第一连接件 30 包括第一外电极 320 、依次套合在第一外电极 320 内的第一绝缘件 330 和第一内电极 340 ,即第一绝缘件 330 设置在第一外电极 320 和第一内电极 340 之间,从而使第一外电极 320 和第一内电极 340 电性隔离。第一外电极 320 和第一内电极 340 同轴线设置,第一内电极 340 上还设有贯穿第一内电极 340 两端的第一通孔 342 ,该第一通孔 342 用于气流流通。可以理解,第一外电极 320 和第一内电极 340 均由金属导电材料制成,具有导电功能,并分别电连接至雾化器 20 内的发热丝的两端。
第一外电极 320 大体为中空的圆筒状,包括套设在雾化器 20 内的本体 322 和沿本体 322 轴向延伸至雾化器 20 外的延伸部 324 ,且本体 322 和延伸部 324 一体成型。具体地本体 322 套设在雾化套 210 内,延伸部 324 延伸至雾化套 210 外,且延伸部 324 的直径小于本体 322 的直径。延伸部 324 的侧壁上设有径向通孔(未标出),本实施例中,通孔设置在延伸部的中间部位,通孔的数量为两个,且该两个通孔相对于延伸部 324 的中轴线对称设置。可以理解,通孔的数量并不限于只有两个,也可以为 1 个或更多个。
第一连接件 30 还包括至少一个可径向向内弹性收缩的弹性扣接部 310 ,弹性扣接部 310 沿电子烟的轴向延伸且 纵截面呈 弧形;弹性扣接部 310 由金属或塑胶材料制成,即可以是金属弹片、金属丝或塑胶弹片等,由于弹性扣接部 310 沿所述电子烟的轴向延伸且 纵截面呈 弧形,因而电源杆 10 与雾化器 20 对接时,即当弹性扣接部 310 在受到外力挤压时利于弹性扣接部 310 向内收缩,可避免弹性扣接部 310 卡死在对接槽 412 的槽口,插不进对接槽 412 内的情况,而在外力消除后,弹性扣接部 310 又能够弹性恢复至原样,提高了用户体验。
如图 2 所示,本实施例的弹性扣接部 310 是弹片,该弹片穿设通孔并凸设于通孔外。弹性扣接部 310 包括弯折段 312 、第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 ,其中弯折段 312 呈弧形,第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 分别沿弯折段 312 的两端向相反的方向轴向延伸,且第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 均为直线段,优选地第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 的长度相等。且第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 从延伸部 324 上的通孔内插入后与延伸部 324 的内侧壁贴合固定,从而使弧形的弯折段 312 穿设通孔并部分凸设于通孔外。可以理解,弹性扣接部 310 的数量为两个,且该两个弹性扣接部 310 间隔设置。弯折段 312 、第一固定段 314 和第二固定段 316 一体成型,便于加工制作,且整体效果好。
第二连接件 40 包括第二外电极 410 、以及依次套设在第二外电极 410 内的第二绝缘件 420 和第二内电极 430 ,即第二绝缘件 420 设置在第二外电极 410 和第二内电极 430 之间,从而使第二外电极 410 和第二内电极 430 电性隔离。第二外电极 410 和第二内电极 430 同轴线设置,第二内电极 430 上设有与第一内电极 340 的第一通孔 342 相连通第二通孔 432 ,则第一通孔 342 与第二通孔 432 相连通形成电子烟内的气流流通通道,以使从电子烟灯帽处流入的气体在电子烟内流通顺畅。可以理解,第二外电极 410 和第二内电极 430 均由金属导电材料制成,具有导电功能,并分别电连接至电源杆 10 内的电池的两端。
第二外电极 410 为中空的圆筒状,并套设在电池套 110 内,第二外电极 410 中空的圆筒形成容纳第一连接件 30 的对接槽 412 ,具体地对接槽 412 用于容纳第一外电极 320 的延伸部 324 ,则对接槽 412 的大小形状与延伸部 324 相匹配。
第二外电极 410 靠近雾化器 20 的一侧的侧壁上设有卡槽 414 ,该卡槽 414 用于容纳弹性扣接部 310 的弯折段 312 ,且卡槽 414 为设置在第二外电极 410 内侧壁上的径向通孔,卡槽 414 的尺寸与弯折段 312 相适配,以刚好容纳弯折部 312 为佳。本实施例中,卡槽 414 的数量也为两个,并与弹性扣接部 310 一一对应。
组装本实施例的电子烟时,将第一连接件 30 和第二连接件 40 对齐,并使弹性扣接部 310 和卡槽 414 的位置相对,然后将第一外电极 320 的延伸部 324 插入第二外电极 410 形成的对接槽 412 内, 当延伸部 324 刚开始插入时,第二外电极 410 的内侧壁挤压弹性扣接部 310 的弯折段 312 并使弹性扣接部 310 弹性收缩,随着延伸部 324 的进一步插入,当弹性扣接部 310 移动至与第二外电极 410 上的卡槽 414 的位置相对应时,弹性扣接部 310 弹性恢复至原样并卡置于该卡槽 414 内,从而使电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 连接起来。且组装后的电子烟,第一外电极 320 与第二外电极 410 电接触,第一内电极 340 和第二内电极 430 电接触,并分别电连接至电池的正负极,从而实现电子烟内电流的流通,为发热丝供电,加热雾化烟油。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,弹性扣接部 310 为直接设置在第一连接件 30 上且远离第一连接件 30 的中轴线的弹性凸起,具体地弹性扣接部 310 为设置在第一外电极 320 的延伸部 324 上的弹性凸起。可以理解,该弹性凸起大体呈弧形,在受到外力挤压时,弹性凸起能发生一定的弹性收缩,而当外力消除后,弹性凸起又会弹性恢复至原样。其它结构与上述实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明的电子烟,将第一连接件 30 和第二连接件 40 对齐,并使弹性扣接部 310 和卡槽 414 的位置相对,然后将第一外电极 320 的延伸部 324 插入第二外电极 410 形成的对接槽 412 内, 当延伸部 324 刚开始插入时,第二外电极 410 的内侧壁挤压弹性扣接部 310 使弹性扣接部 310 弹性收缩,随着延伸部 324 的进一步插入,当弹性扣接部 310 移动至与第二外电极 410 上的卡槽 414 的位置相对应时,弹性扣接部 310 弹性恢复至原样并卡置于该卡槽 414 内,从而使电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 连接起来。