Description

电池组件及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电池组件及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟包括电池组件和雾化组件。现有技术中的电子烟包括一次性电子烟和非一次性电子烟。一次性电子烟通常不具备充电功能,而在使用时往往不能将其内部的烟油充分使用完毕,从而造成浪费。非一次性电子烟中的电池组件可拆卸地连接在雾化组件上,电池组件的充电端口为电池组件中与雾化组件相连接的电极连接件。当给电池组件充电时,则需要将雾化组件从电池组件中拆卸下来,再对电池组件进行充电,其充电原理请参阅图1所示。而采用上述充电方式,操作费时费力,且时间长了容易造成连接处磨损松动;再者,取下雾化组件后容易造成雾化组件的遗失,给用户的使用带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种充电操作方便的电池组件及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括外套管以及安装在所述外套管内的电池;所述电池包括第一电极以及第二电极;所述电池组件还包括电连接至所述第一电极的第一充电电极,以及电连接至所述 第二电极的第二充电电极;所述第一充电电极为安装在所述外套管端部的端盖;所述第一充电电极与所述第二充电电极用于与外接的充电器连接。
在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述端盖由金属、导电塑胶以及导电硅胶中的任意一种制成。
在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述电池组件还包括连接所述端盖与所述第一电极的第一电连接件;所述第一电连接件插装在所述端盖位于所述外套管内部的一端。
在本发明所述的电池组件中,所述端盖包括插装在所述外套管端部的盖体,以及设置在所述盖体远离所述电池的端面的导电层;所述导电层与所述第一电极电连接。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2以及图3所示,本发明提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之一中,所述电池组件用于与雾化组件13组合形成电子烟。该电池组件包括外套管1、电池2、端盖3、第二充电电极4、绝缘套5、第一电连接件6、控制模块7以及气流传感器8。
如图2以及图4所示,外套管1大致为中空的圆柱状结构。电池2包括第一电极21以及第二电极22,该电池12安装在外套管1的内部。本实施例中,第一电极21为电池2的正极,第二电极22为电池2的负极。第一电极21与第二电极22分别可与电子烟的雾化组件13实现电连接,从而可驱动雾化组件13工作以产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。
如图2以及图4所示,端盖3大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其安装在外套管1的端部。该端盖3为第一充电电极,其与第一电极21电连接。本实施例中,端盖3由金属、导电塑胶以及导电硅胶中的任意一种制成。端盖3可以采用灯帽组件的结构,同时端盖3内侧设置有电连接至控制模块7并用于模仿烟草燃烧的灯具,当雾化组件13处于工作状态时,该端盖3将灯光导出以指示雾化组件13处于工作状态。在本发明的其它实施例中,该端盖3亦可以采用密封盖的结构,同时能够对电池组件起到密封作用。
如图4所示,第二充电电极4大致为圆柱的阶梯状结构,其穿过端盖3与第二电极22实现电连接。该实施例中,第二充电电极4通过焊接导线的方式与第二电极22实现电连接。
如图2所示,绝缘套5安装在端盖3与第二充电电极4之间,以实现两者的电性绝缘。端盖3、第二充电电极4以及绝缘套5三者远离电池2的端面共同形成一平整表面。本实施例中,端盖3位于外套管1外部的一端为弧形结构,相应地,第二充电电极4以及绝缘套5位于外套管1外部的一端均为弧形结构,且端盖3、第二充电电极4以及绝缘套5三者共同形成一平整的弧形面。
如图2以及图4所示,第一电连接件6大致为条状结构,该第一电连接件6一端与端盖3电连接,另一端与第一电极21电连接。第一电连接件6插装在端盖3位于外套管1内部的一端,以实现与端盖3的电连接。本实施例中,第一电连接件6同样采用焊接导线的方式与第一电极21电连接。
如图2以及图3所示,控制模块7的输出端与雾化组件13连接,可用于控制雾化组件13工作。第一电极21以及第二电极22分别与控制模块7电连接,以实现对控制模块7的供电。当外接的充电器100对电池2进行充电时,控制模块7能够断开电池2与雾化组件13的电连接,从而可防止充电时雾化组件13工作产生烟雾。气流传感器8与控制模块7连接,当所述电池组件与雾化组件13连接并正常工作时,控制模块7根据气流传感器8感应的气流信号控制电池2对雾化组件13进行供电,以控制雾化组件13产生烟雾。
使用如上所述的电子烟时,由于所述电池组件采用第一充电电极为安装在外套管1端部的端盖3的结构,在对所述电池组件进行充电时只需将端盖3、第二充电电极4插装在外接的充电器100中即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间。
如图5以及图6所示,本发明提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之二中,电池组件与实施例之一所不同之处在于第二充电电极4的形状与构造。本实施例中,所述电池组件还包括支架9。支架9大致为中空的圆柱状结构,其插装在外套管1的端部。端盖3安装在支架9上,该支架9采用绝缘材料制成,以实现端盖3与第二充电电极4之间的电性绝缘。支架9开设有朝向外套管1内壁开口的安装槽91。外套管1开设有与安装槽91相对的缺口。第二充电电极4大致为L形的块状结构,其卡持在安装槽91与缺口之间。
如图7所示,本发明提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之三中,电池组件与实施例之二所不同之处在于端盖3的形状与构造,以及连接端盖3与第一电极21的结构。本实施例中,所述电池组件还包括第二电连接件10,该第二电连接件1大致为条状结构,其用于替换第一电连接件6的结构。端盖3包括插装在外套管1端部的盖体31,以及设置在盖体31远离电池2的端面的导电层32。该实施例中,导电层32为喷涂在盖体31远离电池2的端面的导电漆或者电镀在盖体31远离电池2的端面的电镀层。第二电连接件10插装在盖体31位于外套管1内部的一端并与导电层32相互抵接,从而实现第二电连接件10与导电层32之间的电连接。第二电连接件10同样采用焊接导线的方式与第一电极21实现电连接。
如图8所示,基于上述电池组件的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟。所述电子烟的较佳实施例之一中,电子烟包括如上实施例所述的电池组件,以及安装在外套管1内部的雾化组件13。本实施例中的所述电子烟即为常见的一次性电子烟。
如图9所示,本发明提供的电子烟的较佳实施例之二中,电子烟与上述电子烟的实施例之一所不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括电池套管11以及可拆卸地连接在电池套管11上的雾化套管12。电池套管11与雾化套管12采用螺纹连接的方式进行连接。电池2安装在电池套管11内,端盖3安装在电池套管11远离雾化套管12的端部,雾化组件13安装在雾化套管12内。在本发明的其它实施例中,电池套管11与雾化套管12亦可采用其它的可拆卸连接方式,例如卡扣连接等。
