本实施例中,请参阅图3、图4所示,连接件8包括连接本体81、第一通孔82、第二通孔83、以及安装孔84。连接本体81为圆柱体的结构,其中心位置设置有安装孔84,其套设在第一电极连接件4上,该安装孔84的尺寸与第一电极连接件4的尺寸相适配。第一电极连接件4伸出该安装孔84一定的距离。第一通孔82与第二通孔83设置在连接本体81上,并关于安装孔84的中心轴成轴对称。第一通孔82与第二通孔83的截面为圆形或方形。可以理解的是,第一通孔82与第二通孔83并不局限于上述位置关系,第一通孔82与第二通孔83的截面形状亦可有其它的选择,如多边形、腰形以及不规则图形等。
第一电极6远离发热丝5的一端穿过第一通孔82与第一电极连接件4电连接。第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端穿过第二通孔83与第二电极连接件2电连接。该实施例中,第一通孔82与第二通孔83上远离发热丝5的端部与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面相对设置,以实现各电连接组件之间的电气隔离。
优选地,如图5所示,第二电极连接件2上靠近发热丝5的一端设置有用于安装连接件8的开口槽22,该开口槽22与连接本体81的外形尺寸相适配。开口槽22的底壁221所在的平面与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面所在的平面相互齐平。连接件8设置在第一电极连接件4上靠近发热丝5的一端与第二电极连接件2上靠近发热丝5的一端之间时,连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面分别与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面、底壁221相互抵接。
第一电极6远离发热丝5的一端尾部夹持在安装孔84的内壁841与第一电极连接件4的外壁之间,可以理解为:第一电极6远离发热丝5的一端穿过第一通孔82,并夹持在连接件8的上远离发热丝5的端面与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面之间,且第一电极6远离发热丝5的一端尾部夹持在内壁841与第一电极连接件4的外壁之间并实现与第一电极连接件4的电连接。此时,第一电极6可牢固地与第一电极连接件4保持连接,在使用过程不容易产生脱落。
第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端尾部夹持在连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面与开口槽22的底壁221之间,可以理解为:第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端穿过第二通孔83,并夹持在连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面之间,且第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端尾部夹持在连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面与开口槽22的底壁221之间并实现与第二电极连接件2的电连接。此时,第二电极7可牢固地与第二电极连接件2保持连接,在使用过程不容易产生脱落。在另一实施例中,第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端尾部夹持在开口槽22的侧壁222与连接件的外侧壁811之间,可以理解为:第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端穿过第二通孔83,并夹持在连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面与绝缘环3上靠近连接件8的端面之间以及连接件8上远离发热丝5的端面与开口槽22的底壁221之间,且第二电极7远离发热丝5的一端尾部延伸至开口槽22的侧壁222与连接件的外侧壁811之间并相互抵接。与前一实施例中第二电极7的安装方式相比,该实施例中,第二电极7与第二电极连接件2之间的连接更加牢固可靠。
为了使连接件8与第一电极连接件4之间的装配更加稳固,内壁841设置有第一防滑凸起(图未示)。该第一防滑凸起能够增加连接件8与第一电极连接件4之间的摩擦力,从而使连接件8牢固地套设在第一电极连接件4上靠近发热丝5的一端。
本实施例中,如图2、图5所示,第二电极连接件2的外圆周侧面设置有环形凹槽23,环形凹槽23中安装有与雾化套1内壁相抵接的密封圈9。该密封圈9具有良好的弹性,设置在雾化套1与第二电极连接件2之间起到密封作用,可以防止烟油流出。
基于上述电子烟雾化器的结构,本发明还提出了一种电子烟,其包括电池组件、以及上述实施例任意所述的电子烟雾化器。该电子烟雾化器采用连接件8的结构以实现第一电极6、第二电极7分别与第一电极连接件4、第二电极连接件2之间的电连接,在装配 第一、第二电极连接件过程中操作简便,且第一、第二电极在使用过程中不易脱落,其接触性能稳定可靠。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括雾化套(1)、安装在所述雾化套(1)一端的第一电极连接件(4)与第二电极连接件(2)、安装在所述第一电极连接件(4)与所述第二电极连接件(2)之间用于实现电气隔离的绝缘环(3)、安装在所述雾化套(1)内部的发热丝(5)、以及分别连接在所述发热丝(5)两端的第一电极(6)与第二电极(7);其特征在于:所述电子烟雾化器还包括设置在所述第一电极连接件(4)与所述第二电极连接件(2)之间的电绝缘的连接件(8);所述连接件(8)与所述绝缘环(3)上靠近所述发热丝(5)的一端相邻;
    所述第一电极(6)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端夹持在所述连接件(8)与所述第一电极连接件(4)之间并与所述第一电极连接件(4)电连接;所述第二电极(7)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端夹持在所述连接件(8)与所述第二电极连接件(2)之间并与所述第二电极连接件(2)电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(8)包括连接本体(81)、设置在所述连接本体(81)上的第一通孔(82)与第二通孔(83);
    所述第一电极(6)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端穿过所述第一通孔(82)与所述第一电极连接件(4)电连接;所述第二电极(7)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端穿过所述第二通孔(83)与所述第二电极连接件(2)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二电极连接件(2)上靠近所述发热丝(5)的一端设置有用于安装所述连接件(8)的开口槽(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述开口槽(22)的底壁(221)所在的平面与所述绝缘环(3)上靠近所述连接件(8)的端面所在的平面相互齐平;所述连接件(8)上远离所述发热丝(5)的端面分别与所述绝缘环(3)上靠近所述连接件(8)的端面、所述底壁(221)相互抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一通孔(82)与所述第二通孔(83)上远离所述发热丝(5)的端部与所述绝缘环(3)上靠近所述连接件(8)的端面相对设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(8)还包括安装孔(84);所述安装孔(84)套设在所述第一电极连接件(4)上;
    所述第一电极(6)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端尾部折弯并夹持在所述安装孔(84)的内壁(841)与所述第一电极连接件(4)的外壁之间;所述第二电极(7)远离所述发热丝(5)的一端尾部折弯并夹持在所述连接件(8)上远离所述发热丝(5)的端面与所述开口槽(22)的底壁(221)之间或者夹持在所述开口槽(22)的侧壁(222)与所述连接件的外侧壁(811)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述内壁(841)设置有第一防滑凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接本体(81)为圆柱体;所述第一通孔(82)与所述第二通孔(83)的截面为圆形或方形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(8)的外侧壁(811)设置有第二防滑凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件(8)采用软胶材料制成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二电极连接件(2)的外圆周侧面设置有环形凹槽(23);所述环形凹槽(23)中安装有与所述雾化套(1)内壁相抵接的密封圈(9)。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件;其特征在于:所述电子烟还包括权利要求1~11任一项所述的电子烟雾化器。