本发明电源杆 10 和雾化器 20 采用直接插拔的方式连接,该连接方式操作简单, 机械强度好,不容易折断,提高了生产效率,便于更换雾化器 20 ,并符合用户的一般习惯。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟,包括电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 ),所述电源杆( 10 )与所述雾化器( 20 )的连接处设置有用于连接所述电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 )的连接结构,所述连接结构包括第一连接件( 30 )和第二连接件( 40 ),其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )包括 至少一个可径向向内弹性收缩的纵截面呈弧形的 弹性扣接部( 310 ),所述第二连接件( 40 )上设有供所述第一连接件( 30 )插入的对接槽( 412 )以及用于容纳所述弹性扣接部( 310 )的卡槽( 414 );
    组装所述电子烟时,所述第一连接件( 30 )插入所述对接槽( 412 ),并使所述弹性扣接部( 310 ) 扣置于 所述卡槽( 414 )内,使所述电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 )可拆卸地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性扣接部( 310 )由金属或塑胶材料制成。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性扣接部( 310 )为设置在所述第一连接件( 30 )上且远离所述第一连接件( 30 )的中轴线的弹性凸起。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )和 / 或所述第二连接件( 40 )上设置有贯穿所述第一连接件( 30 )和 / 或第二连接件( 40 )两端的气流通道。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )包括第一外电极( 320 ),所述弹性扣接部( 310 )为设置在所述第一外电极( 320 )上的弹性凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )包括第一外电极( 320 ),所述弹性扣接部( 310 )为与所述第一外电极( 320 )固定连接的弹片。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述第一外电极( 320 )包括套设在所述雾化器( 20 )内的本体( 322 )和沿所述本体( 322 )轴向延伸至所述雾化器( 20 )外的延伸部( 324 ),所述弹性扣接部( 310 ) 固定在所述延伸部( 324 )上。
  8. 根据权利要求 7 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部( 324 )的侧壁上设有径向通孔,所述弹性扣接部( 310 )包括弧形的弯折段( 312 )及分别沿所述弯折段( 312 )的两端向相反方向轴向延伸的第一固定段( 314 )和第二固定段( 316 ),所述第一固定段( 314 )和所述第二固定段( 316 )从所述通孔内插入后与所述延伸部( 324 )的内侧壁贴合固定,且所述弯折部( 312 )穿设所述通孔并凸设于述通孔外。
  9. 根据权利要求 8 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弯折段( 312 )、所述第一固定段( 314 )和所述第二固定段( 316 )一体成型。
  10. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件( 30 )还包括依次套设在所述第一外电极( 320 )内的第一绝缘件( 330 )和第一内电极( 340 ),所述第一绝缘件( 330 )用于电性隔离所述第一外电极( 320 )和第一内电极( 340 ),且所述第一内电极( 340 )上设有贯穿所述第一内电极( 340 )两端的第一通孔( 342 )。
  11. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一外电极( 320 )与所述第一内电极( 340 )同轴线设置。
  12. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 40 )包括第二外电极( 410 ),所述第二外电极( 410 )为中空的圆筒状,所述第二外电极( 410 )中空的圆筒形成容纳所述第一连接件( 30 )的所述对接槽( 412 )。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡槽( 414 )设置在所述第二外电极( 410 )的内侧壁上。
  14. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡槽( 414 )为设置在所述第二外电极( 410 )内侧壁上的径向通孔。
  15. 根据权利要求 12 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件( 40 )还包括依次套设在所述第二外电极( 410 )内的第二绝缘件( 420 )和第二内电极( 430 ),所述第二绝缘件( 420 )用于电性隔离所述第二外电极( 410 )和第二内电极( 430 )。
  16. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述弹性扣接部( 310 )和所述卡槽( 414 )的数量均为两个,且所述弹性扣接部( 310 )和所述卡槽( 414 )一一对应。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,两个所述弹性扣接部( 310 )间隔设置。
  18. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化器( 20 )和电源杆( 10 )上分别设置有雾化套( 210 )和电池套( 110 ),所述第一连接件( 30 )或第二连接件( 40 )分别设置在所述雾化套( 210 )或电池套( 110 )上,通过所述第一连接件( 30 )和第二连接件( 40 )的连接使所述电池套( 110 )和所述雾化套( 210 )可拆卸地连接。
