包括保护盖 6 上的滑行部 62 、支架 7 上的滑槽 72 ,及定位件 81 ,定位件 81 能沿着滑槽 72 上的限位槽 76 做往复运动。本实施例中,定位件 81 为定位螺钉,该定位螺钉穿过限位槽 76 与定位孔 63 固定连接,使得定位件 81 固定在保护盖 6 上,其中定位孔 63 内设置有用于与该定位螺钉相适配的内螺纹(图上未示出)。为了避免定位螺钉从限位槽 76 中脱落,限位槽 76 的宽度要小于定位螺钉的螺帽的直径。
向上推动保护盖 6 时,保护盖 6 带动定位件 81 移动,使得定位件 81 沿着限位槽 76 向上移动;当定位件 81 移动到限位槽 76 的顶端(结合图 1 所示),限位槽 76 限制定位件 81 和保护盖 6 继续向上滑动,可以避免保护盖 6 脱落。同理,向下推动保护盖 6 时,保护盖 6 带动定位件 81 沿着限位槽 76 向下移动,当定位件 81 移动到限位槽 76 的底端(结合图 2 所示),限位槽 76 限制定位件 81 和保护盖 6 继续向下滑动,从而避免保护盖 6 脱落。
进一步的,为了更好的对保护盖 6 进行定位,可以在定位件 81 外套设一滑套 82 (如图 8 所示),该滑套 82 主要起到增强摩擦力的作用,使得定位件 81 在移动过程中可以在限位槽 76 的任意位置停止。因此,滑套 82 可以采用橡胶或塑胶等材质制得。
以下结合图 1 所示的实施例对该电子烟的电池组件 4 的具体结构进行详细说明。
由图 1 所示可知,电池组件 4 主要包括电池盖 41 、电池 42 、第一电极连接件、气流传感器和控制单元(图上均未标号)。
结合图 7 所示,电池盖 41 与支架 7 可卸的连接。具体的,如图 5 所示,支架 7 的侧壁上设置有与电池盖 41 相适配的开口(图上未标号),本实施例中,电池盖 41 与支架 7 扣合相连。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,电池盖 41 与支架 7 还可以采用其它的方式可拆卸的连接,如滑动连接等。进一步的,支架 7 内开设有用于纳置电池组件 4 的容纳腔(图上未标号)。
通过将支架 7 和电池盖 41 设置为可拆卸的结构,可以方便对滑动机构 8 进行组装,尤其是将定位件 81 固定连接在保护套 6 上时。
电池 42 纳置在该容纳腔内,并为雾化组件 3 和控制单元 44 提供工作所需的电源。
第一电极连接件连接在电池 42 的一端,其主要用于分别与电池 42 和雾化组件 3 电连接。本实施例中,第一电极连接件为现有技术中常见的电连接结构,在此不再赘述。
气流传感器位于容纳腔内靠近吸烟端 1 的一侧,其主要用于检测气流信号并生成脉冲信号。本实施例中,因气流传感器离吸烟端 1 位置较近,使得气流传感器感应用户吸烟动作的灵敏度提高,以方便用户更为有效的使用电子烟。
控制单元位于容纳腔内靠近吸烟端 1 的一侧,其分别与气流传感器和电池组件 4 电连接。控制单元主要用于接收气流传感器发出的信号、并根据接收的信号控制雾化组件 3 的工作状态。当然,也可以用按键开关代替所述气流传感器和控制单元以控制电池 42 是否为所述雾化组件 3 供电,在此不作限定。
可以理解的是,本实施例中电池组件 4 主要用于为雾化组件 3 提供工作所需的电源,其包括电池盖 41 、电池 42 、第一电极连接件、气流传感器和控制单元。本实施例对电池组件 4 的具体结构不作限定,只要其能为雾化组件 3 提供工作所需的电源即可。
以下结合图 9 所示的实施例对该电子烟的雾化组件 3 的具体结构进行详细说明。
由图 9 所示可知,雾化组件 3 包括电热丝组件 31 、导油机构 32 、第一连接件 33 和第二电极连接件 34 。
其中,电热丝组件 31 设置在烟油瓶 2 的加油口外侧,其主要包括导液绳,及缠绕于导液绳外表面的电热丝(图上均未标号),电热丝组件 31 主要用于对烟油瓶 2 内的烟油进行雾化,其固定安装在导油机构 32 上。本实施例中,电热丝组件 31 为现有技术中常见的电热丝结构。
