本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述烟杆与雾化器的螺纹式连接方式可靠性差、拆卸不便的缺陷,提供一种电子烟,使雾化器和电源杆的连接可靠、拆卸方便及提高用户体验。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种电子烟,包括电源杆和雾化器,所述电源杆与雾化器的连接处设置有相互连接的连接头及连接座,所述连接座上设置有插孔以及与所述插孔对应的导电端子,所述插孔设置有导入空间及宽度小于所述导入空间的固定空间;所述连接头上设置有用于与所述导电端子电连接的导电柱,所述导电柱包括延伸部及位于延伸部一端的固定部,组装所述电子烟时,所述导电柱插入所述导入空间,然后旋转所述连接头将所述延伸部移入所述固定空间内,并使所述固定部与所述导电端子抵接。

的一端则设置连接头 40 ,通过将连接头 40 插入连接座 30 后并旋转配合,使连接头 40 固定在连接座 30 上从而实现电源杆 10 和雾化器 20
的连接。在其它实施方式中,电源杆 10 靠近雾化器 20 的一端也可以设置连接头 40 ,则雾化器 20 上就需要设置相应的连接座 30 ,以实现雾化器 20
和电源杆 10 的连接。
具体在本实施方式中,电源杆 10 上设有电池套 110 ,电池套 110 内设置连接座 30
及电池(未标出),可以理解的是所述电池可换为高能电容等;雾化器 20 上设有雾化套 220 ,雾化套 220 内设置连接头 40 ,通过将连接头 40
和连接座 30 的旋转配合,使电池套 110 和雾化套 220 可拆卸地连接。
如图 4 和图 5 所示,连接头 40 上设有间隔设置的两个导电柱 410 ,导电柱 410

的侧壁在受到一定外力挤压时,会产生一定弹性偏移,而当外力移出后,该过渡空间 318 的侧壁又会恢复原样。
每个插孔 310 内对应设置有一个导电端子 320 ,每个导电端子 320
的一端与电子烟的电池连接,另一端与一个导电柱 410 连接,以实现电流的流通。导电端子 320 插置于插孔 310 内的一端发生弯折形成弯折部 332
,该弯折部 332 向插孔 310 内凸出,以便与固定部 414 抵持连接,在本实施例中,所述固定部 414 不仅与所述弯折部 332
弹性抵接,而且卡持在所述连接座 30 内,从而可稳固连接。在其它实施方式中,固定部 414 也可以直接与连接座 30 的内壁或导电端子 320
扣接相连。
本发明的工作原理是:由于导入空间 314 的宽度大于固定部 414 的直径,导电柱 410 的固定部
414 可以插入连接座 30 的导入空间 314 内,然后旋转雾化套 220 使连接头 40 发生转动,当导电柱 410 移动至过渡空间 318
处时,过渡空间 318 的侧壁由于受挤压向后弹性偏移,则延伸部 412 可以移入宽度较小的固定空间 316 内,此时过渡空间的侧壁 318 弹回原位,固定部
414 的一侧与过渡空间 318 抵持连接,并使两者始终保持良好的接触状态。而当需要将电池套 110 和雾化套 220
分开时,则需要相反的过程,即同样需要旋转雾化套 220 ,使导电柱 410 旋转并越过过渡空间 318 ,从而使导电柱 410 从固定空间 316
移入导入空间 314 ,然后将雾化套 220 取出即可。由此可见,当需要拆分电池套 110 和雾化套 220 时,需要对雾化器 20 的雾化套 220
施加一定的外力使其旋转,才能使其从电池套 110 上拆分下来,说明了本发明的电池套 110 和雾化套 220 的连接方式可靠。
当导电柱 410 被固定在插孔 310 内后,导电柱 410 与导电端子 320 抵持连接,由于导电端子
320 与电池电性连接,且导电柱 410 和导电端子 320 均有金属导电材料制成,因此,电流依次流经导电端子 320 、导电柱 410 后,流向与导电柱
410 接触的电热丝 210 ,电热丝 210 发热雾化烟油,雾化的烟雾供用户吸食。
本发明的电子烟,通过将插孔 310 分割成大小不同的导入空间 314 和固定空间 316 ,连接头 40
先插入宽度较大的导入空间 314 ,然后经过旋转使连接头 40 移入宽度较小的固定空间 316 ,使连接头 40 和连接座 30 固定连接起来,并实现了电池套
110 和雾化套 220
的连接,该连接方式不仅连接可靠、拆卸方便,而且满足了用户的使用习惯,提高了用户体验,戒烟效果较佳;且当电子烟的其中一个部件损坏时,只需相应地更换电源杆 10
或雾化器 20 即可,节约成本。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,与上述实施例的不同之处在于:每个插孔 310
内均设有金属弹片(图中未示),金属弹片大致呈 U 形结构,该 U 形结构的凸出端向插孔 310 内凸出延伸。且金属弹片将插孔 310
分割形成大小不同的导入空间 314 和固定空间 316 ,具体地导入空间 314 的宽度大于固定空间 316 的宽度。
则在组装电子烟时,导电柱 410 的卡持插入连接座 30 的导入空间 314 内,然后旋转雾化套 220
使连接头 40 发生转动,当导电柱 410 移动至金属弹片处时,金属弹片由于受挤压向后弹性偏移,则导电柱 410 可以移入宽度较小的固定空间 316
内,此时金属弹片弹回原位,延伸部 412 移入固定空间 316 内,固定部 414 与导电端子 320 抵接,并使两者始终保持良好的接触状态。而当需要将电池套
110 和雾化套 220 分开时,则需要相反的过程,即同样需要旋转雾化套 220 ,使导电柱 410 旋转并越过金属弹片,从而使导电柱 410 从固定空间
316 移入导入空间 314 ,然后将雾化套 220 取出即可。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,例如,在
