具体在本实施方式中,电源杆 1 上设置电池套 11 ,第一连接件 3 设置在电池套 11 内;雾化器 2
上设有雾化套 21 ,第二连接件 4 设置在雾化套 21 内,通过第一连接件 3 与第二连接件 4 的旋转扣合实现电源杆 1 和雾化器 2 的连接,并使电池套
11 和雾化套 21 可拆卸地连接。
第一连接件 3 包括旋扣装置 30 、第一外电极 32 、第一绝缘件 34 和第一内电极 35
,其中第一绝缘件 34 设置在第一外电极 32 与第一内电极 35 之间,以使第一外电极 32 与第一内电极 35 电性隔离,即第一外电极 32 和第一内电极
35 之间相互绝缘,且第一外电极 32 和第一内电极 35 均具有导电功能。旋扣装置 30 固定在第一外电极 32 上并可相对第一外电极 32 旋转。
如图 3 所示,第一外电极 32 大体为中空的圆筒状,包括筒体 321 及相对筒体 321 径向延伸的凸沿
322 ,其中筒体 321 套设在电池套 11 内,凸沿 322 延伸至电池套 11 外且凸沿 322 与电池套 11
的端面之间设有一定间隙(未标出)。第一绝缘件 34 和第一内电极 35 依次套设在筒体 321 内,且第一绝缘件 34 设置在第一外电极 32 的筒体 321
与第一内电极 35 之间以使其电性隔离。
旋扣装置 30 包括用于旋转的旋转件 31 和扣接套 33 ,扣接套 33 套设在旋转件 31
内从而使扣接套 33 与旋转件 31 固定连接,并使扣接套 33 可随旋转件 31 同时旋转。优选地,旋扣装置 30
的外周面呈凹凸状,以增大摩擦,方便用户旋转该旋扣装置 30 。
旋转件 31 为两端开口的中空的圆筒状,旋转件 31 固定在电源杆 1 上并可相对电源杆 1
转动,且旋转件 31 的外径大于电源杆 1 的外径;旋转件 31 中空的圆筒形成供第二连接件 4 插入的对接槽 301 。本实施例中,旋转件 31
的一端可旋转地与电池套 11 的端部连接,旋转件 31 的外径大于电池套 11 的外径。旋转件 31 靠近电池套 11 的端面的内侧壁缩径形成凸起 311
,该凸起 311 卡置在凸沿 322 与电池套 11 之间形成的间隙内,且凸起 311 的两端面分别与凸沿 322 和电池套 11 的端面抵接,以使旋转件
31 与电池套 11 连接。优选地,旋转件 31 的外表面呈凹凸状,以增大旋转件 31 的摩擦力,方便用户旋转该旋转件 31 。可以理解,旋转件 31
的外表面也可以设置其它可以增大摩擦的纹理或图案等。
扣接套 33 也为两端开口的中空的圆筒状,且其厚度小于旋转件 31 的厚度。扣接套 33 套设在旋转件
31 内并与旋转件 31 固定连接,使扣接套 33 能随旋转件 31 同时旋转,具体地扣接套 33 固定在旋转件 31 远离凸起 311
的一侧内壁上。本实施例中,凸沿 322 插设在扣接套 33 与凸起 311 之间,且凸沿 322 的两端面分别与旋转件 31 和扣接套 33
抵接。本实施例中,扣接套 33 的内壁上设有至少一个扣接部 331 ,该扣接部 331 延伸至对接槽 301 内,且扣接部 331 为贯穿扣接套 33
整个内壁的凸面或凹面,即扣接部 331 是平面结构,并使由扣接套 33 的内壁向上凸起或向下凹陷形成的。本发明对扣接部 331
的个数不做限定,可以为一个或多个,当扣接部 331 的个数为多个时,该多个扣接部 331 间隔设置在扣接套 33 的内侧壁上。
扣接套 33 由银、铜等金属导电材料制成,具有导电功能。优选地扣接套 33 与旋转件 31
之间铆压固定,使扣接套 33 可以随旋转件 31 同时选装,可以理解,扣接套 33 与旋转件 31 还可以通过其它方式固定,如粘接。
可以理解,在其它实施方式中,扣接套 33 与旋转件 31 也可一体成型。
第二连接件 4 包括第二外电极 44 、第二绝缘件 42 和第二内电极 43 ,第二绝缘件 42
和第二内电极 43 依次套合在第二外电极 44 内,即第二绝缘件 42 设置在第二外电极 44 与第二内电极 43 之间,以使第二外电极 44 与第二内电极
43 之间电性隔离。其中第二外电极 44 与第二内电极 43 均匀金属材料制成,具有导电功能。
第二外电极 44 大体为中空的圆筒状,包括本体 441 和延伸部 442 ,其中本体 441 套设在雾化器
2 内,延伸部 442 设置在雾化器 2 外,且延伸部 442 的直径小于本体 441 的直径。本实施例中,本体 441 套设在雾化套 21 内,延伸部