导油机构 32 插设在烟油瓶 2 内、并用于将烟油瓶 2 内的烟油输送给电热丝组件 31 进行雾化。具体的,该导油机构 32 包括两端贯通的套管 321 ,及纳置在该套管 321 一端内且由吸油材料制成并 呈实心柱形 的导油件 322 ,所述电热丝组件 31 纳置在该套管 321 一端内,所述导油件 322 的外周面与所述套管 321 的内周面相贴合。所述套管 321 外位于所述烟油瓶 2 的加油口处套设有用于密封所述烟油瓶 2 的密封塞(图中未标号)。导油件 322 可采用导油棉、导油纤维等具有吸附作用的材料,在此不作限定;此外,所述电热丝组件 31 也可设置为纳置在该套管 321 内并位于所述烟油瓶 2 内等,在此不作限定。由于所述套管 321 内 设置有所述 导油件 322 ,且所述导油件 322 的外周面与所述套管 321 的内周面相贴合, 因而不仅导油效果好,而且防止倒立时烟油从所述套管321泄露出来。
套管 321 内具有导油件 322 的一端插设在烟油瓶 2 内以用于吸附存储在烟油瓶 2 内的烟油,并将烟油输送给电热丝组件 31 进行雾化,另一端抵接在第一连接件 33 上。
进一步的,套管 321 远离导油件 322 的一端上开设有通孔(图上未标号)和第一过气孔 53 (如图 4 所示),通孔(图上未标号)主要用于将电热丝组件 31 固定在套管 321 上;第一过气孔 62 主要用于供气流流通。
第一连接件 33 主要用于连接导油机构 32 和第二电极连接件 34 ,其中导油机构 32 的一端套设在第一连接件 33 内,第二电极连接件 34 套设在第一连接件 33 外。
第二电极连接件 34 固定在支架 7 内,并与支架 7 的内壁相抵接。第二电极连接件 34 主要用于与电池组件 4 电连接。进一步的,第二电极连接件 34 沿轴向开设有分别与吸烟端 1相连通的、用于供气流流通的第二过气孔 54 (如图 4 所示),该第二过气孔 54 与套管 321 上的第一过气孔 53 相连通,并共同构成了烟雾通道 5 的一部分。
可以理解的是,本实施例中雾化组件 3 主要用于雾化烟油瓶内的烟油,其包括电热丝组件 31 、导油机构 32 、第一连接件 33 和第二电极连接件 34 。本实施例对雾化组件 3 的具体结构不作限定,只要其能雾化烟油瓶内的烟油即可。
以下结合图 2 所示的实施例对该电子烟的烟雾通道 5 的具体结构进行详细说明。
由图 2 所示可知,烟雾通道 5 包括第一进气口 51 、第二进气口 52 、第一过气孔 53 、第二过气孔 54 和吸烟端 1 内的出气口 55 。
本实施例中,进气口 51 为保护盖 6 与支架 7 滑接面上的间隙,使得保护盖 6 与支架 7 之间形成可供空气流流入的第一进气口 51 。
进一步的,如图 2 所示,烟油瓶 2 与支架 7 之间形成有用于供气流流通,并与第一进气口 51 相连通的间隙,该间隙构成第二进气口 52 。空气通过第一进气口 51 和第二进气口 52 后,依次流经第一过气孔 53 和第二过气孔 54 ,最后经由出气口 55 流出供使用者吸食。 此外,结合图 1 所示,第二进气口 52 还可以开设在支架 7 的侧壁上。图 2 中箭头的指向形成的路径即为该烟雾通道 5 的路径。
由图 2 所示可知,第一进气口 51 设置在保护盖 6 的边缘,可防止人手抓电子烟时堵住该第一进气口 51 。
以下结合图 1 所示的实施例对该电子烟的烟油瓶 2 的具体结构进行详细说明。
烟油瓶 2 为透光体。由图 1 所示可知,烟油瓶 2 可拆卸连接在支架 7 内,烟油瓶 2 内部设置有密封容置腔,该容置腔内部密封存储有烟油。为了使用户能够掌握烟油瓶 2 内部烟油的剩余量,可以将该烟油瓶 2 采用透明材质制得,即用户可以通过透明的烟油瓶 2 来随时掌握电子烟的剩余烟油量,便于用户及时更换烟油瓶 2 。
较佳的是,所述烟油瓶 2 可为玻璃瓶。由于玻璃材质性质较稳定,避免因发生化学反应等情况而影响烟油味。
优选地,该玻璃制成的烟油瓶 2 的外周壁上设置有刻度,从而使得用户可估计出剩余烟油量可供吸食的时长,方便用户使用。
进一步地,在所述烟油瓶 2 外套设有保护套(图中未示出),以避免所述玻璃材质的烟油瓶 2 因跌落而破碎的情况。
优选地,所述保护套上设置有烟油观察窗(图中未示出),以使用户通过该观察窗观察烟油瓶 2 内剩余的烟油量。