插孔 310 位于固定空间 316 的内壁设置有用于导电的导电层以替换导电端子 320 等, 这些均属于本发明的保护之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种电子烟,包括电源杆( 10 )和雾化器( 20 ),所述电源杆( 10 )与雾化器( 20 )的连接处设置有相互连接的连接头( 40 )及连接座( 30 ),其特征在于,所述连接座( 30 )上设置有插孔( 310 )以及与所述插孔( 310 )对应的导电端子( 320 ),所述插孔( 310 )设置有导入空间( 314 )及宽度小于所述导入空间( 314 )的固定空间( 316 );所述连接头( 40 )上设置有用于与所述导电端子( 320 )电连接的导电柱( 410 ),所述导电柱( 410 )包括延伸部( 412 )及位于延伸部( 412 )一端的固定部( 414 ),组装所述电子烟时,所述导电柱( 410 )插入所述导入空间( 314 ),然后旋转所述连接头( 40 )将所述延伸部( 412 )移入所述固定空间( 316 )内,并使所述固定部( 414 )与所述导电端子( 320 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述插孔( 310 )和导电柱( 410 )的数量均为两个,且所述导电柱( 410 )与所述插孔( 310 )一一对应。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述两个插孔( 310 )相对于所述连接座( 30 )的中轴线对称设置。
- 根据权利要求 3 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述雾化器( 20 )和电源杆( 10 )上分别设置有雾化套( 220 )和电池套( 110 ),所述连接座( 30 )或连接头( 40 )分别设在所述电池套( 110 )或雾化套( 220 )上,通过所述连接头( 40 )和连接座( 30 )的连接使所述电池套( 110 )和所述雾化套( 220 )可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述 导电柱( 410 )的固定部( 414 )与所述导电端子( 320 )或所述连接座( 30 )的内壁扣接相连 。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于, 所述插孔( 310 )还设有过渡空间( 318 ),所述导入空间( 314 )和固定空间( 316 )分别位于所述过渡空间( 318 )的两侧并与所述过渡空间( 318 )相连通。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述过渡空间( 318 )的宽度小于所述固定空间( 316 )的宽度,组装所述电子烟时,所述导电柱( 410 )插入所述导入空间( 314 )内,然后旋转所述连接头( 40 ),使所述延伸部( 412 )压紧所述过渡空间( 318 )的侧壁并使所述过渡空间( 318 )的侧壁弹性偏移,则所述延伸部( 412 )移入所述固定空间( 316 )内,且所述固定部( 414 )与所述导电端子( 320 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定部( 412 )及延伸部( 412 )均呈圆筒状,所述延伸部( 412 )的一端插设在所述连接头( 40 )内,所述延伸部( 412 )的另一端延伸至所述连接头( 40 )外并与所述固定部( 414 )连接,且所述延伸部( 412 )的直径小于所述固定部( 414 )的直径。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述导电端子( 320 )插置于所述插孔( 310 )内,所述导电端子( 320 )用于与电池电性连接,且所述导电端子( 320 )插置于所述插孔( 310 )内的一端发生弯折形成弯折部( 322 ),所述弯折部( 322 )与所述固定部( 414 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子 烟,其特征在于,还包括设于雾化套( 220 )内的电热丝( 210 ),所述电热丝( 210 )的两端分别与所述两个导电柱( 410 )连接。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述插孔( 310 )为贯穿所述连接座( 30 )的贯穿孔,所述导电柱( 410 )上设有通孔( 416 ),所述插孔( 310 )与所述通孔( 416 )形成气流流通通道。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部( 412 )与所述固定部( 414 )一体成型。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述延伸部( 412 )与所述固定部( 414 )同轴线设置。
- 根据权利要求 4 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述两个插孔( 310 )内均设有金属弹片,所述金属弹片将所述插 孔( 310 )分割形成所述导入空间( 314 )和固定空间( 316 ),组装所述电子烟时,所述导电柱( 410 )插入所述导入空间( 314 )内,然后旋转所述连接头( 40 ),使所述延伸部( 412 )压紧所述金属弹片并使所述金属弹片弹性偏移,则所述延伸部( 412 )移入所述固定空间( 316 )内,且所述固定部( 414 )与所述导电端子( 320 )抵接。
- 根据权利要求 14 所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述金属弹片呈 U 形,并向所述插孔( 310 )内凸出延伸。