442 延伸至雾化套 21 外,且延伸部 442 上靠近本体 441 的侧壁向下凹陷形成凹槽 45 ,且凹槽 45 沿延伸部 442 径向延伸,凹槽 45
的宽度大于扣接套 33 的厚度。延伸部 442 的侧壁上还开设有能与扣接部 331 接触贴合并轴向延伸至凹槽 45 的导向面 41 ,导向面 41 与扣接部
331 相适配,则导向面 41 为设置在延伸部 442 的侧壁上的凸面或凹面;可以理解当扣接部 331 为凸面时,导向面 41 为凹面,当扣接部 331
为凹面时,导向面 41 为凸面。通过导向面 41 与扣接部 331 的贴合,第二外电极 44 的延伸部 442 插入第一外电极 32 内,当第二外电极 44
完全插入第一外电极 32 时,扣接部 331 与凹槽 45 的位置相对应,即扣接套 33 与凹槽 45 的位置相对应,凹槽 45 形成供扣接套 33
旋转的空间,此时扣接套 33 可随旋转件 31 同时旋转。可以理解,凹槽 45 的宽度大于扣接套 33 的厚度,以形成容纳扣接套 33 的空间结构。
本发明第一实施例提供的电子烟,扣接部 331 与导向面 41 的个数均为一个,且扣接部 331
为凸面,导向面 41 为凹面。组装本实施例的电子烟时,通过将扣接部 331 对准导向面 41 ,使扣接部 331 与导向面 41 接触贴合,然后将延伸部
442 插入对接槽 301 内并轴向移动,当第二外电极 44 完全插入第一外电极 32 时,设置有扣接部 331 的扣接套 33 与凹槽 45
的位置相对应,然后旋转旋扣装置 30 使扣接套 33 与凹槽 45 扣接,此时,扣接部 331 与导向面 41 相互错开,使第二外电极 44 不能从第一外电极
32 内移出,从而将雾化器 2 与电源杆 1 连接起来,实现了雾化套 21 与电池套 11 的可拆卸地连接。由图 2 可以看出,组装后的电子烟,第一外电极
32 与第二外电极 44 通过扣接套 33 电接触,第一内电极 35 与第二内电极 43
电接触,两者分别与电池的正负极连接,从而实现电子烟内电流的流通,并未发热丝供热雾化烟油。
本发明的电子烟,将扣接部 331 对准导向面 41 ,使扣接部 331 与导向面 41
接触贴合,并将第二连接件 4 上的延伸部 442 插入对接槽 301 内并轴向移动,直至扣接套 33 与凹槽 45 的位置相对应,然后旋转旋扣装置 30
使扣接套 33 与旋转件 31 同时旋转,并使扣接套 33 与凹槽 45 扣接,此时,扣接部 331 与导向面 41 相互错开,使第二外电极 44
不能从第一外电极 32 内移出,从而将雾化器 2 与电源杆 1 连接起来。本发明的电子烟当将雾化器 2 插入电源杆 1 内后,只需旋转旋转件 31
即可实现雾化器 2 与电源杆 1
的连接,连接方式操作简单、设计新颖,易于组装,提高生产效率,便于拆卸,可方便用户更换雾化器,且机械强度好,并满足用户的个性化需求。
如图 4 、图 5 和图 6 所示,本发明第二实施例提供的电子烟,其与第一实施例的不同之处在于:扣接套
33 的内壁上的扣接部 331 的个数为两个,且该两个扣接部 331 间隔设置在扣接套 33 的内壁上,并相对于扣接套 33
的中轴线对称设置,则与其相贴合的第二外电极 44 上的导向面 41
的个数也为两个。本实施例的电子烟的组装原理与实施例一相同,这里不再赘述。可以理解,在其它实施例中,扣接部 331 的个数可以为更多个。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种电子烟,包括电源杆( 1 )及雾化器( 2 ),所述电源杆( 1 )与雾化器( 2 )的连接处设置有用于连接所述电源杆( 1 )和雾化器( 2 )的连接结构,所述连接结构包括第一连接件( 3 )和第二连接件( 4 ),其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 3 )包括可旋转的旋扣装置( 30 ),所述旋扣装置( 30 )设置有对接槽( 301 )及延伸至所述对接槽( 301 )内的至少一个扣接部( 331 ),所述第二连接件( 4 )上设有径向延伸的凹槽( 45 )及与所述扣接部( 331 )相适配并轴向延伸至所述凹槽( 45 )的导向面( 41 );组装所述电子烟时,将所述扣接部( 331 )对准所述导向面( 41 ),然后将所述旋扣装置( 30 )套设在所述第二连接件( 4 )上并轴向移动至所述凹槽( 45 )处,最后旋转所述旋扣装置( 30 )使所述扣接部( 331 )与所述凹槽( 45 )扣接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述旋扣装置( 30 )的外周面呈凹凸状。