组装上述电子烟时,首先将雾化组件 3 、电池组件 4 以及烟油瓶 2 分别进行组装;其次,分别将雾化组件 3 、电池组件 4 以及烟油瓶 2 固定安装在支架 7 内;第三,通过定位件 81 将保护盖 6 与支架 7 固定连接;最后,将电池盖 77 与支架 7 固定连接。
图 10 示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的电子烟,该电子烟与实施例之一的不同之处在于,限位槽 76 的两端分别固定连接有磁性吸合机构 83 ,本实施例中,该磁性吸合机构 83 为磁铁。
当保护盖 6 带动定位件 81 滑动到限位槽 76 的一端时,磁性吸合机构 83 吸住定位件 81 ,使保护盖 6 保持在该位置,以更好的对保护盖 6 进行定位。此外,保护盖 6 在滑动过程中阻力较小,方便滑动。
图 11 示出了本发明较佳实施例之三提供的电子烟,该电子烟与实施例之一的不同之处在于,定位件 81 为定位弹片,且该定位弹片固定在限位槽 76 的两端。
如图 12 所示,该定位弹片包括固定部 84 ,及从固定部 84 的一端折弯延伸的抵持部 85 。其中,固定部 84 固定在限位槽 76 的两端部,抵持部 85 穿过限位槽 76 抵接至保护盖 6 的定位孔 63 内。
当保护盖 6 位于最下端或最上端时,抵持部 85 恰好卡持在定位孔 63 内,以保持保护盖 6 的位置,实现定位弹片对保护盖 6 的定位。此外,保护盖 6 在滑动过程中阻力较小,方便滑动。
综上所述,使用如上实施例提供的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
( 1 )通过在支架外滑动连接一保护盖,可以保护烟油瓶不受损坏,及保持油瓶外面干净和减少油瓶受外力的冲击,使得烟油瓶在无需更换的状态下始终收纳在保护盖内,避免烟油瓶始终外露导致的烟油瓶易损坏或易污染的现象。
( 2 )通过将所述烟油瓶设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端的一端,因而烟雾通道不穿过储油区域,能够有效避免因烟油渗入到烟雾通道上产生的漏油、烟雾受到烟油吸热而冷凝以及容易受到挤压而使烟油进入烟雾通道内以致被用户吸食等危害,并且烟油瓶可拆卸连接并外置于电子烟本体上,可以方便用户添加烟油或者更换不同口味的烟油瓶,避免了现有技术中烟油容易添加到烟雾通道内,以致雾化组件不能工作或用户由此吸食到烟油的情况。
( 3 )进气口设置在保护盖的边缘,可防止人手抓电子烟时堵住该进气口。
( 4 )通过将电池组件与烟油瓶并列设置,使得电子烟结构设计巧妙,电子烟长度短,方便携带,且机械强度较好。此外,这样的电子烟直径更大,增加吸食、拿捏的乐趣,较适合经常吸食雪茄等大直径烟的吸烟者的心理需求。且在受到外力作用下时,电子烟不容易折断。
( 5 )电子烟中的吸烟端可拆卸地连接在支架上,从而方便用户拆卸该吸烟端进行清洗。
虽然本发明是通过具体实施例进行说明的,本领域技术人员应当明白,在不脱离本发明范围的情况下,还可以对本发明进行各种变换及等同替代。另外,针对特定情形或材料,可以对本发明做各种修改,而不脱离本发明的范围。因此,本发明不局限于所公开的具体实施例,而应当包括落入本发明权利要求范围内的全部实施方式。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端( 1 )、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶( 2 )、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件( 3 )以及与所述雾化组件( 3 )电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件( 3 )供电的电池组件( 4 );所述烟油瓶( 2 )设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端( 1 )的一端,所述电池组件( 4 )与所述烟油瓶( 2 )并列设置;
