Description

电池组件及电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及日用电子产品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电池组件及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟包括电池组件和雾化组件。现有技术中的电子烟包括一次性电子烟和非一次性电子烟。一次性电子烟通常不具备充电功能,而在使用时往往不能将其内部的烟油充分使用完毕,从而造成浪费。非一次性电子烟中的 电池组件可拆卸地连接在雾化组件上,电池组件的充电端口为电池组件中与雾化组件相连接的电极连接件。当给电池组件充电时,则需要将雾化组件从电池组件中拆卸下来,再对电池组件进行充电,其充电原理请参阅图1所示。而采用上述充电方式,操作费时费力,且时间长了容易造成连接处磨损松动;再者,取下雾化组件后容易造成雾化组件的遗失,给用户的使用带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种充电操作方便的电池组件及电子烟。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括外套管以及安装在所述外套管内的电池,所述电池包括第一电极以及第二电极;所述电池组件还包括安装在所述外套管的端部并电连接至所述第一电极的第一充电电极,以及安装在所述外套管外壁上并电连接至所述第二电极的第二充电电极;所述第一充电电极与所述第二充电电极用于与外接的充电器连接。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,本发明 提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之一中,所述电池组件用于与雾化组件(图未示)组合形成电子烟。该电池组件包括外套管1、电池2、第一充电电极3、第二充电电极4、灯帽5、控制模块6、第一导线7、第二导线8、气流传感器9、第一电极连接件11、第二电极连接件12及绝缘套13。
如图2以及图3所示,外套管1大致为 中空的圆柱状结构。电池2包括第一电极21以及第二电极22,该电池12安装在外套管1 的内部。本实施例中,第一电极21为电池2的正极,第二电极22为电池2的负极。第一电极21与第二电极22分别与雾化组件电连接,从而可 驱动雾化组件工作以产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。
如图2以及图3所示,第一充电电极3大致为圆柱的阶梯状结构,其安装在外套管1的端部并与第一电极21电连接。第二充电电极4安装在外套管1外壁上并与第二电极22电连接。第一充电电极3与第二充电电极4用于与外接的充电器10连接,以实现对所述电池组件的充电操作。

如图6并参阅图5所示,控制模块6包括第一电极端子61以及第二电极端子62。第一电极端子61与第二电极端子62作为控制模块6的输入端,电池2可通过第一电极端子61与第二电极端子62对控制模块6实现供电,即第一电极端子61与第一电极21电连接,第二电极端子62与第二电极22电连接。本实施例中,第一电极端子61与第一充电电极3相互抵接,以实现两者之间的电连接。控制模块6的输出端与雾化组件连接,可用于控制雾化组件工作。当充电器10对电池2进行充电时,控制模块6断开电池2与雾化组件的电连接,可防止充电时雾化组件工作产生烟雾。

如图3所示,第一电极连接件11与第二电极连接件12分别安装在外套管1的一端,且 第一电极连接件11与第二电极连接件12可分别对应与第一电极21、第二电极22实现电连接。电池2通过第一电极连接件11、第二电极连接件12 实现与雾化组件的电连接,从而可驱动雾化组件工作以产生供使用者吸食的烟雾。绝缘套13安装在 第一电极连接件11与第二电极连接件12之间,以实现二者的电气绝缘。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,第二充电电极4安装在外套管1外壁上并与第二电极22电连接。第二充电电极4与第二电极连接件12相互抵接,以实现二者之间的电连接。由于第二电极连接件12与 第二电极22电连接,从而使得第二充电电极4与第二电极22实现电连接。本实施例中, 第二充电电极4为套装在外套管1外壁的电极管(未标号),所述电极管由导电纸制成。该电极管的内径与外套管1的外径相适配,电极管的端部与第二电极连接件12相互抵接,且该电极管长度与外套管1的长度相等。为了使电极管稳固地安装在外套管1外壁上,该电极管与外套管1之间设置有粘接层(图未示)。粘接层用于将电极管粘接在外套管1上,该粘接层可以采用胶水、双面胶或树脂胶等。在本发明的另一实施例中,第二充电电极4为安装在外套管1外壁的电极片(图未示)。该电极片的端部与第二电极连接件12相互抵接。电极片的长度与外套管1的长度相等。该电极片亦可以采用粘接的方式固定安装在外套管1的外壁上。