使用如上所述的电子烟时,由于所述电池组件采用第一充电电极为安装在外套管1端部的端盖3的结构,在对所述电子烟进行充电时只需将端盖3、第二充电电极4插装在充电器100中即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间;再者,由于充电操作时不需要将电池套管11与雾化套管12分离,保证了电池套管11与雾化套管12之间的可靠连接,给用户带来了诸多方便。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件(13)组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括外套管(1)以及安装在所述外套管(1)内的电池(2);所述电池(2)包括第一电极(21)以及第二电极(22);其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括电连接至所述第一电极(21)的第一充电电极,以及电连接至所述第二电极(22)的第二充电电极(4);所述第一充电电极为安装在所述外套管(1)端部的端盖(3);所述第一充电电极与所述第二充电电极(4)用于与外接的充电器(100)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)由金属、导电塑胶以及导电硅胶中的任意一种制成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括连接所述端盖(3)与所述第一电极(21)的第一电连接件(6);所述第一电连接件(6)插装在所述端盖(3)位于所述外套管(1)内部的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)包括插装在所述外套管(1)端部的盖体(31),以及设置在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的导电层(32);所述导电层(32)与所述第一电极(21)电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述导电层(32)为喷涂在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的导电漆或者电镀在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的电镀层。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括连接所述导电层(32)与所述第一电极(21)的第二电连接件(10);所述第二电连接件(10)插装在所述盖体(31)位于所述外套管(1)内部的一端并与所述导电层(32)相互抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)穿过所述端盖(3)与所述第二电极(22)实现电连接;所述第二充电电极(4) 与所述端盖(3)电性隔离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述端盖(3)与所述第二充电电极(4)之间的绝缘套(5);所述端盖(3)、所述第二充电电极(4)以及所述绝缘套(5)三者远离所述电池(2)的端面共同形成一平整表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括插装在所述外套管(1)端部的支架(9);所述端盖(3)安装在所述支架(9)上;所述支架(9)开设有朝向所述外套管(1)内壁开口的安装槽(91);所述外套管(1)开设有与所述安装槽(91)相对的缺口;所述第二充电电极(4)卡持在所述安装槽(91)与所述缺口之间。
  10. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件;所述电池组件包括外套管(1)以及安装在所述外套管(1)内的电池(2);所述电池(2)包括第一电极(21)以及第二电极(22);所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)内的雾化组件(13);其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括电连接至所述第一电极(21)的第一充电电极,以及电连接至所述第二电极(22)的第二充电电极(4);所述第一充电电极为安装在所述外套管(1)端部的端盖(3);所述第一充电电极与所述第二充电电极(4)用于与外接的充电器(100)连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括电池套管(11)以及可拆卸地连接在所述电池套管(11)上的雾化套管(12);所述电池(2)安装在所述电池套管(11)内;所述端盖(3)安装在所述电池套管(11)远离所述雾化套管(12)的端部;所述雾化组件(13)安装在所述雾化套管(12)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)由金属、导电塑胶以及导电硅胶中的任意一种制成。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括连接所述端盖(3)与所述第一电极(21)的第一电连接件(6);所述第一电连接件(6)插装在所述端盖(3)位于所述外套管(1)内部的一端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述端盖(3)包括插装在所述外套管(1)端部的盖体(31),以及设置在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的导电层(32);所述导电层(32)与所述第一电极(21)电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述导电层(32)为喷涂在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的导电漆或者电镀在所述盖体(31)远离所述电池(2)的端面的电镀层。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括连接所述导电层(32)与所述第一电极(21)的第二电连接件(10);所述第二电连接件(10)插装在所述盖体(31)位于所述外套管(1)内部的一端并与所述导电层(32)相互抵接。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)穿过所述端盖(3)与所述第二电极(22)实现电连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述端盖(3)与所述第二充电电极(4)之间的绝缘套(5);所述端盖(3)、所述第二充电电极(4)以及所述绝缘套(5)三者远离所述电池(2)的端面共同形成一平整表面。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括插装在所述外套管(1)端部的支架(9);所述端盖(3)安装在所述支架(9)上;所述支架(9)开设有朝向所述外套管(1)内壁开口的安装槽(91);所述外套管(1)开设有与所述安装槽(91)相对的缺口;所述第二充电电极(4)卡持在所述安装槽(91)与所述缺口之间。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括用于控制所述雾化组件(13)工作的控制模块(7);所述第一电极(21)以及所述第二电极(22)分别与所述控制模块(7)电连接; 所述充电器(100)对所述电池(2)进行充电时,所述控制模块(7)断开所述电池(2)与所述雾化组件(13)的电连接。