    所述烟油瓶( 2 )可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,所述电子烟本体上连接有用于盖设在所述烟油瓶( 2 )上、并与所述电子烟本体滑动连接的保护盖( 6 )。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件( 3 )包括设置在所述烟油瓶( 2 )的加油口外侧 并电连接至所述电池组件(4) 的电热丝组件( 31 ),以及插设在所述烟油瓶( 2 )内的用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 31 )进行雾化的导油机构( 32 );
    所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端( 1 )的用于供所述电热丝组件( 31 )雾化烟油形成的烟雾排出的烟雾通道( 5 )。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括支架( 7 ),所述电池组件( 4 )安装在所述支架( 7 )内,所述雾化组件( 3 )安装在所述支架( 7 )与所述吸烟端( 1 )相邻的一端并与所述烟油瓶( 2 )同轴设置,所述烟油瓶( 2 )与所述支架( 7 )可拆卸的连接。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括设置在所述保护盖( 6 )与支架( 7 )上的滑动机构( 8 ),所述保护盖( 6 )通过所述滑动机构( 8 )与所述支架( 7 )滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滑动机构( 8 )包括形成于所述保护盖( 6 )两侧的滑行部( 62 )、形成于所述支架( 7 )两侧的与所述滑行部( 62 )相适配的滑槽( 72 ),及与所述滑行部( 62 )可拆卸连接并用以限定所述保护盖( 6 )的滑行距离的定位件( 81 ),所述定位件( 81 )与所述支架( 7 )相连。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滑行部( 62 )上开设有用于与所述定位件( 81 )可拆卸连接的定位孔( 63 ),所述定位件( 81 )为固定在所述支架( 7 )上的定位弹片;当所述保护盖( 6 )滑动到预设距离时,所述定位弹片插入所述定位孔( 63 )内。
  7. 根据权利要求 5 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述滑槽( 72 )包括相互平行的第一滑槽壁( 73 )和第二滑槽壁( 74 ),及用于连接所述第一滑槽壁( 73 )和第二滑槽壁( 74 )的连接侧壁( 75 );所述第二滑槽壁( 74 )上开设有限位槽( 76 ),所述定位件( 81 )与所述限位槽( 76 )活动插接相连。
  8. 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述保护盖( 6 )与所述支架( 7 )滑接面上的间隙形成与所述烟雾通道( 5 )相连通的第一进气口( 51 )。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体还包括用于阻碍所述保护盖( 6 )在电子烟本体上任意滑动的磁性吸合机构( 83 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述磁性吸合机构( 83 )为磁铁。
  11. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述雾化组件( 3 )可拆卸的连接在所述支架( 7 )内,所述雾化组件( 3 )还包括用于 分别与所述电热丝组件( 31 )和所述电池组件( 4 )电连接的第二电极连接件( 34 ) 。