如图6并参阅图3所示,灯帽5插装在外套管1的端部。第一导线7连接第一电极端子61与第一电极21,从而实现第一充电电极3与第一电极21之间的电连接。第二导线8依次连接第二电极端子62、第二电极22与第二电极连接件14,从而实现第二充电电极4与第二电极22之间的电连接。
使用如上所述的电池组件时,由于所述电池组件采用设置在外套管1端部的第一充电电极3以及设置在外套管1外壁上的第二充电电极4的结构,在对所述电池组件进行充电时只需将第一充电电极3、第二充电电极4插装在外接充电器中即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间。
如图7所示,本发明 提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之二中,该电池组件与实施例之一所不同之处在于第一充电电极3与灯帽5的安装结构。本实施例中,灯帽5上开设有用于第一充电电极3穿过的插装孔51。第一充电电极3与插装孔51之间形成承台结构。充电操作时,需要将充电器10伸入该承台结构内与第一充电电极3相互抵接。
如图8所示,本发明 提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之三中,该电池组件与实施例之一所不同之处同样在于第一充电电极3与灯帽5的安装结构。本实施例中,灯帽5上开设有用于第一充电电极3穿过的插装孔51。第一充电电极3与插装孔51之间形成筒形的间隙。充电操作时,需要将充电器10伸入该筒形的间隙内与第一充电电极3相互抵接。
如图9所示,本发明 提供的电池组件的较佳实施例之四中,该电池组件与实施例之一所不同之处同样在于第一充电电极3与灯帽5的安装结构。本实施例中,灯帽5上开设有用于第一充电电极3穿过的插装孔51。第一充电电极3沿灯帽5轴向开设有充电孔31,且该第一充电电极3的外壁与插装孔51的内壁相互抵持。充电操作时,需要将充电器10伸入该充电孔31内与第一充电电极3相互抵接。
如图10所示,基于上述 电池组件的结构,本发明还提供了一种电子烟。所述电子烟的较佳实施例之一中,电子烟包括如上实施例所述的电池组件,以及安装在外套管1内部的雾化组件。本实施例中的所述电子烟即为常见的一次性电子烟,即所述电池组件与所述雾化组件共用一个外套管的电子烟。
如图11所示,本发明提供的 电子烟的较佳实施例之二中,该电子烟与上述电子烟的实施例之一所不同之处在于外套管1的结构。本实施例中,外套管1包括电池套管101以及可拆卸地连接在电池套管101上的雾化套管102。电池套管101与雾化套管102采用螺纹连接的方式进行连接。电池2安装在电池套管101内,雾化组件安装在雾化套管102内。第一充电电极3安装在电池套管101远离雾化套管102的端部,第二充电电极4安装在电池套管101外壁。在本发明的其它实施例中,电池套管101与雾化套管102亦可采用其它的可拆卸连接方式,例如卡扣连接等。
使用如上所述的电子烟时,由于电池组件采用设置在外套管1端部的第一充电电极3以及设置在外套管1外壁上的第二充电电极4的结构,在对所述电池组件进行充电时只需将第一充电电极3、第二充电电极4插装在外接充电器中即可,从而节省了充电操作的时间;再者,由于充电操作时不需要将电池套管101与雾化套管102分离,保证了电池套管101与雾化套管102之间的可靠连接,给用户带来了诸多方便。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电池组件,用于与雾化组件组合形成电子烟,所述电池组件包括外套管(1)以及安装在所述外套管(1)内的电池(2),所述电池(2)包括第一电极(21)以及第二电极(22);其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述外套管(1)的端部并电连接至所述第一电极(21)的第一充电电极(3),以及安装在所述外套管(1)外壁上并电连接至所述第二电极(22)的第二充电电极(4);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述第二充电电极(4)用于与外接的充电器(10)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括插装在所述外套管(1)的端部的灯帽(5);所述第一充电电极(3)穿过所述灯帽(5)与所述第一电极(21)实现电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述第一充电电极(3)的端面与所述灯帽(5)的端面形成一平整表面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述灯帽(5)上开设有用于供所述第一充电电极(3)穿过的插装孔(51);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述插装孔(51)之间形成筒形的间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述灯帽(5)上开设有用于供所述第一充电电极(3)穿过的插装孔(51);所述第一充电电极(3)沿所述灯帽(5)轴向开设有充电孔(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述外套管(1)远离所述第一充电电极(3)一端的第一电极连接件(11)与第二电极连接件(12);所述第一电极连接件(11)与所述第一电极(21)电连接,所述第二电极连接件(12)电连接至所述第二电极(22);所述第二充电电极(4)与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)为套装在所述外套管(1)外壁的电极管;所述电极管的端部与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电极管由导电纸制成。