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述旋扣装置( 30 )包括用于旋转的旋转件( 31 )及与所述旋转件( 31 )固定连接的扣接套( 33 ),所述扣接部( 331 )设置在所述扣接套( 33 )的内壁上。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣接套( 33 )套设在所述旋转件( 31 )内并随所述旋转件( 31 )同时旋转。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣接套( 33 )的厚度小于所述凹槽( 45 )的宽度。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,当所述扣接部( 331 )为多个时,所述多个扣接部( 331 )间隔设置在所述扣接套( 33 )的内壁上。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 3 )还包括套设在所述旋扣装置( 30 )上并用于导电的第一外电极( 32 )及第一内电极( 35 ),所述第一外电极( 32 )与第一内电极( 35 )相互绝缘。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 3 )还包括第一绝缘件( 34 ),所述第一绝缘件( 34 )设置在所述第一外电极( 32 )与所述第一内电极( 35 )之间并用于电性隔离所述第一外电极( 32 )和第一内电极( 35 )。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极( 32 )包括套设在所述电源杆( 1 )内的筒体( 321 )和延伸至所述电源杆( 1 )外并相对所述筒体( 321 )径向延伸的凸沿( 322 );所述凸沿( 322 )与所述电源杆( 1 )的端面之间设有间隙,所述旋转件( 31 )靠近所述电源杆( 1 )的端面的内侧壁缩径形成凸起( 311 ),所述凸起( 311 )卡置于所述间隙内并与所述凸沿( 322 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凸沿( 322 )设置在所述扣接套( 33 )与所述凸起( 311 )之间,且所述扣接套( 33 )与所述凸沿( 322 )的一端面抵接,所述扣接部( 331 )为贯穿所述扣接套( 33 )整个内壁的凸面或凹面。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣接套( 33 )与所述旋转件( 31 )铆压固定。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述扣接套( 33 )由金属导电材料制成并分别与所述第一外电极( 32 )及所述第二连接件( 4 )电连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 4 )包括第二外电极( 44 )、依次套合在所述第二外电极( 44 )内的第二绝缘件( 42 )和第二内电极( 43 ),所述第二绝缘件( 42 )设置在所述第二外电极( 44 )与第二内电极( 43 )之间并用于电性隔离所述第二外电极( 44 )和所述第二内电极( 43 )。
- 根据权利要求 13 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二外电极( 44 )包括套设在所述雾化器( 2 )内的本体( 441 )及延伸至所述雾化器( 2 )外的延伸部( 442 ),所述延伸部( 442 )的直径小于所述本体( 441 )的直径,所述凹槽( 45 )由所述延伸部( 442 )靠近所述本体( 441 )的侧壁向下凹陷形成,所述导向面( 41 )设置在所述延伸部( 442 )的侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器( 2 )和电源杆( 1 )上分别设置有雾化套( 21 )和电池套( 11 ),所述第一连接件( 3 )或第二连接件( 4 )分别设置在所述雾化套( 21 )或电池套( 11 )上,通过所述第一连接件( 3 )和第二连接件( 4 )的连接使所述电池套( 11 )和所述雾化套( 21 )可拆卸地连接。