  12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导油机构( 32 )包括套管( 321 ) 及纳置在该套管 ( 321 ) 内的导油件 ( 322 ),所述套管( 321 )开设有供气流流通并连通至电子烟本体外的第一过气孔( 53 ) ,所述导油件 ( 322 ) 的外周面与所述套管 ( 321 ) 的内周面相贴合 ;所述第二电极连接件( 34 )开设有分别与所述吸烟端( 1 )和第一过气孔( 53 )相连通的第二过气孔( 54 )。
  13. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述支架( 7 )内设置有用于收容所述电池组件( 4 )的容纳腔,所述电池组件( 4 )包括与所述支架( 7 )可拆卸连接的电池盖( 41 ),及纳置在所述容纳腔内的用于为所述雾化组件( 3 )供电的电池( 42 )及 分别与所述电池( 42 )和所述雾化组件( 3 )电连接的 第一电极连接件。
  14. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶( 2 )为透光体。
  15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟油瓶( 2 )外置于所述支架( 11 )上。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸烟端( 1)包括吸嘴,所述吸嘴可拆卸连接在所述电子烟本体上。
  17. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述雾化组件( 3 )包括 电连接至所述电池组件(4) 的电热丝组件( 31 ),以及插设在所述烟油瓶( 2 )内的用于将烟油输送给所述电热丝组件( 31 )进行雾化的导油机构( 32 );
    所述导油机构( 32 )包括套管( 321 ) 及纳置在该套管 ( 321 ) 内的由吸油材料制成的导油件 ( 322 ),所述电热丝组件( 31 ) 纳置 在所述套管( 321 )内 ,所述导油件 ( 322 ) 的外周面与所述套管 ( 321 ) 的内周面相贴合; 所述电子烟本体内形成有连通至所述吸烟端( 1 )的用于供所述电热丝组件( 31 )雾化烟油形成的烟雾排出的烟雾通道( 5 )。
  18. 根据权利要求 17 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述导油件 ( 322 )呈实心柱形结构。
  19. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟本体,其特征在于,所述电子烟本体设置有吸烟端( 1 )、用于储存烟油的烟油瓶( 2 )、用于雾化所述烟油的雾化组件( 3 )以及与所述雾化组件( 3 )电连接的并用于为所述雾化组件( 3 )供电的电池组件( 4 );所述烟油瓶( 2 )设置于所述电子烟本体的远离所述吸烟端( 1 )的一端,所述电池组件( 4 )与所述烟油瓶( 2 )并列设置;
    所述烟油瓶( 2 )可拆卸连接并外置于所述电子烟本体上,所述电子烟本体上滑动连接有用于盖设在所述烟油瓶( 2 )上、并能够沿所述电子烟本体的轴向进行滑动的保护盖( 6 );
    所述电子烟本体还包括支架( 7 ),及设置在所述保护盖( 6 )与支架( 7 )上的滑动机构( 8 ),所述保护盖( 6 )通过所述滑动机构( 8 )与所述支架( 7 )滑动连接;
    其中,所述滑动机构( 8 )包括形成于所述保护盖( 6 )两侧的滑行部( 62 )、形成于所述支架( 7 )两侧的并与所述滑行部( 62 )相适配的滑槽( 72 ),及与所述滑行部( 62 )可拆卸连接并用以限定所述保护盖( 6 )的滑行距离的定位件( 81 ),所述定位件( 81 )与所述支架( 7 )相连;所述滑行部( 62 )上开设有用于与所述定位件( 81 )可拆卸连接的定位孔( 63 );所述滑槽( 72 )包括相互平行的第一滑槽壁( 73 )和第二滑槽壁( 74 ),及用于连接所述第一滑槽壁( 73 )和第二滑槽壁( 74 )的连接侧壁( 75 ),所述第二滑槽壁( 74 )上开设有限位槽( 76 ),所述定位件( 81 )与所述限位槽( 76 )活动插接相连。