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)为安装在所述外套管(1)外壁的电极片;所述电极片的端部与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括用于控制所述雾化组件工作的控制模块(6);所述控制模块(6)包括与所述第一电极(21)电连接的第一电极端子(61),以及与所述第二电极(22)电连接的第二电极端子(62);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述第一电极端子(61)相互抵接;
    所述充电器(10)对所述电池(2)进行充电时,所述控制模块(6)断开所述电池(2)与所述雾化组件的电连接。
  11. 一种电子烟,包括电池组件;所述电池组件包括外套管(1)以及安装在所述外套管(1)内的电池(2),所述电池(2)包括第一电极(21)以及第二电极(22);所述电子烟还包括安装在所述外套管(1)内的雾化组件;其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述外套管(1)的端部并电连接至所述第一电极(21)的第一充电电极(3),以及安装在所述外套管(1)外壁上并电连接至所述第二电极(22)的第二充电电极(4);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述第二充电电极(4)用于与外接的充电器(10)连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述外套管(1)包括电池套管(101)以及可拆卸地连接在所述电池套管(101)上的雾化套管(102);所述电池(2)安装在所述电池套管(101)内;所述第一充电电极(3)安装在所述电池套管(101)远离所述雾化套管(102)的端部,所述第二充电电极(4)安装在所述电池套管(101)外壁;所述雾化组件安装在所述雾化套管(102)内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括插装在所述电池套管(101)远离所述雾化套管(102)的端部的灯帽(5);所述第一充电电极(3)穿过所述灯帽(5)与所述第一电极(121)实现电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一充电电极(3)的端面与所述灯帽(5)的端面形成一平整表面。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述灯帽(5)上开设有用于供所述第一充电电极(3)穿过的插装孔(51);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述插装孔(51)之间形成筒形的间隙。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括安装在所述电池套管(101)远离所述第一充电电极(3)一端的第一电极连接件(11)与第二电极连接件(12);所述第一电极连接件(11)与所述第一电极(21)电连接,所述第二电极连接件(12)电连接至所述第二电极(22);所述第二充电电极(4)与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)为套装在所述电池套管(101)外壁的电极管;所述电极管的端部与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电极管由导电纸制成。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第二充电电极(4)为安装在所述电池套管(101)外壁的电极片;所述电极片的端部与所述第二电极连接件(12)相互抵接。
  20. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池组件还包括用于控制所述雾化组件工作的控制模块(6);所述控制模块(6)包括与所述第一电极(21)电连接的第一电极端子(61),以及与所述第二电极(22)电连接的第二电极端子(62);所述第一充电电极(3)与所述第一电极端子(61)相互抵接;
    所述充电器(10)对所述电池(2)进行充电时,所述控制模块(6)断开所述电池(2)与所述雾化组件的电连接。
